Hope was the kindest, most responsive host! The house was perfect, well appointed, the windows were STUNNING (iykyk). Rooms and family spaces were comfortable and cozy — it was the perfect spot for an 80th birthday getaway weekend with family of all ages! I wish it hadn’t poured rain - there are amazing hikes adjacent to the property!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation, very clean, comfortable, lots of spaces to spread out, and the best-equipped rental we have stayed at. The area is private with a large open space for the kids to be outside and also close to beaches, restaurants, aquarium, etc.The host was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions.We are looking forward to returning.

We had such a wonderful stay here! Hope is a great host with superb communication! The property was extremely clean and spacious. There is ample parking. She even provided a crib for our little one which was much appreciated! We would absolutely stay again and hopefully can do so in the near future!

House was exactly as described and located close to I-95 and Downtown Mystic which was what we were looking for. The host, Hope, quickly responded to all questions which made settling in a breeze. When we look to return to Mystic in 4-6 years I will hopefully start and end my search right back at this house, which says it all in one sentence.

Wonderful, responsive host. Beautiful home with 4 separate bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. 2 bedrooms are on the upper level and 2 bedroom n the lower level. Each floor has a bathroom/ shower. Plenty of parking for multiple family or guests.

We had an amazing stay at Merritt farm! The host was super accommodating and the house was perfect for our family. Hope has made sure the house has all the comforts of home and is decorated beautifully! The location is a great home base to explore this beautiful area. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

Lovely, open floor plan home. Super comfortable beds, perfect for our stay and family visit. Enjoyed every moment and will def. stay here again next time we are in the area. Mystic CT vacation

Our 8 person family had a lovely 5 day vacation at Merritt Farm hosted by Hope who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We had plenty to do in the area and Hopes home was fabulous😄👍

The home was beautiful and very clean. The location is great only a short distance from so many great spots. The house has everything you could possibly need. We were so pleased with our stay!
