Benvenuti nel segreto meglio custodito di St. Agostino. Summerhouse ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere le vacanze dei tuoi sogni, con 4 piscine riscaldate (in inverno), campi da tennis, shuffleboard, campi da gioco, palestra, campi da squash, accesso alla spiaggia privata e molto altro ancora.

Questo condominio al piano terra con vista sull'oceano dispone di un patio privato con vista diretta sulla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia e sull'oceano Atlantico. Siediti e goditi la vista e la brezza dell'oceano.

Mi viene in mente meravigliosamente decorato, confortevole e accogliente quando entri nel nostro condominio. Dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, frullatore e forno a microonde, solo per citarne alcuni. Il nostro condominio ha anche un bar per la colazione, sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei (6). Il soggiorno ha anche molti posti a sedere per godersi il tempo della famiglia o sedersi e godersi quel film preferito.

Quando è il momento di chiamarlo un giorno, sarai felice di aver scelto di rimanere nel nostro condominio. Situata proprio accanto al soggiorno, troverete la suite del proprietario con un letto queen size molto confortevole e un bagno privato. E se sei lì con amici o familiari, godranno di ottime notti di sonno nella seconda camera da letto con due (2) letti singoli. Ma nessuna preoccupazione; se hai più ospiti, il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale.

Il condominio dispone di WIFI privato e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera.

Il nostro condominio si trova vicino alla Matanzas Inlet dove puoi vedere la bellezza incontaminata della natura. Quindi puoi fare un breve viaggio verso nord e ti ritroverai nel cuore della città più antica degli Stati Uniti, nel centro storico di St. Agostino.

Great location

The condo is nice and clean. It is a great location with a beautiful sunrise from the bedroom and living room. However, the kitchen is poorly stocked and there was a shortage of linens with no sheets for the pull out in the living room. I do recommend this unit and plan to return regardless of the aforementioned issues.

This was perfect for the family. We were within walking distance of the pool and the beach. The only issue we had, which was remedied quickly, was the code we received to get in and out of the beach gate was the incorrect code.

Clean with lots of room for the whole family!!

We LOVED our stay in 228! Clean with lots of room for the whole family. Stocked with everything you need to carry out your day to day living. Would definitely stay here again in the future! The heated pool was such a blessing while being here in March and the beach was fantastic!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our place was not available until 3:34 although check in was at 3:00. And I thought the punch list for checkout was a bit much (stripping beds & starting a load of laundry, taking trash to dumpster, and loading dishwasher for example) since there is a significant cleaning fee associated with the rental.

Years spent at Summer House

We've been staying at Summer House off and on for 30 yrs. Started when our kids were young and now returning with their kids. Love it! However over the years I have had several back surgeries that prevented me from traversing the new high pitched stairs to the beach. That prevented me from being able to enjoy my walks on the beach and no handicapped walkways. You might want to add that to ypur info. And please add dish towels & something to scrub pots with to your kitchen...tks

Smelled very musty. 3 out of 4 blowing nose whole time. No allergies. One hot pad one dish towel. Needed to use our own garbage bags. No sponge to wash dishes. Back door did not lock. PVC pipe for a door lock. Could have had more shower towels. We had no bath mat. Throw rugs need to be replaced. How about upgrading the TV. How about a railing around the step down. We had several people trip on it. All of this is very petty but we have stayed at Summer House numerous times. Thank you. You asked and I’m giving you my thoughts.

Perfect property for the price.

First of all, I'd like to say that this listing does a great job of showcasing what it is -- that view across the pool to the beach steps: that's the actual view. Walk out sliding glass door and hop in heated pool or continue on a few steps to the beach. No hidden ugly stuff. Here's where my gripes come in (we'll get those out of the way) -- the storms ripped the walkways off and you have to walk to the far end of the complex to enter the beach. The good news: they were repairing the stairs while we were there so by the time you're reading this it probably won't be an issue. More good news: the beaches were a little trashed by the storms a few months back when we were there last time -- but have fully recovered and are their beautiful selves. My second gripe is so petty I hate to list it but as a fishing photographer -- that loves to cook -- I have to. This is a completely functional kitchen...but a $50 trip to Amazon for some pans would make it 10x better. Fighting an egg off that old beast was a mission -- something more complex would be an impossibility. OK, I feel better. On to the good: The management is fast, prepared, friendly, and a breeze. The parking is lovely: your parking spot is 10 steps from your door -- making unpacking easy -- but not in a common area thus providing adequate privacy. The pool wasn't busy -- quiet and mellow -- but open until 11 for a late night dip (if required). The condo is in very nice shape as these things go -- you get what you pay for in this life -- but I felt this was well worth it (spacious and clean). The complex itself -- while not brand new by any means -- is well-maintained and looks nice. What's really cool about it: it's the end of the world. This community is the last on the island before the bridge, making it uncrowded but adding the benefit of access to both sides (the beach and the river) through Fort Matanzas and the adjacent parking areas. They have distinctly different characters and both ourselves and our 6yo daughter enjoyed both beaches. We caught whiting on the beach and speckled trout in the river. The pompano will be in the surf in 2 weeks. I wish I could post pictures because I have great ones of the sunrises, sunsets, fish, and beaches you can expect to encounter but take my word for it -- they're excellent. Thought I'd mention we've stayed in Crescent Beach at numerous places over the years so we aren't complete idiots on the subject. Lastly, cheers.

Dirty unit !

Walls & doors need cleaning & painting. I did wash some. Large yellow stain on mattress in master,. Blood on sheets in twin room!! Closet floors , under beds, in cabinets all need deep cleaning. Furniture in living sags badly. New baths are nice as is location of unit. Not a comfortable place to stay. Needs attention !!!

We love staying at Summerhouse and have made many return visits over the years. We love the beach location and the multiple pools on the premises. The negative for us is a personal one with the unit which is the step down to the family room area. I had forgotten some of the units still have this feature.

The place is spacious, close to the beach and has a pool, if you are looking for that added attraction. The neighbors were very friendly and the place was peaceful, not loud and out of hand. 228 is well maintained, we just noticed our first night that the floors needed to be mopped, not just swept. Not a big deal, obviously, we will be returning, but our feet were black on the bottom after just a couple of hours of arriving. The towels and sheets smelled clean and were comfortable, as were the bathrooms and kitchen area. Plenty of room for your belongings as well. Big closets and storage containers/bins for clothes. Nice television and furniture for relaxing and eating. Had more items for our fun than expected; beach chairs, cards, domino's, and many books for your relaxation pleasure! It is not commercialized, but St. Augustine is close by for shopping, dining and site seeing. Definitely a place to stay for fun and relaxation, we already recommended it to a friend and family member for consideration.

The management was helpful and supplied our only request, which was a light bulb. We meant to ask about grocery stores when we checked in, but forgot, so that would have been a helpful suggestion. We were given several restaurant suggestions and visited one of those. The weather cooperated and we had a delightful time.

Great time had in St Augustine
