Non c'è bisogno di andare lontano per divertirsi!

Questa bella casa su misura si trova in uno dei quartieri più rinomati di South Lake Tahoe! Solo 1/2 isolato di spettacolare Lake Tahoe e Regan Beach e 2 blocchi al prato di South Lake Tahoe. La casa è tra parchi, spiagge, sentieri, bike trial, kayak, beach volley, area bambini, canottaggio giocare, solo per citarne alcuni. A pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi.

Minuti per i casinò, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Gondola, negozi di alimentari, banche, Lake Tahoe Recreation Center, e boutique. Godere di una varietà di ristoranti da ristoranti di classe mondiale di uno dei tanti pub / stabilimenti di pizza nelle vicinanze.

Molto vicino alla linea di autobus celeste. Se non si desidera noleggiare una macchina, si può facilmente andare in giro in taxi, a piedi, in bicicletta. Emerald Bay e Camp Richardson si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Recentemente ristrutturato, con pavimenti in legno attraverso-out tutte le zone giorno e camere da letto. bagni ristrutturato tra cui una vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale. pavimentazione in pietra nel modo ingresso e bagni. camino in pietra Splendida di ingraziarsi dopo una giornata di sci o in bicicletta. La cucina è completa di tutti i comfort che ci avete a casa. Cucinare la cena di Natale? Abbiamo coperto! Top della linea di materassi, lenzuola e asciugamani. Arredate con gusto, ma confortevole per rilassarsi e godere!

Quando non godendo i grandi spazi aperti, vi è abbondanza di fare a casa. Soggiorno ha 55 "LED HD T. V., Bar del suono, canali locali e canali cinema ,, lettore DVD (oltre il 70 DVD tra cui scegliere!). soppalco al piano superiore ha 40 "LED HD T. V., X-box. Ad alta velocità, Wi-Fi N-AC. Giochi da tavolo per bambini e adulti, ulteriori T. V.s nelle camere da letto.

Wonderful stay. They had a comfortable beds, hot tub, gas fire pit, and a lot of areas to hang out and just enjoy company outside. Good location for quick beach access, local hikes and eats. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond.

Beautiful cabin, just as described. The location is great and it had everything we needed. We were three families and the size of the cabin was perfect for our big group. Our host were friendly and responded right away. We hope to go back in the near future.

Rich and Gail were exceptional with their timely and helpful communication. We experienced difficulty using the TV streaming service and they immediately responded and suggested I get on the phone with them to navigate the issue. It was then quickly resolved. The property was extremely well equipped with everything we could possible have needed. The guest instructions covered all areas of interests, restaurants, hiking and detailed instructions of how to operate all aspects of the house. It was a joy to stay here and we look forward to another opportunity to explore the area with this as our base camp.

Loved this place!

We took our visiting family up here for the the weekend on their three week long trip to the US and this cabin was the highlight of their whole trip. Perfect walking distance to the lake, close enough to casinos, stores, and skiing! The owners take every care to make sure the place is accommodating and awesome! We will be back for sure!

Very comfortable home in a great location.

We had the best time at Rich and Gail's! The home was spacious and comfortable and decorated so nicely. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them in the mornings! The layout was great for our group and the location is so close to the beach. The kids were entertained by all the games and loved using the jacuzzi. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come again soon!

Always a great time at this cabin!

This was our second stay at this wonderful cabin and we can’t wait to stay here again this summer! We are a family of five with three young boys and the lay out is perfect. A family of four joined us for two days during our stay and there was more than enough room. It’s spotless, the location is perfect and the hot tub is great after a long day on the slopes or at the beach. Great restaurants nearby and South Lake has so many things to do! Can’t wait to come back!

very nice and close to the lake

the cabin was very nice and clean. plenty of house amenities (towels, pots, pans, plates etc.) loved how close it was to the lake. will definitely be back. the only tiniest negative I have was that the upstairs bunk beds were not very comfortable, otherwise, overall I highly recommend this cabin. when needed to contact owner she was always available and friendly.

Great week

My family and I had a wonderful time. From the children in our group ages 2-5 to all the adults we all enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean and spacious and centrally located and near many stores and state line . Gail was quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend the home to others.

This was such a wonderful experience for all of the 10 members of my family that were able to attend! From the ages of 5 to 75 everyone’s needs were accommodated with this family friendly property! It was a short walk to Reagan Beach which made the 4th of July fireworks show Lights on the Lake an easy day filled with fun!! The centralized Al Tahoe location also made the trip to some of our local favorite spots like Yellow Submarine, Three Pines Coffee and Sno Flake a nice little stroll away. Gail and Rich were fantastic hosts and addressed any questions or concerns promptly and professionally! I cannot recommend this property or Gail and Richard highly enough. I will be recommending this spot to all my family and friends!

Great location

The house was just as pictured. Very close to the lake. When we got there-the house was unlocked and all the windows were open. I don’t know if this was intentional or not. The house was clean-but the floors were very dusty, as was the furniture. This may have been because the windows were left open. Gail was very pleasant to deal with.

Great stay by the water

Was such a fun place to get together. A very short walk to the lake. And a short drive to casinos. This property is a great location. Didn’t receive check in information and the owners were super quick to help out and were in communication anytime we needed something. The only complaint is there were some cobwebs that I felt could have been cleaned a little better but other than that this was an amazing stay. Had plenty of games and dvds! Highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas Tahoe teip

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of bedroons and a nice family room. Also the hot tub was amazing especially since it was located right on the back deck, easy access. Alao, the location was perfect, right next to the Lake. We walked to the Lake and were able to stroll along the bank and enjoy the view. Near all the amenities (grocery, Starbucks, shopping and Heavenly). Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Thanksgiving trip.

We rented this property for a Thanksgiving get away with our small family. Everything was just as described, all the amenities and even more. The kitchen has everything you need(probably even more than I have at home). The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening and the walk to the lake was perfect. The house was very clean even though the cleaner was a little late in having us come in due to previous guests leaving the house a mess, she did an amazing job. I brought cleaning supplies and didn’t have to use them at all. We definitely need want to come back.

Very nice home

We had a great time until smoke from the fires made us cut our trip short. I would recommend this house for large or small groups. It is a very nice location about a block from the lake.
