Gli ospiti possono godere di una vista panoramica sul lago con vista da dieci a quindici miglia di vista sul lago Winnipesaukee, sentieri e piste da diverse stanze di questa casa recentemente rinnovata. Se il vostro un mattiniero si può godere l'alba dal ponte pannelli in vetro con vista sul lago, sulle montagne, per quanto l'occhio può vedere e di notte si possono vedere alcuni splendidi tramonti dal balcone sul lato opposto della casa. Se la stella in guardando le stelle sono incredibili. Gli ospiti possono cucinare in, out alla griglia o in città in un certo numero di stabilimenti alimentari locali. La casa può ospitare 8 adulti comodamente con tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. Il soggiorno e le aree comuni sono arredate con comodi divani in pelle, sedie, con un tavolo, tavolini e una TV per gli ospiti visualizzazione di piacere. Il vetro inveito ponte ha un pozzo del fuoco e sedie per gli ospiti per sedersi e godersi la vista mozzafiato dopo canottaggio, nuoto, vela, trekking, corsa, sci, visite turistiche o shopping. Sean was an excellent host. He was willing to answer any questions. We found the home clean and welcoming, and we will definitely be going back. The views of Winnipesaukee were breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice.

Sean’s place is vey nice , the view of the mountains, and lake is absolutely beautiful!My 8 year old grandson loved the big TV with the recliners. My brother, and my nephew who is 25 absolutely loved the pool table..Everything was only about 10 minutes away.Watching all the boats go by from the top back deck was so cool. We always had the binoculars out. I bet this place would be so beautiful in the fall.! I would definitely recommend, this house has room for everybody. Thanks Sean .. oh and Sean was there to show us around, and even gave my brother a tour around town.Very good and personable host !Anne and family

Our family enjoyed a wonderful winter ski weekend at this beautiful home. The attention to detail and comfort in the house was noteworthy, as were the stunning views. The owner was kind and responsive. We look forward to returning in the future!

We had the most wonderful (quick!) trip to Sean’s house in Gilford. It was a freezing weekend and he had already gotten the heat going so we’d have a toasty house to check into! The house was clean, the beds / bedrooms were comfortable (one on main floor, two on second floor) and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The views of the lake are beautiful and this location was ideal for us; less than 5 minutes to Gunstock for skiing! Sean was a communicative host and we hope to return again in the future!

Fantastic property. Even if it didn't have one of the best views in NH, it would have been perfect for the 8 of us. Clean, well maintained and all you need for a relaxing vacation. Great central location for all the lake has to offer

Fantastic property, great location, million dollar views, deck with top end seating & fire table, pool room and adjoining tv/entertainment room. There are 3 good size bedrooms along with a great kitchen, dining area & living room with comfortable seating and a large smart tv. Check in and departure were seamless. Highly recommend.

Great Lake Winnipeasaukee House

FABULOUS property for our family of 5 - plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other constantly. Easy access to many different attractions, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the deck. And of course, as many have said, Sean is wonderful with communication and making sure the trip is great.

We loved our stay! The home has an amazing view of the lake — it’s the kind of view you can enjoy for hours. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the deck chairs were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.The fire pit was a great bonus and made for cozy evenings by the lake. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!

I started coming to the Gilford area with my family in 2010 and enjoyed it so much that we purchased our vacation home in 2012.In 2014 I had the opportunity to purchase a second home and ran with it so others could enjoy what we enjoy. The main reason I enjoy coming up to Winnipesaukee is the way it recharges my battery whether it be for one week or just a couples days. I go back to work refreshed and ready for the week.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I chose this property because of the amazing views it has and its great location to everything with it being 1.5 miles from Gunstock which offers skiing,tubing,segway tours,tree top adventure course,ride to the top on a chair lift and if you dare zip lining.If you like beaches there are three within 2 1/2 to 3 miles Gunstock Acres,Elicoya state park and Gilford beach all are on lake Winnipesaukee.Then you have Weirs beach in Laconia which is a 15 minute ride. If you like going to concerts you also have Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion which is hosting some great concerts this summer and is a 7 minute ride from the house. If your anything like me ask yourself this. When you go away do you ask for a room with a view, if so then this is the house for you.Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Being able to get up early and be on the ski slopes in 2 minutes,come home for lunch and go back for some more skiing, ziplining or tubing which is a blast!!!
Grill on the back deck while enjoying the beautiful views of lake Winnipesaukee and sipping your favorite beverage.
This home offers ten to fifteen miles of views of lake Winnipesaukee, mountain views,ski slope views and it also has sunrise and sunset views.
