Construction ruined stay

Two days of roof construction directly over the condo (2/4 days there) ruined the ambience of this otherwise beautiful lake front condo. I have contacted the rental group but it was a management call to do this. Messy & loud!!!

We are sorry about. Unfortunately we were not informed of the planned roof repairs, otherwise we would have attempted to re-locate your group. At Hauserman we always attempt to be as fair as possible, thus we did provide a refund for the disturbances.

My family had the best week at this Star Harbor condo. From the moment you walk in the front door, you are blown away from the views. The place was clean and as described (maybe better than described). The condo was super roomy for our family of 5 and was well equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home. The 2 balconies are wonderful to relax on while looking at the water. The area was very quiet with only a super short drive to stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about it!

The location is by far the best! And the views from the condo are amazing! With 6 ladies, we felt safe, comfortable and the tennis courts steps away was perfect for us tennis players! Can’t wait to book this place again!

We were close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The beds were mostly comfortable and the only negative was the bath towels which were a bit threadbare - but they did the job. The grounds were pretty, tidy, quiet, and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Right on the lake

Great location. You can’t beat the views. While the property could use an update, it was extremely clean with a functional layout and has a very well stocked kitchen. Far enough from the road that noise wasn’t an issue and the waterfront view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Waking up to seeing beautiful Lake Tahoe was nothing less than spectacular! The location was great. Close to our favorite restaurant and Tahoe City. The only negative was the furniture needed updating along with the bathrooms. Our beds were very uncomfortable and the bedspread and sheets were very wore. We would definitely rent this property again. The location and view cannot be beat!
