Questa splendida casa privata si trova nel quartiere di Solamere inferiore Deer Valley. Ha una splendida vista, finiture di alta qualità e mobili di design, servizi meravigliosi, ed è molto spazioso (circa 6.000 mq). Inserti in legno in tutto, tra cui ringhiere di log e messaggi, pavimenti in legno, così come un open space e luminoso.

Il livello di ingresso principale si apre sul soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo combinati in un grande sala bella. La vasca idromassaggio privata è sul ponte appena fuori dalla sala da pranzo. Anche a questo livello è la quarta camera da letto e lavanderia. Su un livello mezzo porta alla suite matrimoniale, e poi su un volo pieno di scale sono la seconda suite master e terza camera da letto. Al piano inferiore si trovano le camere da letto, quinto e sesto, una camera familiare e sala giochi, e l'ingresso dal garage.

Soggiorno: soffitto a volta, pavimenti in legno, pavimento al soffitto in legno pietra naturale camino con manto di registro, HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD, accesso ad un piccolo ponte sul fronte della casa, una splendida vista che brucia.

Family Room: al piano inferiore con un sacco di posti a sedere, 42 "HDTV, DVD, CD, e il suono surround! Area giochi con tavolo da biliardo e bar con lavello, frigo e macchina per il ghiaccio. Pavimento al soffitto camino in pietra naturale - legna.

Cucina: Pavimenti in parquet, granito, attrezzata con elettrodomestici professionali per la cucina gourmet. Isola di lavoro, free standing macellaio-Block Island. Vichingo stufa (gas) ha 6 bruciatori, e vi è una macchina del ghiaccio in aggiunta alla Frigorifero / freezer.

Sala da pranzo: tavolo da pranzo formale con posti a sedere per 10. Posti a sedere sgabello supplementare per 4 a cucina un'isola vicina.

Deer valley family escapade

My family of adults and kids stayed at this magnificent house for a wonderful 4 day adventure. Skiing at Deer Valley and Park City was wonderful. The house location is just 5 minutes from Deer Valley. It is large, luxurious and totally fit for apre skiing. the hot tub was wonderful. Great room was spectacular. Master bedroom was three times larger than we needed( but so nice to sleep in!) overall we loved the house and certainly plan to return!

Wonderful accommodations in a great location!

Reviewer Comments: My family (wife, 4 adult children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 4 grandkids three years old and younger plus and a future son-in-law) had a wonderful stay at 3035 Snow Cloud Circle. It is in a great location and had plenty of room for our large party of 13. Lots of individual family space and well-furnished. The master bedroom is huge, which was great. A few challenges for improvement - the pool table is very old and only 1 working cue stick!; there were dirty pot and cups that from the previous renter I suppose - the cleaning crew needs to check that out; the grill was quite old and the handle broke but still functional; it is a bummer that the local and amazing Solamere neighborhood tennis, pickleball and swim club is off limits to renters - there was nobody using it!: the back porch was under construction to a degree but usable; please put extra garbage bags and paper towels which is a small expense but yields high renter satisfaction - minor things that could all be corrected.

Perfect retreat!

The property is beautiful and clean, close to Park City Mountain resort. Our two families of 6 each had a lot of fun there. Will rent again if available.

Large house-great for multiple groups

This property served our needs perfectly. There are enough bedrooms for 6 friends to each have their own room and plenty of gathering spaces. Highly recommended!

Great time, perfect location

We had a great time and were very happy with the accommodations. It was a family reunion, our adult kids were super happy with their en suite rooms and the Master Bedroom is very relaxing. The common area is more that enough for the family to gather and be together. It was great!

Fantastic weekend get-away

We had such a great time at this place. the property staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. it has all of the amenities from home. we cooked, grilled, relaxed. It was great.

Each family had their own place and the kids LOVED the hot tub. We hung some hammocks on some trees in the yard which made it feel so comfortable. The kitchen has a beautiful cooktop and lots of space for food prep. We would stay here again.

Summertime in Park City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I realize Park City Utah is a major winter, ski destination. But, we were looking for a family vacation, in the mountains with members from three different states in the summer, that included summertime activities for both kids and adults and we found that in Park City. The property was absolutely perfect for the seven members of our family. The home is beautiful, well maintained and equipped and located in a very beautiful residential area minutes from downtown Park City. The property was very clean and comfortable and not beat up as many rentals can become. We had fresh bedding and linens and a very well equipped kitchen for our dining needs, including all high end appliances. Wildlife was also present as we had a moose pass through the backyard three times, wild turkeys on the front lawn and an occasional deer stride through the neighborhood. Finally, on a couple of occasions we needed to contact property management for questions etc. The response was near instantaneous, even on Sunday. So, all in all, I heartedly recommend this property and may be going there again ourselves.

Thanksgiving 2021 Family Reunion

Property was amazing!! Alpine Ski Properties was even more amazing!! We had our Turkey and Ham delivered to ASP which was awesome! But we had oven issues for our Thanksgiving Day meal. Expected a double oven but the top was not working. Called ASP and the on call person tried to get a technician to come look at it... on Thanksgiving day! So very sweet of her!! Unable to reach someone she came out herself. There wasn’t anything that could be done that day but they did bring an alternative toaster oven for the rest of our stay! Everything else was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend Alpine Ski Properties and this property!!

Our family of 13 "over 50s" enjoyed this lovely home!

We all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the wild turkeys and moose we heard and saw, the spacious living and cooking areas, the decks and hot tub with convenient bench and towel hooks. Lots of windows. We felt very comfortable except that there were only 2 king beds so those with queens did not sleep as well. And 3 of us were in bunk beds, which were even less comfortable, but I'm sure for children they would be fine. A few minor repairs are needed [Blue Ray, stove burner, no grab bars in showers, etc.], which I'm sure will be taken care of, as Alpine Ski Properties is very focused on pleasing their guests and addressing any issues that arise.

Family vacation

Pictures don't depict that. Also, there needed to be more toilet paper and towels and trash bags for a family of our size staying as long as we did.

Perfect place and location to celebrate my big 5-0!

The house was laid out perfectly for a group of 11 people! We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Hope to do it again next year!

Family mountain getaway

The house was perfect for our family with 10 adults and 3 small children. It was very clean and had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, big family gathering spaces on both floors, extra linens. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to stay here.

Amazing home

This is a perfect place to stay with a large group. It is clean and spacious and has everything you need for cooking. I mean everything! We had a great time sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the weather and visits from moose, deer, rabbits and a wild turkey! I wish we could have stayed another week.

Beautiful, fun home!

We were visited by wildlife which shows how peaceful it is.The home was as shown with lots of family room for activities and meals. It was clean and ready to be occupied. The hot tub works and it is on a patio that we used everyday for activities. The BBQ grill worked very well. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Deer Valley Family friendly

Great family property. Wildlife bonus as well…a moose and a doe mule deer visited while we were there. There is plenty of room in the kitchen area with a large pantry for everything that we brought. The location is one of the best for mountain bikers with close proximity to trails and road to the summit with more trails. We love Park City.

Great location!

Close to commercial areas but located in a very nice residential area. Close proximity to hiking trails. A little shy on paper products. The outside decks were a little dirty. Overall, very nice.

Amazing location!

Fantastic home as advertised! Super close to mountain, made going and back and forth with young kids (1, 3, 6) very easy. Super responsive and lovely management company.
