Casa classica della conca con tutta l'atmosfera storica e tutte le comodità moderne. Più grande della maggior parte dei cottage dei produttori di sigari, Casa Catalina dispone di un enorme soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a pianta aperta e vanta 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La casa ha una spaziosa area coperta con piscina riscaldata per un sacco di spazio per intrattenere e godersi il clima caldo tutto l'anno di Key West.
Casa Catalina ha una vernice fresca, una cucina rinnovata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio e ripiani in quarzo e tutti i nuovi arredi che fanno sentire questo posto come una casa lontano da casa. A solo mezzo isolato dalla famosa Duval Street, a 2, 5 isolati di distanza dalle spiagge del Southernmost Point e dai prati, a 4 isolati dalla casa di Ernest Hemingway, a pochi passi da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti, gallerie d'arte, negozi e vita notturna, questa è la posizione perfetta per vedere tutte le attrazioni che Key West ha da offrire.
La casa può ospitare 6-8 persone con 1 camera da letto e bagno completo al piano inferiore con letto matrimoniale e 1 camera da letto e bagno completo al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (4 posti letto). Il divano si trasforma anche in un letto matrimoniale per un ulteriore spazio per dormire.
Apri le porte-finestre e rilassati nella piscina privata molto riscaldata e nell'oasi all'aperto, tra cui un tavolo da pranzo per 6, sedie a sdraio, molti posti a sedere e un'altalena amaca per sedersi con un buon libro.
Altri servizi includono WIFI gratuito e TV via cavo, grande griglia a gas, doccia esterna, TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata centralizzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tutta la biancheria (compresi teli da spiaggia / piscina), cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario (pentole, utensili, frullatore , macchina per il caffè, posate, piatti / bicchieri ecc.), manutenzione settimanale della piscina e del cortile e pulizie intermedie (se lo si desidera).
Faremo del nostro meglio per migliorare la tua esperienza a Key West e farti sentire come a casa. Basta portare pantaloncini, costumi da bagno e infradito e hai tutto il necessario per vivere un po 'di tempo sull'isola.
