Il Blue Sandcastle è una casa sulla spiaggia di 4 BDR progettata architettonicamente per l'occupazione da 2 famiglie contemporaneamente. Su ogni piano, vanta una camera da letto principale, una camera da letto secondaria, un bagno, una zona soggiorno con unità AC separate. La cucina e la "Great Room" si trovano entrambe al livello principale. Il Sandcastle ha anche un passaggio privato sulla spiaggia e oltre 600 sf di ponte esterno (incluso un ponte coperto di secondo piano). Inoltre avrai accesso a una griglia esterna, sedie da giardino, 2 tavoli da picnic, 2 frigoriferi / congelatori, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, W / D, scaldabagno senza serbatoio e parcheggio coperto di cemento per almeno 6 veicoli.

Il Blue Sandcastle si trova a soli 60 minuti a sud di Houston e si trova a 2 miglia da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, sport acquatici, parchi acquatici, moli e molto altro! Nice home. Great location. Entry was a little tricky but Patricia was available when I reached out. There was an abundance of kitchen items and decorative beach items to make you feel at home. The sulfur smell was awful but there was a supply of bottled water. The crossover to the beach was really convenient. We loved the furniture on both decks that wrapped around. The stairs and deck railings were a little shaky. Overall we really enjoyed our stay watching the sun rise and set from those decks with access from 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

It was wonderful and we love this beach house and the porches! The owners are the friendly, attentive, and very responsive. Beach was clean and the full moon at night made it a great experience!

What a great stay! The house was very clean and had lots of room for the 11 of us. It also had two refrigerators! The beds were comfortable, outdoor furniture was fantastic and the AC worked great! The proximity to the beach was amazing, as well as the view! Patti was so easy to work with and responded very quickly when we had questions. I’m sure if we head that way again, we will try to stay at this place!

House on the beach

Beautiful!!! Had a wonderful and relaxed time in the house. It was comfortable and clean and so easy to speak to the owners. I loved how there was a walk way connecting the house to the beach!

Annual retreat

This was our 4th year at this vrbo, as usual there was an abundance and then some if everything we needed. It's practically turn key just show up w personal items most everything is in stock. The host is on top of absolutely all requests and over the top accommodating. We look forward to our week all year long

The home was absolutely beautiful and had EVERYTHING you needed plus more. It was clean and spacious and the air worked great. The view was stunning! The o my complaint is that the beds were too comfortable! We didn’t want to get out of bed! Haha. We will definitely be staying again!!!

The Perfect Beach House

We love this house--it has everything we were looking for--easy walkway to the beach, lots of sandy beach, porches that wrap around the house, and a private upstairs porch! The house is fully furnished and has lots of space. Yes, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also we love that the owners were attentive and responded immediately to us when we had a question.

The location can't be beat right on the ocean with amazing views from all the windows, great places to sit and enjoy the view, and the house is confortable with everything you could possibly need. Perfect Week at the Beach

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for what we were looking for… easy beach access from the house and close to vehicle access points for when we wanted to drive our tent, coolers, etc. to our spot on the beach. This area of beach was not overcrowded at all during our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of comfortable seating in the common areas and the beds were all very comfortable as well. The second living space upstairs was great for the night owls in the family to watch TV or read. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We had a group of 12 family members, ranging in age from 16-80. Every single person LOVED this home and rated it a 10/10 in every way-location, cleanliness, amenities, beauty. My daughter is disabled and can't walk far, but she had no trouble getting right to the beach and back due to the close proximity, right out the front door and across the walkway. I chose this home, and thank goodness my entire family is still raving about our stay.

Beautiful Home

This is our second stay at this beautiful home! The home is located right on the beach, with sweeping views from all areas/bedrooms of the house. The home is stocked very well with anything you may need in the kitchen! We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and let me tell you! You will never see a better firework show anywhere!!! It was amazing. The home offers plenty of space for up to 14 people comfortably. Love this place and our family will be back!

Family Vacay

This place has everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacay. Location is awesome, view is beautiful. The amenities were perfect for our family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked w every type of pan, cooking device, serving utensil, plates, cups, etc. Floor plan is great for entertaining. All kinds of indoor and out door toys for kids. The owner / manager was awesome to work with. Yes- you have to bring drinking water, but we do that anyway, no matter where we go. We had a great time in a beautiful home on the beach!!

The home was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need plus some and the two refrigerators were a huge bonus. Patti is a wonderful hostess and very easy to communicate with. The beach walkover was destroyed by hurricane Beryl, just a few weeks prior to our stay, but the beach access road was just two lots away. Great Family Getaway!

My family and I came down while Surfside was still cleaning up from Beryl and the power was just restored the day before we were to arrive. I was in contact with Patti during the days before and even though she was dealing with her own issues with her home she was still able to get some new carpet and clean up done for us so we could still have our trip. She was very upfront as to the conditions that were still present and what we should expect and there was not a thing that she was wrong about, even the mosquitos. Thank you Patti for all you and your family did for my family so this could still happen. It was a great trip!
