We love, love, love the time we get to spend in this beautiful home! It is always clean, well stocked, and so very comfortable. The neighborhood offers great biking, hiking, golfing, as well as amazing views of the surrounding mountains. A fabulous get away from our dark, cold winters in WA state.

Relaxing week

The house was so comfortable and welcoming we enjoyed just hanging out. We explored Fountain Hills, had some nice dinners, and just appreciated the view of the Four Peaks. A lovely stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

The house is beautiful, very light and open floor plan. Patio overlooks the 3rd green, fun to watch the golfers come through. The neighborhood is also great, as is the community center. A great place to stay!!

Never Disappoints!

We have stayed at this beautiful home many times and, as titled, it never disappoints! The home is set facing the mountains with a stunning view of the four peaks, is always spotless, fully stocked, and oh so very comfortable. The area offers mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and quiet neighborhoods to walk through. As always, we look forward to our return!

Lovely Home

House was clean, spacious and comfortable as described. Plenty of room for us. It has a large covered patio which faces east giving us good sun with our morning coffee and shade in the afternoon/evening for our cold beverages. Margaret was a gracious host, communicated well with us and easy to work with. Would rent this house again.

Lovely bright clean spacious home right on golf course

Our family stayed at this lovely spacious home while visiting my mother-in-law who also lives in Rio Verde. Everything was perfect and very clean and we would gladly stay there again!!

A Million Dollar view of the mountains!

This was our twelfth year staying at the property during the spring; I can't say enough about the amenities which it offers and the view looking east over the desert at the mountains. Some of the fixtures are dated, but the owners are easy to get along with.

A Great Find!

This home is beautiful! The morning sun fills the entire backside of the house. This Rio Verde neighborhood has an amazing pool and hot tub, weight room, pickleball, and tennis. It's a very pleasant neighborhood for walking too. We enjoyed it all!

More than five stars!

I’d like to start by saying, as soon as we walked in the door we all felt at home. Our son was moving from Florida to California and we decided Arizona was the best place to meet as he drove with his best friend across country and we flew. They’re all golfers and there’s plenty of golf in the Rio Verde area so that’s what they did and they all had a blast! When looking for a place to stay, I saw this listing and I knew it was for us! It sits on the 3rd hole of the Rio Verde Golf Course of the Country Club. Just beyond that are spectacular views of the mountains. Watching the sun rise over the mountains while drinking my coffee was the best way to begin my day. The home had everything we needed. It was important for us to have a garage since James had all his belongings in the car. The beds are comfortable so we all slept well. The water pressure is fantastic with tons of hot water. It was also great to have a washer and dryer there. The kitchen is fully stocked! When I spotted the juicer I went outside and picked some lemons off the tree and made some delicious lemonade! This is the recipe I used https://natashaskitchen.com/lemonade-recipe/. It was so good! We all said if we were ever in the area again, this is where we would stay! More than five stars!!!
