La nostra struttura a 3 acri è solo 20 minuti. a piedi dal Gange. Abbiamo annidato questa cabina pulito e caratteristico nel suo boschetto di cedro, separata dalla casa principale.
La vostra cabina per due ha bella illuminazione naturale con soffitto di pino, pavimenti in sughero e un letto alto imbottite con piume e lenzuola bianche. Cedar passerelle per la più dolce gabinetto no-flush nel proprio edificio. Outdoor artiglio piedi vasca e lavandino

We arrived in a state of clinical-level exhaustion hoping to be revitalized by our 5 days. Everything about the property felt like it was put there precisely to help us achieve that. Ganges village was only 5 minutes away by car, but the cabin and its grounds were so peaceful and embracing that it felt like we were deep in the woods. And to bathe in the old-fashioned and wonderfully comfortable clawfoot bathtub under the stars was a highlight we won't soon forget. Never has lying abed scrolling the net seemed more incongruous. Our host was accommodating and provided breakfasts to die for. I could go on with superlatives, but you get the picture. Very highly recommended.

A beautiful, cozy place to celebrate my 50th. It was like getting a nature hug every time I stepped out the door.For me it was a perfect location; conveniently close to the ferry and downtown Ganges, but secluded and far enough away to provide the peace and solitude I needed. I almost wished for a rainy day to rationalise curling up in the comfy bed all day with my book. (Too much to explore though.) I would definitely go back. Highly reccomend for couples looking for a quiet place to have a romantic get-away.

Our stay at westover BNB was dreamlike! The cabin is rustic and surrounded by wilderness which makes for a beautiful setting. The outdoor tub and shower are such a great addition that we enjoyed a lot! The outhouse took some getting used to while we adjusted to the spiders/bugs (unavoidable when in nature) but after a day it was completely fine! Tara was a caring and responsive host. The only small inconvenience is the lack of service and really unreliable internet. Otherwise, everything from the breakfasts we received to the general atmosphere of the property was perfect! I would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay here for our anniversary! Our host Tara was so kind and gave us plenty of privacy, I really felt like we had a private oasis to ourselves. Everything was clean and so thoughtfully decorated and supplied. The breakfast was a great plus too!!

Lovely rustic cabin, yummy breakfast items and coffee. Be prepared for mosquitoes! Not a 1 bedroom though, a one room only with very little space for preparing food. Comfy bed and great outdoor shower and tub. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Tara was very helpful getting the wifi to work and provided ice whenever needed.

I had a wonderful stay! Tara was such a lovely, accommodating, and helpful host from start to finish. The property was perfect for my needs; tucked away in nature and a short drive to some beautiful hiking trails. The outside bathtub was an absolute treat and the highlight of my evenings. Plus, the delicious breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to escape to nature and find some true tranquility!

The cabin is absolutely adorable and super convenient; just a 5-minute trip from the ferry terminal. The host was lovely and really helpful, and the space itself felt warm and cozy, with a space heater & a wood stove. Tara also left out books and colouring supplies, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast (homemade muffins, yogurt, granola, etc.) was delicious. We also loved that our puppy could come along with us!

A perfect weekend getaway

Very much enjoyed the atmosphere and setup of the cabin and the under the stars bathtub. Our Labrador puppy also enjoyed his stay.

I would NEVER knowingly stay where I have to use an “outhouse”! No soap in outhouse. Very little cell service on Salt Spring Island; it took an hour to discover that the cabin was located BEHIND the host’s house down an unmarked back lane. There was no microwave just a BBQ. All water was outside. Thick bush meant lots of mosquitoes. Could not get gas fireplace to work. It was however very private and close to town. Windows were clean. Breakfast granola was scrumptious.

A perfect stay

We absolutely loved Tara's cabin in the forest! It was incredibly relaxing and the outdoor tub was such a nice touch. We had such a peaceful time and absolutely loved everything. Tara was super friendly and helpful and gave us great local recommendations. I highly recommend!!

I have been renting our cabin for thirteen years and before that it had been used as a wellness studio and guest house. I enjoy my island life and have been living on Salt Spring for 15 years. When I am not busy hosting, I can be found walking my dog in the back property which gives me access to the harbor. Our home was built by my husband who works as a full-time teacher.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Bullock Creek Road is a collection of 3-acre homes tucked in a wooded pocket on the route from Long Harbor ferry terminal and only a 20 minute walk to Ganges. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet.

We will greet you upon arrival, yet understand the value of complete privacy to come and go as you wish. If you need the scoop on the local happenings or just to be pointed in the right direction, I (a longtime islander) am happy to be your number one connection!
