Great villa - stunning pool.

Stayed here for 1 week with the family and had a great time , definitely recommend hiring a car. Plenty of bars & restaurant within 5 min drive & 10min drive to the beach .

Excellent property designed to meet everyone’s needs, great experience

Well designed villa, all the facilities to support a relaxing family holiday, had a wonderful time, only regret is we did not book early enough for next year, hopefully we will be back in the very near future

Nice and comfortable villa

Very nice villa and everything you need is provided for your stay, pool was a joy in the high temperatures we had for our stay. Just one little niggle there was no sun lounger cushions around the pool which was a little uncomfortable. But apart from that everything else was brilliant from start to finish.

Lovely villa

We stayed at Villa Sara for 9 days with our 3 year old and 1 year old at the end of May. We had a great time visiting family who live locally and enjoyed the villa. Pro's: Fully equipped kitchen Spacious bedrooms Lovely, large pool that was well maintained and cleaned Friendly owners Secure, gated villa Good location Con's: Accommodation all on one level which we hadn't realised - made it difficult when children were in bed and lots of stairs for little ones Building works just behind the property made it very noisy outside during the week and working hours Windy!! The front door blew shut on one occasion which automatically locked us out (Rob was great about coming over to let us back in though!) 3rd bedroom doesn't have air conditioning and was very warm for our 3 year old at times Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't recommend it for a young family due to glass tables and stones in plant pots etc which made it difficult with a 1 year old crawling around the villa but if the children are a little older it would be a perfect villa. You definitely would need a car but the beaches and shops are very easy to get to and there are some restaurants within a 15 minute walk too.

Dear Monica, Thanks for your review. We apologize for the building works that are out of our control. We hope the building of the villa behind our garden will be finished soon ensuring the former silent, relaxing environment. The weather can be windy around May, still, it is sunny most of the days, closing windows across the entrance doors might help from being shut out.

Adore this villa

Second time stay for us at Villa Sara and already looking forward to returning. Such a great location for us (car is advised as nearest bar is about 15 minute walk away and Quesada centre is a good 30 minute walk, but there are many local taxis that can be used). The Villa has plenty of privacy and outdoor space and the pool is a great size and sparkling clean. Outside furniture is super comfy too - perfect t for relaxing by the poolside. The facilities inside the Villa are excellent too and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rob, our contact was really friendly, prompt and helpful - even taking time out of his day to pop back and help us with the TV! Would not hesitate in recommending Villa Sara. Cannot wait to revisit.

Great Holiday

The property was incredibly spacious with an superb outside area. It had everything we needed internally and the beds were very comfortable. Location wise it was a little to far from the town centre of Quesada not an easy walk, but easy enough to drive within 5 minutes. The decor in property was slightly dated but the the size, outdoor space and cleanliness all made up for it. If you want a nice peaceful private villa with a superb outdoor area I would highly recommend.

Very relaxing vacation

We have rented this villa on a number of occasions and always enjoyed our stay. Although clean, with a lovely pool and location, it has started to get a little dated and could do with some improvements. These would be new sun beds, towels, plastic cups & plates and air con that doesn’t drip. Despite this, we would still recommend this villa and will definitely return.

Great Villa

The whole experience of renting this villa was excellent, communication was good and we were met by two lovely people who explained and showed us everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was a great size, exceptionally clean with a great size pool and full of essential items. Only negative point was the location, you definitely need a car. Lovely area though and very quiet.

Dear Guest, We appreciate your review and we thank you for your feedback. Given that Ciudad Quesada extends over several kilometers from Torrevieja to Rojales, we also recommend renting a car to easily access all amenities. There is a parking facility within our fence on the plot.

Beautiful place to stay!

The villa was just perfect for our family week away... 3 spacious bedrooms and a great living space. The terrace overlooking the pool was beautiful and a lovely space for a morning coffee. Our two girls (13 & 11) made great use of the pool and it was cleaned every other day. We walked to the local bars and restaurants and felt safe and relaxed. Will definitely be back. Lovely villa

Very isolated if you don't have a car. Spent a fortune on taxis! Should make that quite clear on the advertising. Lovely villa but could do with some updating and a deep clean. Best thing was the pool, in it every day. Suggest some instructions for cooker and washing machine would be good. Some decent pillows are a must. Had a great time!

We thank for your review. We are very sorry for your less positive experience. We shall take steps to further improve our accommodation based on your input. We recommend in our ad renting a car - which is very fairly priced in Spain - stating that a car is recommended. This does not only refer to our Villa but it relates to the whole area. All amenities are within 2 miles distance. The beach is about 5 miles in Guardamar. The Villa is advertised as it is. We continuously thrive to update it as well as we shall take into consideration your need for deep clean. Up until now, we have not had a complaint on cleanliness.

Great Villa

We have stayed twice at Villa Sara now and both times have been just great. You are met by Rob and Maria who explain all you need to know. The Villa has everything you need and the pool area is fantastic. The pool is always clean. My favourite area is the outside balcony with loungers, table and chairs. Perfect for watching the sun rise and set. Quesada is lovely and we know it well. We will be booking again as I don’t think you can beat this place.

Lovely villa with nice clean pool

My family enjoyed staying in the villa, found it had everything needed and Marie was so helpful she made the whole process of arriving/keys etc really stress free. The pics are exactly as the villa is, set in a nice quiet area with lovely terraces for enjoying sitting and relaxing. Used the pool daily, found it lovely and clean and a good size and the depth was great. Inside had everything we needed, made use of the air con and found the kitchen stocked with allsorts of condiments making our stay easier not having to buy these items. Would definitely recommend and will look to book again for next year

Amazing Villa.......... would definitely go again

Me and 4 mates (5 lads all aged 22) stayed for a week in villa sara and we could not of had a better time. Rob and Marie the people who look after the villa were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The pool and garden is great with lots of room and a bbq which was perfect for food by the pool. The villa was very clean and felt like a home, the best villa we have stayed in. Overall we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The only negative I could give is that it is about a 30 minute walk to the main town and bars but with a rental car it was not really an issue. A* will definitely think about booking it again next year

Beautiful villa and excellent interaction with the

We travelled as 3 couples and we're very impressed with the villa. Excellent communication with the owners and house managers. Great location for everything although up on a hill if going to La Pirate bar which we walked several times. Need transport for out and about or stay where you are. Great restaurants and supermarkets within 2 minute drive, beach just 10 minutes by car..sightseeing where you want to by car.. pool was great fun although a bit cold but it was the end of March. Home from home all facilities. Would recommend to anyone and have already. Thanks for a great stay we will be booking again. Jo and Dan, Steve and Donna, Angie and Mark x

Home from Home in the sun.

Really luxurious villa. Everything you need for your stay even down to ice bucket for the wine. Air con was superb had villa cooled down within minutes. Pool very spacious and suntrap all day. Neighbours very quiet and helpful. Grandkids loved the pool and beach at Guadamar was lovely not rocky only 10 mins by car. Lesley & Jim only round corner and happy to help with anything. We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure.
