Pest control went in and did a full spray but as we know this time of year it’s too hot for them outside so if you leave one door open they will be in

This from a person who disregarded all of the rules and took a dog into the property even though it clearly states no pets allowed. Once confronted about it they tried saying things were bad and even broke the air hockey table that has never had any issues before. Another guest trying to get a free holiday that failed thank you VRBO for looking after us hosts. If issues ever get brought up they are dealt with the same day if you have a problem let me know and I will rectify it. As there were only supposed to be 5 people staying and 6 turned up there were enough towels there for 10 people so not sure how there was not enough washer and dryer is provided.

Pest control is done regularly however when guests leave the door from the garage to the house open bugs do come in. As you say when you let me know I got pest control out as soon as I could no other issues were raised so only a 2 star rating seems very unfair for what you received but then you did want to bring a cat with you and wanted a discount which you did not get so I now understand why you gave that rating. Thank you for your comments The hot tub was heated and the heater kicks in once the jacuzzi part is turned on you would not use a solar blanket at this time of year and that does state for the cold months. You did not contact the property manager to let him know it was not working properly otherwise he would have come out and taken a look.

While I fully understand the guests concerns she did break the rules of having extra guests staying in the property 2 queen blow up air beds in the living room and the coffee table put outside on the lanai where it is open to the elements. When asked about how many people were in the property she was very vague the internet was disconnected an hour before departure so that the cameras could not show how many people had been staying in the property. Spectrum came out to check why the internet was off it was found that the air beds were plugged in where the internet should have been plugged in. Due to the dishonesty I am now putting a disclaimer on the VRBO site if more guests are in the property than stated I will have them removed with the help of the local law enforcement and no refund will be given.
