Arredato di recente e arredato con gusto, ha tutto il necessario con una cucina ben attrezzata, 3 camere per famiglie, ampia sala da pranzo, 5 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni e una grande stanza di fango / lavanderia / artigianato. Vanta una grande camera da letto principale con un'enorme cabina armadio e un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Ha un cortile completamente recintato con vasca idromassaggio, barbecue e patio e il cortile anteriore ha un grande vialetto con parcheggio supplementare e un annesso due box auto.

La nostra posizione è ideale per tutte le attività all'aperto North Tahoe offre tutto l'anno: siamo vicini alla zona sciistica Diamond Peak, con facile accesso ad altre stazioni sciistiche, motoslitta, sci di fondo, percorsi per mountain bike e trekking, golf e avrai accesso alle incredibili spiagge del lago di Incline. Awesome!

Wonderful, comfortable, large home perfect for our family to all be together! We had 16 family members and the 5 bedrooms along with the third floor with 3 queen beds were perfect for all of us. The bedrooms are spacious and there are 3 full bathrooms on the second floor that worked well for a group of our size. We never ran out of hot water! There is a convenient half bath on the first floor. We cooked all of our meals at the house including a full turkey dinner! The spacious house was great for our large family with a large TV room and separate quiet living room with a gas fireplace. The dining room had a table for 12. The WI-FI worked very well, cable TV and DVD player was great too. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return during the summer.

Great home for small family reunion!

Lovely, charming, comfortable & spacious house! We had 12 family members (all seniors) staying in this house, and 5 more at a nearby condo. During our 4 day stay, we prepared dinner for all on 3 evenings. The kitchen is conveniently set up, and well supplied with essentials for food prep. Because there were many coffee drinkers in our group, we brought our own coffee maker to have in addition to the one provided. Also, brought our own tea kettle & pot, as I've found many vacation rentals do not provide these. There are 2 other rooms besides the dining room with tables and chairs, so seating for dinner was easy. All beds/bedrooms were comfortable, and adequate # of bathrooms for the 12 of us. There is no bathroom on the top/3rd floor, however, so a little inconvenient for people sleeping up there. It is a large space, across one end of house to the other, with 3 queen beds. Lots of windows to open, at either end, for cool, fresh air! 5 lovely bedrooms on 2nd floor. The owners photos are definitely true to the home's charm. I will note that the stairs up to the 2nd & 3rd floor are steep, so depending on people's health issues, that may be something to consider. All the rooms on the first floor, living room, family room, dining room, craft/laundry room were all spacious & comfortably furnished. The living room can be closed off from hall w/ French doors, which was nice for people who wanted a quiet space in which to work or read. The large craft/laundry room, located across from kitchen, provided additional counter space, additional small fridge, and sink...so helpful for food preparation. As well as a table which seats 8. The large family room, on the other side of kitchen, has a table that seats 4-6, and also has a large screen TV. Upon arrival we found everything clean and ready for us. This is an older home, so there is a lived-in, worn look to some of it. For our family reunion it was perfect, as we felt that it just added to the charm, and reminded us of the house our grandparents lived in. I only mention it because some people can be pickier about things like that. Also, I recommend that you bring your own paper/plastic supplies, kleenx, paper towels, extra t.p., plastic bags, alum foil, as well as spices & condiments if you intend to cook. Overall we had a wonderful time and the owners were always friendly, helpful and promptly responded to our inquiries! I highly recommend this comfortable, well-cared for home in a beautiful setting

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Disappointing, especially considering the price. The property's condition explains why a pre-renting inspection was not allowed. Pictures are misleading. Many of the amenities shown in pictures not present. Many kitchen appliances nonfunctioning, insufficient silverware, various stages of disrepair, bbq filthy and would not reach cooking temp., nonfunctioning ice maker, pots and pans very old and not clean, no working can opener, kitchen cabinet doors broken, drawers broken, flaking paint, insufficient bath towels, no beach towels one would expect with lake property, broken patio doors, rear patio doors filthy and not easy to use, game room and living room furniture dilapidated, tables unsafe for small children-very wobbly, many nonfunctioning lights, and strong pet odors. Owners clearly not using rent to improve/maintain property. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Presidents week end

This property is simply amazing with lots of room for a large group spend some quality time and hang out. The property managers have been very responsive at answering all my questions and concerns -- and I had lots of them! The rental process was very smooth and easy. Even with our large group, we never ran out of hot water, which is very impressive. The kitchen is fully equipped and is a pleasure to cook in -- they even have a rice cooker!!! It is located only a few miles from Diamond Peak resort, which made it very convenient for us to go back and forth. There is also a grocery store nearby, so again, very convenient. I would definitely go back!!!

Phenomenal

We stayed at this property during our wedding week with our closest friends. I could not have been happier. I searched VRBO for the best house for the right price. This is definitely it. Our friends were so impressed that we are planning on renting it again this winter for a "do-over" because it was such a great experience. I really can't say enough good things about it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. We had amazing family dinners every night with room for all at the dining room table. Thanks so much...we can't wait to do it again!

We wanted to thank you for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful home at Lake Tahoe. Our vacation was especially memorable because of the great accomodations you provided. The home is spacious and comfortable, and the decorating exquisite with such attention to detail! We didn't want to leave. Thank you for providing such a lovely home, in such a great setting for our family. Our vacation will be long remembered and appreciated.
