Benvenuti a Hidden Creek Lodge. Questa spaziosa casa ha tutti i comfort di cui potresti aver bisogno ma è nascosta contro la foresta in un ambiente privato e appartato. Situato sul lago Columbine, a meno di 3,2 km dalla stazione sciistica del Purgatorio, è possibile praticare una vasta gamma di attività in pochi minuti. L'ampia zona giorno ha un camino e finestre panoramiche per ammirare il panorama. La TV può nascondersi in un armadio o si solleva con il telecomando e ha DirecTV e Apple TV. C'è un bagno completo su questo piano e tutti i bagni della casa dispongono di pavimenti riscaldati. La cucina e la zona pranzo sono dotate di camino aggiuntivo, tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie e panca e sgabelli da bar per 4 persone. La cucina è completamente fornita e ha una vista sul cortile. Al piano superiore la Master Suite ha un letto king size e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, doccia a vapore e doppio lavabo. I panorami da questa stanza sono sbalorditivi e c'è un terrazzo balcone privato con sedia sospesa. Camera 2 dispone di un letto matrimoniale e TV in camera. Camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale e una parete aperta che si affaccia sul soggiorno rendendolo una camera da letto in stile un po 'loft. C'è anche un sistema di gioco Wii e una varietà di giochi adatti alle famiglie. Il ponte posteriore ha posti a sedere nel patio e si affaccia su un piccolo laghetto privato e ruscello. Il cantiere torna a National Forest. Il ponte anteriore dispone di una vasca idromassaggio privata. C'è un garage per due auto in allegato.

In inverno è necessario avere 4 ruote motrici con pneumatici da neve o catene - Nessuna eccezione!

This property was absolutely great! The house was super clean, the views were stunning. We really enjoyed the house. The only thing is the Mosquitoes were crazy!! Of course that is not the owners fault just nature!! But over all we really enjoyed the house!

We had an amazing vacation!

This home was a perfect place to land for our relaxing vacation in the Durango area! We hiked and fished during the day and enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub to relax! The views from the home where amazing! We can't wait to come back!

Fall Weekend Getaway to Durango

It is a beautiful house and was perfect for a girls' getaway weekend for my friend's birthday. The instructions were clear and the amenities and set-up were fantastic. We had an amazing time!

Gorgeous home!!

We have stayed in many Red Cliff Properties and loved them! This one was another wonderful beautiful place!We saw wildlife and enjoyed the peaceful relaxing setting! My bed was so comfortable! If you walk up the road, you can see one of my favorite mountains, Engineer Mt. Thank you again Red Cliff Properties for another superb vacation rental in the Purgatory area!!!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and property. Would very much like to return again. Would be nice to know access to get to lake as all signs note private property. Home very well stocked with everything you need. Would highly recommend this property for for vacation stay.

Columbine Lake

This was a fantastic home and perfect for our family! Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities of not only kitchen items but also with stocked pantry items. Our only complaint would be the mosquitios as we couldn't enjoy the hot tub without getting eaten! Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Wonderland

We had an incredible ski trip! The house is absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs perfectly. The views were breathtaking, and it snowed as we drove and it made it feel like a true winter wonderland. Skiing was fantastic, and the resort being so close to the house was a huge bonus. We definitely needed 4WD to get to the house, but it was totally worth it! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay—it was an unforgettable experience!

Great location!

Beautiful house just secluded enough to enjoy the outdoors with no city hustle. Great location for enjoying Durango, Purgatory, Silverton and Ouray! Easy to get to from 550 and situated where you could go north or south to explore the beauty of the San Juan Forest and colorful Colorado. House was well stocked and had everything. Very comfortable beds and fantastic views. Easy to communicate with rental company.

Great Neighborhood

The area is perfect if you are looking for a mountain getaway. The neighborhood has a lake which is accessible for fishing and kayaking. The surrounding forest is a mix of aspen and pine the lot sizes of houses are large and give you space to feel like you are in nature. Much better then Engineer Village where the homes are all crowded together like a cheap suburb. Everything in the house was as described, communication with the seller was excellent.

This is a beautiful spot, peaceful, close enough to Durango to visit. The house was clearly once very comfortable and had all the things you would want (hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds). However maintenance is clearly an issue- our first night we discovered the main fireplace for heating the house was inoperable; the gas grill needed to be manually lighted and no lighters were found, many light bulbs burned out, and we were very cold in the middle of the night. The next morning when we emailed the management company (no cell service, so couldn't call, and the landline in the house kitchen had no dial tone), we went back and forth over a couple of hours and finally got the location of batteries for all the dead remotes and advice on using other heating devices in the house to warm it up. The main fireplace was never fixed. This fireplace is in the main room of the house and so we never really used that room- too cold even though we were there at the end of May. Overall, we had a nice stay but I wouldn't go back to this property (or anyone managed by the same company).

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the maintenance issues, our team responded with the locations of spare batteries for the remotes, confirmed that lighters were available for the grill, and provided information on the supplemental space heaters available in every room of the home. We also sent maintenance to inspect the reported issues. Upon inspection, it was determined that the fireplace system was simply out of fuel. Because your stay occurred at the end of the heating season, when daytime temperatures were consistently in the 70s and 80s, additional fuel had not been reordered as the fireplace is not typically used for heating during the summer months. The home itself remained heated, and space heaters were available in every room throughout the property for guest comfort if needed, which we did let you know as well during your stay.

Some bothersome things

I should have looked closer but didn’t realize one bedroom had a half wall open to the living room. Kind of a loft. The dish washer and ice maker did not work so we had to do dishes by hand and buy ice. The dish had very intermittent reception but we didn’t watch much anyway. Overall the house was good and the location worked great for us.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! The house was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is conveniently located for excursions to Silverton, Purgatory, Durango & beyond… This is our 2nd time to stay at this house & our family of 5 can’t wait to come back!

Lovely house

Our stay at this property was great! House was bigger than the photos depicted which was awesome. Loved the proximity to Purgatory resort. Parking for our big truck was spacious. We weren’t prepared for the wood burning furnace maintenance but it wasn’t too bad.

beautiful property, it'd be perfect as we used it just to get away from it all, or as home base for a ski trip or rafting in the summer. we loved the home and would go back anytime
