Bellissimo nuovissimo studio per ospedale

Ingresso privato e nessuna scala da salire, questa suite monolocale compatta è confortevole ed efficiente. Il letto matrimoniale ha lussuose lenzuola a 400 fili, coperta in cotone e copripiumino in cotone. La suite è stata completamente rinnovata con materiali ecologici, come piastrelle in ceramica, pavimenti in sughero e ripiani in granito.

La zona giorno presenta un set di sedie in vimini imbottite di grandi dimensioni e una TV a schermo piatto con servizio completo via cavo e WiFi. Il bagno ha una cabina doccia larga 5 'con soffione doccia a pioggia personalizzato, maniglioni di sicurezza e asciugamani molto soffici. Simpatici tavoli e sedie nella zona cucina rendono anche un piacevole spazio di lavoro. WiFi buono.

Una cucina luminosa è dotata di elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard; piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Include una macchinetta del caffè Keurig, un tostapane, un bollitore elettrico per l'acqua calda, stoviglie e pentole e padelle per il vostro uso, oltre a una griglia per spezie completa e una caffettiera tradizionale, se lo desiderate. Fornisci il caffè. Fornisco anche elementi essenziali: caffè K-cup, tè, crema, pasticceria, yogurt e succo di frutta per iniziare il tuo soggiorno con facilità. Ideale per 1 o 2 persone. Proprio fuori dalla porta goditi il nuovo patio con tavolo e sedie. Se desideri grigliare, hai accesso a un barbecue a 5 fuochi fuori dalla porta sul retro e sul ponte.

Albany stay

Had a great stay in this cozy apartment with its great location and attentive owner. Easy walk to downtown Albany through a great and historic neighborhood. Would definitely return for a stay.

Family visit

This is a fantastic studio. Centrally located, clean as a whistle, and Lee Ann is a great host. The banana bread is fantastic and a perfect first morning welcome. Will definitely stay again the next time I visit my family!

Quiet, peaceful & just right.

This is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It has everything we need and the neighboring area is low key and very pleasant. We travel to Oregon State University each day and the route there is rural and delightful passing through. Hope to stay here again next year.

Wow!!

What an extraordinary cozy place the complementary water, juice, bread and yogurt was awesome. Keurig coffee maker was great as well. Theres a unique carousel just a few blocks away. The people and atmosphere is great. Highly recommend staying here.

Immaculate Studio in great neighborhood

We loved staying at Lee Anne’s studio while visiting Albany. We walked to the city center where there are wonderful restaurants, the historic carousel, and river. We highly recommend a stay at this studio!

Great Stay in Albany

What a wonderful spot near downtown Albany. The space was clean, well apportioned, and perfect for the weekend for my wife and me. We loved the small kitchen, the shower, and the comfortable bed. The owner was very gracious in letting us use her backyard table for us and our kids to enjoy a relaxed dinner made in the apartment. I will definitely stay there again as we visit our son at OSU!

Nice little studio.

This was a really nice little studio in a great location. It was clean, quiet and I loved that there was fresh bread, yogurt and juice waiting in the refrigerator. Very nice touch. Thank you!

Quaint and lovely Albany studio

We found this studio to be very quiet, relaxing and wonderfully furnished. Lee Anne provided excellent ingredients for a continental breakfast for us to start our next day. Bedding was very comfortable. We loved this studio so much that we’re returning in the fall!

Perfect Studio

Owner met us and was helpful with suggestions and points of interest. The VRBO was everything advertised and more. Quite and safe location, good parking, all amenities were extra nice, bedding perfect. We hope to return one day.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

Stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed the property. Bed is very comfortable and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet, so we slept very well. It is near the hospital, so I was afraid there would be sirens, but we didn't hear even 1 in 6 nights. There is a light on the property next door that might bother people who need a very dark room to sleep. Bring eye shades. The quiet is worth it. Towels are thick and soft, shower is large. The unit is really well lit, a welcome change from dim hotel rooms. Especially enjoyed the parking space mere steps from the door. Lee Anne was great about communicating promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Just plain awesome!

Everything was perfect from the get-go. Entry instructions were spot-on. Property was spotless. Bed was more than comfy. Walk to downtown for coffee, brew, or food. Oh, did I mention quiet? There was even yogurt, juice, and the best home-made banana-nut bread ever in the fridge. We only wished we had more time to stay in beautiful Oregon. Thanks so much!

This was a great studio apartment! The bed was comfortable, the towels thick and fluffy. The welcome banana bread was excellent. The Keurig was handy. The location is in a beautiful part of town where almost all of the houses were old, but well maintained.

Clean, comfortable, homey.

We stayed two nights at the studio. We loved the comfortable bed, the towels and having everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated having banana bread, juice and yogurt on hand so we didn’t have to worry about breakfast. We would stay here again.

A wonderful welcoming and quiet space! The decor was pleasing and comfortable.

Leanne made us feel so welcomed with fresh baked banana bread, yogurt and O.J. in the fridge and clean, soft sheets on the bed! The area of town is in Albany's historical district and our neighborhood was quiet and a great spot for a walk to dinner! Thanks Leanne for making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed! Lovely Studio!

We were visiting the area for family weekend at OSU and had the nicest stay in this lovely studio. It was well appointed with everything we needed with a cute little kitchen and very comfortable bed. Lee Ann had delicious banana bread for us (as well as coffee, yogurt, etc) on our arrival. It couldn't have been nicer!

Lovely Cute Studio

Lee Ann was a great host, she left us coffee :D and a few nibbles for our first morning to get us started, and came and checked on us after we arrived. The house had all the basics you might need for cooking basic meals. There was ample seating to hang in and places for luggage etc. There was still AC in the place in case it got warm she had started before we arrived the first day. The shower was ceiling mounted and quite the treat. Plenty of outlets for charging things etc. Probably best for 1 person but definitely accommodated the two of us just fine. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the main road that went through Albany maybe 10 minutes from the freeway. There were sightseeing info and Lee Ann had some recommendations for us in town as well.

I love this property and it's my forever home. This home was built in 1932 and I've owned it since 1998. The studio was a complete 'down to the studs' project that was done in the last few years. I thoroughly enjoy designing and decorating. I'm always thinking of ways to improve my guests experiences.

The Monteith District in Albany is home to many delightful turn of the century homes. Walking down the streets is like a visit to the past. This unit is walking distance to many downtown restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. We're also located kitty corner from Albany General Hospital, making this an ideal location for traveling professionals.
Albany is located in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley, home to award winning Oregon wines. We're in very close proximity to many famous vineyards and wineries. And, of course, Oregon State University is just 11 miles away. For those wanting to venture further, the Oregon coast is about an hour and a half, but well worth the drive. The McKenzie River is about 40 miles south and has some of the most beautiful scenery ever! We really are in a terrific location, so close to so many of Oregon's riches.
