A great cabin , perfect for family or friends.Bears are everywhere, be careful!Host was very helpful with check in. The parking is on a hill.Hot tub was clean .Great seating on the back porch.Make sure you have Bear Spray !

Cabin was really clean. Jacuzzi tub jets did not work. Trees need trimmed off the back to get a better view of mountains but would still rent again.

The host was very nice & prompt to responding to our questions. But we were unfortunately disappointed in numerous things. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was nonfunctional as well as the tv in the master bedroom. There was only one closet that was downstairs, and it was full of the owners things. The towel & wash clothes need to be replaced. They were extremely thin and left us joking that maybe we’d be better off using paper towels to wash & dry off with. We chose not to use the outdoor hot tub because it ran almost continuously and was extremely loud. We didn’t feel safe using it, and it also left us unable to sit and enjoy the view that we had from the porch. We’ve used VRBO many times before! And this is the first time we are leaving a disappointing review.

Cabin and view were clean and beautiful! We were lucky to see bears all throughout the resort, including from the deck of the cabin! We were all so excited! It was easy and quick to get from the cabin down to all the main attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer or the drive into Gatlinburg was just as easy! The kids absolutely loved the hot tub, it came in handy after we had bad storms one night causing the resort pool to close! We would absolutely come back to this cabin for another vacation - the only negative we could even come up with is the parking, it’s very steep but it’s manageable! 10/10 experience for all us!!

Kurig did not work, no soap, and Christmas decorations were still up at the end of March. The hot tub and other parts of the cabin need some attention. We will not be coming back.

To clarify, basic toiletries are provided for the first day or two, and additional supplies can always be requested during your stay. Regarding the coffee maker, we keep three coffee pots in the cabin to ensure guests have alternatives in case one does not work. Our cabin and hot tub are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet standards for every new guest. We will certainly review your comments with our team to ensure everything is in proper working order. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback.

So let me do the good then the bad. The good: The location is good for quick accessibility to the strip. The interior was clean. There was good water pressure. The beds had toppers on them that made them better than most. They had ample supply of kitchen supplies.The incorrect things: The listing said full size futon. It has a pull out couch instead. Not a huge deal, but inaccurate. The bad:They technically had a hot tub, but it would not heat above 95 degrees and it had poor jet pressure. We sat in it for an hour with the temp set to 104 and it never went up a degree from 95.While the cabin technically had a jetted tub, it did not have a working jetted tub. The think that VRBO should make that distinction on properties. Meerly having jets in a tub is misleading. Parking area is awkward if you do not have a short vehicle. We were in a mid-sized SUV (Hyundai Santa Fe). It was hard to get fully into your parking area. It was at a steep angle too. There was not an easy turnaround spot.The view was mostly blocked on the first floor deck by trees. Best angle of mountains was in corner of 2nd floor. There is not a 2nd floor deck so you have to look through dirty windows covered with bird poop. The decking and railing showed showed signs of wear and age.This cabin needs a new hot tub, jetted bathtub repaired or replaced, and a 1/3 width deck with chairs on the 2nd floor plus general updates to be on par with others I have stayed at in pigeon forge.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was far enough away from the strip to get in some relaxation, and close enough to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and the owner was great. Would recommend!

Clean, Comfy and Beautiful Views

The cabin was very clean, comfy and had beautiful views. The location was perfect for access to the national park and the community was peaceful. We will definitely consider staying again.
