Monica, I was so sorry to read your review on Persimmon. First, thank you for being a repeat customer to Homeowner's Collection and for acknowledging that this is absolutely not our typical service standard. I have comped a night of your stay. Regarding our location, we were notified just recently that we needed to move offices during our busy season and apologize that we were difficult to locate. And, that our communication relative to the washer was also not what it should have been. I'm going to look at our process relative to sheets and towels. We should have a stock in our Guest Service office. Thank you for letting me know of your experience so that we can improve. And, I hope you will give us another opportunity to host you when you are in Seaside.
