The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. AC was great. The view from the balcony was wonderful, close enough to see dolphins in the water. Very quiet and safe feeling.

The place was very nice. There were a couple things, kitchen wise I wish we had, but overall nice. We didn't have use of wi-fi for our duration because of storm issues, so that stunk. Other than that, it was clean, the owner was responsive and helped with any issues we had.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The view, the view, the view. Comfortable bed and great communication. Would not hesitate to rent for your vacation!

We will run out some 75 W bulbs to see if that makes a difference. Which traditionally have used 60 W soft light bulbs, but we can put some brighter bulbs in some of the lamps.

Overall it was a great experience and beautiful location and site right off the beach. The only issue was the wrong info to get in the gate, however I reached out and response was received immediately. As for cleanliness over all it was clean except the bedroom bathroom vent and ceiling fan was very dusty/dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was as described, beautiful, and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. We were very happy with the location as well! We felt the beach was not crowded and we were a very short drive to fun activities! We loved being able to walk across the street to peg leg Pete’s for lunch a couple of times, too!

We loved our stay at this property in Pensacola. The condo is furnished nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. The indoor parking and beach chair service is a big bonus. Access to the beach was easy, buggies and an elevator made getting luggage, etc. easy to get to and from the condo. Electronic lock made getting in and out easy. Pool was cool and hot tub was hot. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The view is spectacular. Our favorite restaurant was just 1.5 miles away and there's a very popular restaurant directly across the street. A grocery store and other needs can be quickly obtained with a short drive. Two things to know - one, the bed sits up very high - this was not a problem for us, but it may be for some, two - the laundry facility on the 1st floor can only be used with an app - PayRange - it's 3.00/load for wash and 3.00/load for dry plus a convenience fee. Bottom line, I would absolutely look at this property again if/when we are back in Pensacola as one of my top choice.

Clean condo with great beachfront location. Included chair/umbrella setup was very nice. Quick response from host about several pre-arrival questions. Had assigned underground parking. Walked across the street and ate at Pegleg Petes and had a great meal. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful views! Clean, quiet and comfortable with direct access to beach. Beach towels, chairs, books, and umbrella were nice touches. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Kitchen drawers had some insects and living room couches needs to be updated. The prices are steep, the ocean views are the best and if you love the oceanfront it’s a wonderful place.

The room was very well taken care of and provided what we needed. We all loved the balcony and the view it provided, especially our two children. The local restaurant menus was a great touch as well.

Our 2nd stay in this unit and will not be our last! It meets all your needs and we love the high-top seating; makes for great views of the water, dolphins and sunsets. The included beach chairs/umbrella are a plus for us, as we travel by car 12 hours so there’s less to pack! We so enjoy your beautiful white sand, emerald and blue waters; and of course my early morning walks with Fred! The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome!

The property is as pictured on the VRBO site. Stunning views from the balcony and the air conditioning works great. We don’t watch tv ,so I’m not sure about any of the channels available. The furniture is nice and clean. Furnished kitchen was nice.we didn’t use the stove at all. The dishwasher works. You may want to bring your own pillows, I hated the pillows on our bed. They were very hard to me. Don’t expect the numbers in the garage to make sense. Just drive and read the numbers to find your spot.

We’re truly sorry that the building construction impacted your stay. This project was managed entirely by the HOA and unfortunately ran about six weeks past its scheduled completion date. It was never expected to overlap with your visit, and we share your frustration that it did. The good news for current and future guests is that the construction has now been fully completed. We sincerely apologize that the HOA’s delays affected your vacation experience and appreciate your understanding. We’d love the opportunity to host you again under much more peaceful conditions.
