Abbiamo un bellissimo condominio 1700sf 3bedroom 2 bagni per affitto vacanze. Si trova al 2 ° piano e questo edificio ha un ascensore.


Abbiamo un prezzo paragonabile a molte 2 camere da letto, ma in realtà è un 3 BR. È UN SUPER AFFARE!
Ha una bella grande cucina e soggiorno. C'è una piscina semi privata a pochi passi dal vostro balcone. QUESTO È IL PIÙ SOUGHT DOPO IL CONDO IN MYRTLEWOODS. Ha ciò che equivale al tuo "cortile". La piscina è proprio fuori dal balcone. I genitori possono sedersi sul balcone e sorvegliare i bambini in piscina. Se rimani in altri condomini, devi camminare a una buona distanza da una piscina. Il condominio si affaccia verde # 13 sul campo da golf Pine Hills. Si tratta di 1. 2 miglia dalla spiaggia (e un parcheggio pubblico con accesso alla spiaggia) Broadway at the Beach è a un miglio di distanza, e tutti i ristoranti, negozi e vita notturna che rendono Myrtle Beach il luogo di vacanza perfetto! Puoi sederti sul balcone dopo una giornata al corso o in spiaggia e guardare i golfisti che passano. Sono disponibili tariffe settimanali e settimanali. 1. 5 miglia dal PGA Superstore e buffet di frutti di mare del Capitano George.

Permettiamo fino a 12 persone nel condominio, c'è 1 letto king size, un futon, 4 gemelli, un divano letto e c'è anche un divano e un divano. Ho un materasso extra nell'armadio dei proprietari. Se ne hai bisogno, fammi sapere, e avrò il servizio di pulizia per te. Tutti gli apparecchi sono in acciaio inossidabile nuovo. Il condominio ha latifoglie ovunque con tappeti in ogni stanza. Questo condominio è in ottime condizioni! Questa è un'unità terminale al 2 ° piano - Ha una finestra a bovindo nel soggiorno per più luce del giorno. Buoni nuovi bui dappertutto.


Myrtlewoods è sempre in ottima forma e in una posizione privilegiata.

* Gli autobus, i motocicli, i camper, le barche e i rimorchi non sono consentiti dalle normative HOA.
* La violazione delle polizze per non fumatori / animali domestici comporterà la perdita del deposito cauzionale e delle spese di pulizia extra. Ho un campanello ad anello e una videocamera ad anello sul balcone. Tutte le regole verranno applicate.

It is just not fair how these type of reviews can go unchecked---- My add clearly says that we allow up to 12 but people 9,10,11 and 12 are $30 per person per day. HE BOOKED THIS CONDO FOR 7 PEOPLE and then conveniently gave me a guest list for 10 people that he brought! Essentially stealing $300 from me in non payment for these people. My condo is set up as follows. 2 twins in bedroom #1 . 2 twins in bedroom # 2 and 1 king and 1 twin in bedroom #3. There are 2 additional twin beds (Real twin beds with foldable bed frames that can be set up anywhere they choose) There are also 2 pull out twin loveseats in the living room and a large couch in the living room. The statement about no pillows is a blatant lie. There are pillows for every bed. My add is ACCURATE and lists all of this.. No good deed goes unpunished. This man clearly did not read. I sent the check in instructions through the VRBO app. It is trivial but he didn't read it either..... Instead, he called VRBO and said he didn't have check in instructions. I had to send them via text and email. Again, I have to accept these type of reviews, but the facts are the facts and my listing is accurate.. I guess if he brought 25 people, he would have had even a bigger problem with bedding and pillow complaints..... Jeez!! Please read the add, ask any questions you may have and read my other reviews too. I have several properties in the Atlanta area and try really hard to make everyone's stay a positive experience.

We stayed here for some unfortunate circumstances but the hosts were most accommodating and the place was perfect! Good location, very spacious and exactly as advertised.

Great place to stay!

Our blended family really enjoyed staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us, great access to the attractions nearby. The kids loved the pool that was just out the back door of the unit. Would highly recommend staying here!

Family spring break 2024

Loved the size of this condo, plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Perfect location for golfing, shopping, and the beach.

This property far exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautiful with everything you need for your stay away from home. This is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping, and attractions.

Another great month in Myrtle Beach

The condo was once again clean and well stocked to begin our monthly stay. The location is near the pool and offers a quiet balcony to enjoy the view of the golf course. We especially enjoy the comfy beds and living room furniture and the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival.

Loved it!!

I loved this condo. It's about 5mins away from Boardwalk which my kids loved. I would definitely recommend this one to my friends and also rent again.

Clean and convinent.

The house is clean and beautiful than the pictures. It is convenient to the local stores and to the beach. There was enough place for 12 people!

This property is in immaculate condition. The bedroom suits are brand new. It is the best location in Myrtlewoods. It is right on top of the biggest pool, overlooks the golf course, and trash dumpsters are within walking distance. These condos are also the closest to the Cal Ripken baseball fields, and central to EVERYTHING!
