Questo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato al terzo piano è stato appena completamente rinnovato. C'è un letto matrimoniale nel Master, con bagno privato e TV a schermo piatto da 46 pollici. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto, due sedie a dondolo, splendide viste sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca e sulle acque del Golfo e una TV a schermo piatto da 60 pollici. Tutti i televisori dispongono di cavo HD. Godrai anche di splendide viste dai mobili da balcone in alto.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha armadi in legno massello, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Entrambi i bagni hanno anche il granito con pavimenti in assi di legno in tutta l'unità.

Phoenix II è una struttura non fumatori che comprende tutte le aree comuni e balconi. I servizi complessi del Phoenix II includono una piscina all'aperto, una piscina interna riscaldata che si trova nella piscina per bambini Phoenix III, lungomare, doccia esterna, gazebo, area per grigliate, sauna, campo da squash, campi da tennis, vasche idromassaggio, sala fitness e un gioco camera. Room looked just like pictures. Loved you could use the amenities at the other 3 phoenix connected to the one I was in. Especially when pools got full. I would definitely come back to this room.

The parking was a bit messed up. I paid through a link that was sent, but the property wasn't able to pull that up. Then I messaged Liquid Life, and they said they don't manage parking. I would just wait and pay at the desk when you get there.

Great Little Condo

We had a great time at this cute little condo on the beach. We were there for a baseball tournament, but it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable place after a long day. The view was spectacular, and the beach is literally just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was convenient for us on the 3rd floor so easy in and out. Beautiful view of the beach. Mattresses were comfortable. We would highly recommend if your on the fence. You won’t be disappointed!
