Posizione eccellente in ottimo quartiere a soli 4 miglia da Disney e 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. La piscina si affaccia su uno stagno della fauna selvatica, quindi non ci sono vicini di casa. La grande piscina / vasca idromassaggio è esposta a sud per tutto il giorno divertimento solare ed è completamente coperta da lanai schermato. Il patio esterno / zona pranzo è sotto il tetto. La pianta interna è perfetta per due famiglie. Le aree comuni situate tra le camere offrono privacy, ma una posizione centrale per divertirsi insieme. La grande suite principale dispone di letto king size, bagno privato con vasca da bagno, doccia separata, cabina armadio. Due camere da letto con due letti singoli ciascuna, un'altra camera da letto con letto matrimoniale - ampio bagno con vasca / doccia - ampio spazio armadio. TV a schermo piatto con cavo in soggiorno e 3 camere da letto. Lettori DVD Blueray in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale.

La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici che puoi usare, ma la casa è vicina ai ristoranti se non vuoi cucinare. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti che consegnano direttamente alla porta d'ingresso se vuoi solo rilassarti vicino alla piscina.

Home away from Home

This was a home away from home. Perfectly equipped, including a slow cooker. Comfortable beds, living room perfect to unwind from a busy day at the parks, didn't miss a thing, enough linens of any kind, kitchen ware, etc. Amid a silent neighbourhood, at 15 min. from Animal Kingdom, and a huge Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Had some neighbours firing fireworks on July 4th, which added to that pure American feeling. Thank you Linda, for allowing us to use your home during our vacation.

Fantastic property

The villa was fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment we needed. The pool area was pristine, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The layout was great, and the neighbourhood was quiet, felt safe and very well located, making our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Very satisfied with property

Family had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. We have stay in several other houses and this was the best equipped and the best one we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect. We also loved the neighborhood.

Perfect place for vacation

We found the perfect place. The house is clean with all amenities that you could need. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitively book this house again for ouf next trip.

Terrific family house and ideal Disney location

House has everything you need! Very clean, well appointed and in a great location for Disney and local amenities Owner is great to deal with and everything was as advertised Rear of house backs onto a lovely spot full of nature and beautiful birds Neighborhood is quiet and one of the most convenient for WDW Would highly recommend for a family

We really love this villa. It has a great location near Disney. And the pool looks at a lake. Also it's clean and the beds are great.

Perfect Disney Stay!

This was the perfect property for our stay- super close to Disney, clean, well equipped, and the pool was lovely. We had some issues with the spa and were able to have someone there within the day to take a look. We never did get the heat in the hot tub to work, but everything was so perfect otherwise that it didn't matter. We will definitely be back to rent again.

Great Vacation!!

Property is in a great location and the house is honestly, much nicer than the images show. We had to communicate with the property manager during the trip and it was easy, fast & friendly. I also had an opportunity to communicate with the owner after the trip ( due to a mess up on my part) and she was kind, understanding and professional to work with. Thanks so much to the whole team that is involved in this home rental!!

Super close to Disney!

This was the perfect place for our vacation! It was super close to Disney and Universal wasn't far either. The house was very clean and the pool was beautiful. We weren't able to use the pool due to the pool filter cover being broken, but the owner was amazing and compensated me. It was super peaceful and almost every morning we were greeted but a little family of Sandhill cranes. All in all I would definitely stay at this amazing house again!

Nice little getaway

Linda was wonderful to deal with. She was easy going and very kind. The house was gorgeous and was exactly what we hoped for. Our four kids loved all wide life in the back yard by the little pond.

Hidden Gem!!!

To summarize our stay, Amazing!!! Much more to this property than the pictures convey. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need from a crockpot to Tupperware! Pool and jacuzzi were outstanding, Great views of the wildlife marsh from the pool area and living room. We really loved the Master bathroom which had a large tub, standing shower, and walk-in closet! Too many amenities to list or comment lol!!! just loved our stay, super close to everything, will definitely be back!!! Thanks again for a great week.

Ants n No response

great location and a nice house but there were ants all over including in the yard around the driveway, the master bed is very uncomfortable and the heat in the spa did not work. Ants in front bedrooms were so bad that they were in our luggage. We requested to leave a few days early but received no response from the owner.

Completely Relaxing!!

My family completely loved this property. The place was extremely clean and organized. The marsh in the backyard allowed us to just sit and watch so many different species of birds and wildlife you could forget everything.The back yard was so serene, it was like nature just stopped right there and said here you go... enjoy!!!. The pictures do not do this place justice. It had everything we needed, not to mention minutes to Disney, shopping and restaurants. If I had to give one tiny criticism, it would be the beds. They did squeak and were a bit hard. Perhaps time for new ones or a least a foam mattress topper, however the sheets were crisp and clean and that was much more important to me because we didn't spend a lot of time sleeping. The outside was to beautiful!!
