We loved our stay in this peaceful secluded wooded lot. It felt remote, but was actually very close to grocery, restaurants, and popular hiking trails. Our border collie loved the stay too.

This clean, well accomodated apartment sits back on quiet, wooded street. it is within walking distance to a trailhead in Acadia National Park and a short drive to the quaint Southwest Harbor town. Easy drive to Acadia & Bar Harbor, too. The property owner is gives thorough info & is quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Eric (The host) was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. The property is also conveniently located near Acadia National Park, with shops and other essentials nearby. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Acadia National Park. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay. Eric sent a confirmation with instructions and checked in again prior to our arrival. The location and home were lovely and in a beautiful setting. Everything was spotless, inviting, and located in a residential community, just minutes from everything. Based on the hiking, kayaking, and outdoor activities, we greatly appreciated having use of the washer and dryer. Everything was perfect!

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was fabulous. Eric was such a gracious host who made the check-in and check-out process so easy. The place is quiet, clean, spacious, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Eric even gave us some restaurant suggestions which we definitely tried and they did not disappoint. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

When we showed up at the house, we were completely taken back by how cute and cozy the space was. Well decorated and spacious, it was the perfect space for a secluded getaway. There was lot of space for cooking, hanging out, and watching TV shows in the evening, and it served as a relaxing place to rest after the hikes in Acadia. Every day, we got to see a few deer who must also live nearby and always put a smile on our faces. Even though the house feels secluded, you didn't have to travel far to buy food at the well stocked grocery store nearby, and have adventures antiquing, exploring lighthouses, and trekking the beautiful trails in Acadia National Park. The hosts were friendly and communicated well, and we could tell a lot of effort had been made to ensure we had as enjoyable of a time as possible. Naturally, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would love to stay here again if given the chance!

Perfect Stay for the Acadia Birding Festival

Perfect location

This property was away from busy Bar Harbor, but close to Bass Harbor, Seal Harbor, and many other Acadia attractions. Great hiking trails are located close by, some in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our short stay here.
