Overall it was great my only comment is that me & husband are in our 70s and climbing 4 flights up the stairs was difficult for us. But aside that the place was great.

That building doesn't have an elevator, which is outside our control, but we do have units on lower floors and in buildings with elevator access. The condo was very close to the beach. A Starbucks right around the corner. Lots of shops within easy walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

First time in this property. Our overall experience was pleasant. Extremely close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The only issue we had was with the AC unit.

This property is located very close to Waikiki beach and is just a short walk to tons of restaurants. Had I paid closer attention to the description (which is totally on me), I might have booked somewhere with an elevator since I’m not the worlds strongest chick and carrying the suitcases up the stairs was a challenge. The only negative thing I found was there were some dirty dishes that had been put away (not the owners fault at all) and the floor was quite dirty (we got black feet by walking barefoot in the condo from day 1). That said, I do understand how challenging it can be to keep a floor clean in a beach environment. The condo came well stocked with plenty of towels, some beach chairs, a boogie board (albeit broken) and all the toiletries you’d need. The fridge holds a fair amount of food and leftovers. The condo even came with free cookies and some coffee and tea. All in all, it was a fairly nice stay and would recommend it as an affordable option for couples with a great location.

Cozy, clean apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and location was great. Really appreciated the beach gear. I did use my ear plugs due to music and partying from other hotels. The only downside was the access is through an small street similar to an alley, and there was a strong odor like a dead animal in gate the entrance (not in the condo itself). There were also unhoused folks that slept there a couple of nights, and someone going through the dumpster. No one bothered us but just something to be aware of.

Great location

We enjoyed the convenient location of this property. One block from the beach. Easy access to bus stops. On the end of the beach so it was a relatively quiet area. Had all the amenities we needed for a great price! We would stay here again!

The number one thing I look for is cleanliness and this was very clean. It’s in a great location and includes everything you’ll need, especially for a longer stay. The only down side is that parking is not included, but we were lucky and were able to rent one of the spots on the property. Keep an eye out for that.

Great location for a young family

We had a great stay here! The unit was nice and the location was great! The trundle bed was perfect for our son to sleep on. It’s a short walk to the zoo and to Kuhio beach, which was perfect for our little guy. Having to go up a few flights of stairs was tough, but well worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

Walkable walking distance

Perfect location for walking! Beach, zoo, restaurants, and many attractions walking distance. Very nice sidewalks and beachfront trail to enjoy! The place had a comfortable bed. AC is loud. If you love to walk, this is the perfect location!
