Condo was nice & pool was excellent, very kid friendly. Our biggest obstacle was not enough parking. We were only allowed one parking place for a 4 bedroom condo & had to park other cars in overflow parking. Other than that, everything was good.

Family Vacation

Everything was great!! Loved sitting on the deck and looking over the gulf. Was handy with the kids with the water and pool and close to shopping.

The condo needs some TLC, Deep cleaning, and woodwork needs painting. We liked the location and beach views.

Great for family’s

This condo has an amazing view and is very spacious. We took our parents and it was the first time they have stayed on the beach; they loved it! It is also right across the street from Walmart.

very large and well equipped kitchen, parking was bad but that was expected from all the reviews I

Really great for family vacay, wish owners would rent parking to visitors I know we would have paid to have not walked so far after every activity we left for.

Great Property, nice beach

The property is very nice and clean. Location is good with a grocery store and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Finding parking was difficult.

Overall great stay!

Overall amazing stay! Great location, clean, and plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids! My only complaint was the parking! Luckily we didn’t have to leave much but it was frustrating not being able to find parking a few times.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in this condo. They must be doing updates as one of the panels on the balcony was boarded up. Bedroom and bathroom layout was great for small kids.

Great for Families

We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool on the rainy days too. The only downside is the internet connection is unreliable (rarely worked during our visit) and parking onsite is very limited.

Great location

Perfect fit for our family of 11. Only complaints would be how noisy the people above us were at all hours of the night, and the ceiling fan in the back king bedroom shakes a lot and is loud. But over all great experience, and location. We would come back and stay.

So Perfect!

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. We are a family consisting of 3 couples and 2 small children. This set up was perfect for us. The location was ideal as it is across the street from Walmart, ice cream shops, some boutiques, and a Mexican restaurant. We could walk anywhere we needed to go. The beach here is lovely!

Property is a great location.

Had some issues with ice maker wasn't working and just not enough seating in living area for number of bedrooms. Condo was excellent otherwise.

Great Location

Great location. Beds very comfortable, great view, easy beach access. Parking situation is not ideal, nearest lot is 1/2 mile walk, this is not conducive with small children. Unit needs a good cleaning. Floors are very dirty.

Beach paradise

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week at the Enclave 64. Very spacious condo and right on the beach. We had a couple issues that management addressed right away. The indoor and outdoor pool were great to have. We really utilized the under counter ice maker. The balcony was wonderful and shady most of the time. We would definitely recommend his property
