Abbiamo appena AGGIORNATO dentro e fuori, un bellissimo cottage con 3 camere da letto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Pavimenti in legno di pino caraibico cuore, bagno aggiornato con una grande cabina doccia.

Nuovo condizionatore d'aria centrale, lavastoviglie, microonde, caffettiera Keurig.

Fuori abbiamo un portico frontale dove puoi guardare il mondo che passa,
cortile abbiamo una zona barbecue Weber, sotto il cottage uno spazio per uscire fuori di notte con posti a sedere e TV

Vero classico cottage sulla spiaggia direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia.

Affascinanti camere da letto queen size, un bagno e una bella doccia esterna, pavimenti e soffitti in legno di pino del cuore caraibico.

Cucina aggiornata e completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde. Caffettiera Keurig.
Aprire la zona del ponte anteriore per il caffè del mattino, seduti al sole e splendidi tramonti.

Bagno pieno di dimensioni e aggiornato con doccia piastrellata.

Ampio parcheggio sul retro per un ampio parcheggio, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, negozi convenienti, il Fort Myers Beach Pool, il parco pubblico e la biblioteca.

Bella spiaggia di sabbia lungo la strada. A pochi passi dal molo pubblico e da Times Square.

Perfect place!!!

This place was perfect for us! The house is beautiful, super clean, beautifully decorated, we find everything we needed and more. We only have good memories from this vacay! The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach. We were looking for a place to have hollidays during COVID 19 and this was perfect, the beach was empty (mid July) and we enjoyed everything about this house!!! We will definitely Coming back. (Sorry of my grammar is bad, but I’m learning English)

It was my son's senior spring break - My husband and I, my son and his friend and my daughter and her friend!! This beach house was better than I anticipated. Private, perfectly situated for all the activities that you would want to do at the beach. The house was set up for daily living with all amenities!! The "basement" was set up for entertainment day and evening. Kim has everything you need, even beach chairs and coolers!! Totally unexpected, very appreciated!! We will be back!!

Amazing Location

My family absolutely enjoyed this Flip Flop beach house. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were literally right across from the beach which was perfect! Plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for everyone. Only complaint is that I was unable to reach the property owner with a wi-fi issue. We managed without but its a little frustrating when you text and leave a voicemail and never get a response. All in all we had a great vacation! Many memories were made and we hope to return some day. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us!!

Great little house so close to the beach, great view from the front porch.

This house was a perfect fit for us. Great outdoor shower, clean, and had everything we needed. 7-11 is two doors down, beach access is right across the street with a great beach bar. We walked to the Mound House on a cooler morning (a museum/archaeological site), it was nice that was close by too. After the sun went down it was an easy walk the mile to town for dinner. We did not rent a car, and opted to have Publix deliver groceries, and that worked well. We could have ubered there as well. There is a lot of construction going on on the street - mornings were loud, but I have a white noise app and that helped out.

Owner stole our money!

Property was destroyed in the hurricane. Owner ghosted us - never returned our calls and no refund. She continues to seek "donations" for "local workers" - straight up scam!

DISSAPOINTED HUSBAND

My wife book the weekend last minute as a surprise for me, it was !!!!. She had invited 3 other people, all adults, so we were a party of five. It is advertised as a 3 bed, 2 bath. There IS only one bathroom. The outdoor shower was great, I hope they did not expect me to go to the bathroom in it ?? The swimming pool is the local public pool !!!! WHAT !!!! The cottage is charming, just the location is not the best. It is right on a very busy road with constant traffic all evening, maybe due to the huge road works taking place. We had fun watching the cars (people watching). The pump on the work site across the road ran all night, quite loud when the traffic noise die down. The central air was not working, one bedroom had a window A/C. Glad it was not summer. We made the best of it. The sunset on Saturday evening was marvelous, just a short stroll across the road to the beach. The cottage is charming, the fire pit was a big hit. Great central location to all the area has to offer.

Stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend. Great location. Across the street from the beach & next to Hammerhead Gym! Junkanoo beach across the street where the grouper bites and cold drinks never disappoint!

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our friends and family. We celebrated our daughter’s 22nd birthday as well as Father’s day and the location and house were perfect. The house was cozy but comfortable. The entrance to the beach was just steps away across the street. We walked over to the beach during the day and at sunset. Having the pool also made a huge difference. We were able to hang out together by the pool after the beach. The owners were very responsive. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would 100% stay again.

Fort Myers Beach Getaway April 2022

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Myers Beach for the weekend. The property is in a great location if you're looking for good beach access without all the drama of the north end of the island. Add to that close access to 7-Eleven and Publix for stocking your kitchen as well as a nice selection of beach chairs and toys make this great for a family. Being on Estero Blvd. does present some road noise issues for those who may be light sleepers but that is the only gripe. The host was super responsive and was able to assist with issues right away.

Great location and the perfect beach house for 6 guests.

Everything went smoothly! It was a cute little beach house for our stay. We loved the hangout area down below. We had nice kitchen to cook in and plenty of room for 6 guests. Nice location for what we wanted to do.

Great house and location

My family enjoyed our stay. Right across from the beach, cozy little house. My teens enjoyed hanging out in the street level under house patio. The front bedroom is a little noisy at night - I recommend bringing a fan or noisemaker to drown out the street noises.

Very cute cottage

Very nice and clean place. Loved the spot under the house to relax at night. Close to restaurants and beach access. A far walk to the downtown area but doable. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy beach cottage

Check in was flawless and the cottage was perfect for our family. Unfortunately we were there while construction was being done in the back yard but everything else was perfect for our getaway. Looking forward to returning!

Last Hooray before School!

Wonderful stay for a family beach getaway

This cottage was great for our family beach getaway. Booking was simple and the owner was communicative, making checkin easy. Great amenities with everything as described in the listing. It was clean upon arrival and accommodated six adults comfortably. Location is in close proximity to beach, dining and conveniences. Everything we wanted was in walking distance. The outdoor shower is awesome. Front porch and rec space underneath were great hang-out spots. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I loved the Flip Flop house!

This house is in such a great location, right across from the beach and a restaurant. Not as much noise as a few miles up the road. It’s a cute beach house with tons of charm. Towels, beach chairs and beach toys were provided. Washer and dryer. Tons of kitchen items, coffee pots, can cozy’s, etc. and the beds and pillows were SO soft!!! I’ll certainly return to this rental as soon as I can. Communication with the owners was very easy. We enjoyed our beach vacation!

Perfect getaway!!!

It was amazing! The convenience of everything! Beach access is literally right across the street, which was huge for us having 3 little kids. Beds are SUPER comfy!! The most popular was probably the outdoor shower!! EVERYONE loved it! The cute little hangout space under the house was really nice at night to play games or during the day to stay out of the sun. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus!
