Very clean house. Right on the beach! Nice pool(heated). Everything was as advertised. We really enjoyed our time there! Would definitely choose this property again!!!

Awesome house and right on the beach. Pool was clean and perfect!!

Everything was great. Rooms are very large and it's right in the beach with its own pool. Couldn't ask for anything more!!!

Great beach house!

Wonderful spacious house steps from the quiet beach. Pool was great and property management was super fast woth requests (very simple/minor things). Highly recommend!

Breezy East

We had a wonderful stay at Breezy East! It was not as clean as we would have liked upon arrival but we made a phone call and house keeping came right away! The view was amazing and we loved the direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Deck around the pool and house needs replacing. Patio furniture and pool furniture need upgrading. One of the bathroom tubs were stained. Sink upstairs did not look to have been cleaned. Overall it was nice.

Weather didn't cooperate with our vacation days, but we still made the best of it. Really enjoyed the house and the time we did get to enjoy the beach. The interior floors do need some attention.

PLENTY of room for or family of 15!!!

This was the first vacation with my parents, in-laws and my brother and his family. The house met and exceeded what we were looking for. The rooms were huge, views were amazing and the Pics online do not do it justice. We are already planning to rent the entire house next year!

Property needs a lot of refreshing. It needs painting! Door stops are missing. Some doors were off hinges. Decor was dated. We had to ask for lamps because all we had was harsh over head lighting. It was spacious and maintenance was quick and so nice. It also needs cleaning supplies. The broom was broke in half and hard to use. We will not stay there again.

Great accommodations, great beach.

Had a problem with upstairs ac , but someone fixed next day. Light out in one closet upstairs. No forks in kitchen but brought some next day. Leak in ceiling in living room from shower upstairs. Overall very pleased with accommodations.customer service was very prompt. We had health emergency on last night but they were very helpful and let us arrange another day stay no problem. Would recommend this Brno to my friends.

Wonderful experience!

We loved the rental and location! It was very clean and had most everything we needed! I would recommend the owners add a new blender to the kitchen as it seems the one they had was missing parts as well as a single serve coffee pot. Besides that we didn’t want for anything and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful house steps away from the water!

Our group of 13, including 7 kids, had a wonderful escape at this house. Plenty of space for everyone and you can't beat the location!

Family Beach Vacation

Very nice beach home for a large family or lots of friends. The home has everything you need to cook large meals and plenty of room for all to eat together. So much enjoyed our stay with all of our children and grandchildren. Great private beach and large bedrooms/bathrooms.

Nice house. Good beds and furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Nice street. Cute pool. Horrible wi/fi. Nice beach for walks. Blue angels practice over water. Oil rigs (23) light up at night, I didn’t mind them. I would stay again.

Our stay!

The house was beautiful we enjoyed everything especially the beach view and the sunrise, except that we had an issue with flies/ mosquitoes during the day at the poo there was nothing we need or stay to keep them away. Overall we loved and enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room to accommodate our family. Loved the private beach and pool (even though still a little cool to swim). The management was very accommodating allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with your children. We would definitely rent again

Beautiful Home, Beach is amazing!

Loved our stay here, the house was clean and well equipped! Two suggestions: - add screens to the bedrooms so guests can open a window and listen to the waves at night (this was a big disappointment for me) - maybe invest in a few games Also want to mention: - there are multiple oil rigs on the horizon that aren’t very nice to look at. - this house is a good 25-30 minutes from town, that was okay with us but we will probably stay closer to town next time.

After arriving on Saturday, I was contacted by the property company on Sunday. I informed them of a rusty shower rod in an upstairs bathroom. They said someone would come out and replace it on Monday, but no one showed up.

Weather bad no refund

House was beautiful. Woke up on our 2nd morning there & the roads were flooded, pool had sand & beach debris in it. House next door was flooded under it so we got worried we would be next & would be stranded so we rushed to leave. Sent an email with pics to show how bad it was & to say we left early, no response & no refund or offer to comp a stay at another date.

HI Joanna Im glad you thought the house was beautiful as the owner has worked very hard to make it nice. WE are very confused, as this is a duplex, and the guests next door didn't call or leave. We also never got a call from your group. The rain did really come down that night, but the gulf wasn't a concern at all. We also manage alot of houses in the area and no one else left. The house next door has a slab that is to low so it gets water under it in an afternoon thunderstorm. We do not offer refunds for early departures, as stated in the reservation agreement.
