Offrendo viste panoramiche dal ponte e una club house in loco ricca di servizi, questa spaziosa unità con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova a soli due minuti a Loon, a 25 minuti da Cannon e Waterville Valley e a 40 minuti da Bretton Woods. Non lasciarti scivolare tra le dita! 4 adulti + 2 bambini dormono comodamente. Navette gratuite per Loon Mountain ogni 15 minuti durante la stagione sciistica. Our stay at the condo was fantastic. We were there for the entire month of March to ski at Loon Mountain. The condo is as advertised! It's spacious, open, well appointed with all kinds of kitchen ware and towels, etc. Communication with Kejjii was superb. Definitely coming back next winter! Thanks for a great stay!!

Spent Columbus weekend with my family, comfortable and nice unit with responsive ownership, excellent location, the property is well equipped, we had wonderful stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Great property - super easy to get to and from Loon to ski and also to get to the town. The host was great - texted me to check in a couple times and responded to my questions right away.

Great Spot for Family

Great location with easy access to the Kanc and Franconia notch state park. The house has all the facilities that one may need for a family and is very spacious. Nice quiet condo complex that I would recommend for families.

We stayed at the Forest Ridge condo for the month of January. The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed and the Kejjii, the owner, was extremely responsive before, during and at the end of our stay. The Loon mountain shuttle is steps outside the door and was very convenient to and from the mountain.

This was probably one of the best VRBOS I have stayed at the location was perfect. Close to everything, including stores and sightseeing, but also tucked away so there was privacy. The owner was so nice. He so responsive and thorough in his communication that check in was a breeze. There were so many amenities in this listing it had everything you needed. I would happily stay here again it was perfect for our family weekend getaway!

Great host!

Excellent communication and service. Keiji made himself immediately available for whatever we needed. Location and layout of the condo is great. Plenty of room for two small families to spread out and relax. Proximity to local services and attractions was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place !

Property is beautiful. Clean which is first on my list ! Owner was responsive and checked in to see if everything was going ok. Everything you need is there and the unit is within a short distance of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent weekend in Lincoln

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincoln and were very happy with this Condo. Great first floor end unit . The proximity to Loon was super convenient. It is well appointed and comfortable . The owners were awesome to work with and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely want to rent here again.

Perfect location

Great weekend celebrating a Birthday. Perfect location for snowboarding and skiing Loon. Close to shops, and restaurants. Communication with owner was great. Shuttle to and from mountain was helpful, as parking lots filled up. Beds were comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely book again.

What truly captured our hearts, however, was the community itself—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and private. From the very beginning, Forest Ridge felt like a place where our family could create lasting memories for years to come.

Every room features a smart TV with access to popular streaming apps, and we offer plenty of entertainment options for guests of all ages. Being located on the first floor makes access especially convenient—there’s no need to carry skis, luggage, or groceries up flights of stairs.
