Comfortable and charming home very close to amazing beach. Hosts were very accommodating and generous. Fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware, and excellent labels throughout the home for convenience. Hosts were extremely attentive to questions and any needs during stay. We hope to return!!

Everything was really nice. House is well-equipped and comfortable. Location near the beach and Frankfort downtown was perfect. Our host Jerry was really nice and easy to work with. We will be back.Guests should note that the stairs to the upstairs are a bit narrow and deep. We did fine on them (we are not young!) but someone with mobility issues might have difficulty.

Our bike trip to Frankfort was just perfect with this wonderful home! It was clean, provided more than just the necessities in the kitchen and was walking distance to the beach. This was our second time renting this home and we look forward to another stay.

Wonderful stay steps away from the beach!

This rental is a fantastic place to stay with your family and friends! The inside and outside sitting space is fantastic and can accommodate lots of people! The house was great and so was the host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!

Perfect fit for our family for a little downtime and exploring M-22 land.

The owner was very helpful and checked with us to make sure we didn't have questions. The home is lovely and very comfortable, with a location perfect for Frankfort.

Great location!

Quiet neighborhood but very near the heart of all the action in Frankfort. Cozy and inviting kitchen and great family room. Very spacious master bedroom/bathroom.

Great for Reunions

We enjoyed getting our extended family together under one roof. Kids never get tired of the beach which is only a few blocks away. Lots of trails near by.

Frankfort Getaway

This was a very lovely house with all of the amenities our family needed for our stay. Lots of games, movies and comfortable seating to enjoy a late winter/early spring getaway with a beautiful view.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time at The Beachcomber in Frankfort. The full kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group that likes to cook! Really fantastic setup for relaxing in the common areas, and the bedrooms/baths were very nice and comfortable. Loved the short walk to town... be sure to visit Storm Cloud Brewery! Jerry was super to work with, and we will definitely plan to go back.

Kay, thanks for your review and positive comments. It was a pleasure to have you and your family and friends stay at our home, you are welcome back anytime. The closeness to Storm Cloud Brewery is a nice little bonus for the home. This is our first year of ownership, and being a skier myself, I am pleased to find that other families are discovering Frankfort is a nice little place to stay when planning on skiing at Crystal Mountain, given it's only a 15 or 20 minute ride to the slopes. Please come and visit again!

Jerry was so hospitable and embraced the attitude of "mi casa es su casa" (my home is your home).

Fabulous location, minutes away from beach and downtown. Multiple areas to relax/entertain. Fully-stocked kitchen - such a nice touch with necessities on hand.

Our family has rented this house several times, usually in the fall and/or winter. It is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We love Frankfort!

Fabulous Home!

The house is lovely & is the most well-stocked of any vacation house I've ever stayed in, & I've stayed in a lot! Modern, clean, lovely decor & enough space that we enjoy each other. We loved the patio & ate dinner out there every night followed by a fire in the firepit.

Fall trip

We had a great trip to Frankfort! The weather was not the best, but the place was great and was close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was fully stocked. Jerry was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back!

We had a terrific stay. The house was more than comfortable and the owners couldn't have been nicer. Everything we needed was provided. We have rented quite a few cottages on or near Lake Michigan over the last ten years. This is one of the best.

Beachcomber Memories

This was our third year at the Beachcomber. We love the home and the location. It is one block to the beach and to the shops in downtown Frankfort. Jerry has the home well equipped from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrellas! We feel very fortunate to have found this rental! We have already booked for next year.

Totally AWESOME

You don’t need to worry or hesitate on this rental! Everything is as is explained out better!! All of the amenities and toys are superb. The host is very clear and very responsive.

Another great stay

Our family spent the last two weeks of June back in Frankfort-and just like last year everything was perfect. We love the location of this house to the beach and to Main Street. We park our cars and walk everywhere. The house is comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and the owners have thought of everything for us in advance.
