A wonderful place with all the amenities! Beach supplies were an added bonus! Short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We hope to be back!!

Such a clean, comfortable condo. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked generously. Beds are comfortable. Nice balcony with view. It was nice that there were beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the host!

Beautiful property with great access to the beach. One of the more comfortable places we've stayed. The beds were good and the owners went above and beyond with making sure there is plenty to use. Like boogy boards, tennis rackets , shovels and pals for the kids. Great spot for a relaxing week away. Definitely worth the stay.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect: very clean and comfortable. We brought our own beach stuff, but didn’t need to. We found it easier to walk through the entry gate, down the beach approach, and past the toll booth to get to the beach rather than over the dunes and through the soft sand. I love the sweet sound of kids having fun in the pool.

The condo was even better than photos! Nice beds, super comfortable living room. I enjoyed morning coffee and reading on the deck. The view of pool courtyard and ocean is awesome.Great beach accessories for use! The beach was fantastic and so was our weather! City of St Augustine is beautiful- take a boat tour and visit all the sights. Highly recommend this condo!

What a perfect location. This property was so close to everything, but yet kept you out of the busyness of the tourists. The pool was refreshing and the other guests/owners were very friendly. The beach was easily accessible, and it was nice to have a water hose and bench so close coming off the beach to rinse things off. Owner was responsive. If you are considering this property, just go ahead and reserve, for you won't be disappointed.

Had a great stay. The unit was as described and very comfortable for our week long stay. Great location on the beach and close to everything. We really enjoyed the ease of beach access and the available chairs/umbrella was a great plus. The pool was closed due to a maintenance issue for the first 4 days but this was out of the hosts control. Access the complex washer/dryers was helpful but make sure to bring your own quarters. Would definitely book this property again on our next visit.

Great location. Unit would not cool. There were fans available which was indicative of lack of AC’s ability to keep up. There were not enough towels/wash cloths. The unit was stocked well with beach supplies.

I have to say im very disappointed with this review. The a/c wasn't working correctly and you never contacted me. The current renters came in and called me and said that the ac wasn't cooling and I called the service and had it fixed within 2 hours of the call. Towels not up to scratch was your other complaint. However you decided not to report this either to me but were happy to report it to the world without reporting it to me. The cleaning lady switches out Towels every cleaning and we keep a couple of new sets in the apartment for when its time to switch out but you decided to be nasty.
