We had a fantastic stay in Ocean City. The place was very family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. Super close to the boardwalk, which made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back

Great stay, great location

Owners were incredible with communication had a great nice stay. Be aware this is the top 2 floors, so make sure to be ok with stairs. Location is perfect

Perfect Location and spacious home.

We had a wonderful week, September 9-16 with adult children and grandchildren! The location is perfect, close to everything! The home was perfect for our large group with plenty of room to spread out!

Passover & Easter Spring Break Fun!

Our family loved celebrating Passover, Easter and Spring Break in this gorgeous and spacious home that is steps from the boardwalk! The folks renting the space were consistently in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable and as expected. We are keeping this property top of mind for future stays!!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Everything was perfect for a family gathering to celebrate our 50th anniversary. All ages were entertained by the proximity of the beach and the boardwalk. And the place was spacious so that we all had room for a few minutes of privacy if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for multiple families

My family loved the two level house. We felt like we had our own privacy. The house was very nice and the owners are very quick to respond if you have any concerns. The location is perfect.

Thanksgiving reunion

25 of my husband’s extended family stayed in this home alongside the neighboring property. Both homes were decorated well, very clean, fully stocked, and Kim and Steve communicated superbly throughout booking and our stay. The proximity to the boardwalk worked really well for the kids to be independent. I highly recommend enjoying your next vacation here!

Location was great, the layout accommodated our 10 people very well. Check in was easy. It was a nice added feature that beach tags were included. The Kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans. Not sure if cleaning people should catch this but the cookie sheets and one of the frying pans were put away dirty.

Amazing location

We had a great vacation week. The condo is new and clean! Just as pretty in person as it is online. You are mere steps to the boardwalk which makes getting there a breeze. There are multiple decks to hang out on and there is a porch swing that was very helpful for families with infants. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bedroom is huge! We had a rainy week and spent a few days indoors and did not mind at all. We found the company was responsive and got back to us immediately with questions. One of the best rentals we have had! We would highly recommend renting from them for your next vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect home for 10 of us across three families and three generations (ranging from age 10 to 80) to gather and celebrate multiple events. The house is an easy walk to the Boardwalk as well as close to the grocery store making for the easy combination of eating out or cooking in. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. The essentials like linens/towels/cleaning supplies/beach stuff/ bikes and more were provided making our stay easy. I hadn’t realized until reading descriptions of other houses that not everywhere provides linens etc. We came from Texas for a long weekend so having these items available made it so much easier! Everyone also appreciated the overall spaciousness, multiple balconies and rooms so we weren’t crowding each other’s space. The board games were definitely put to use for family game night too!Communication with the property owners/managers was easy and they checked in ahead of the trip to make sure we had the he codes and everything we needed. This was our first time to the shore and we are excited to plan another trip to this house.

Great Location - Excellent Property

The location of this property is great as it is roughly a block or so from the boardwalk and it is roughly at the center of the boardwalk strip so if you have young kids or a big group it is not a major effort to get onto the boardwalk in the mornings or at night. The condition of the property is excellent. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the back deck which was fantastic because we had a large group with a lot of children so going to the boardwalk to watch would have been very challenging. We also enjoyed the front balconies in the early and late evenings as well... we all commented that we would miss the Gillian's ferris wheel when we left. I would have given five stars but we had a few problems with the electronic locks on the entry doors to the unit which caused some frustration for all of us but the owners definitely tried to address the situation, however it just didn't work right for us this time but in concept was much better than having keys for everyone.

While we strive for 110% satisfaction, sometimes situations happen beyond our control. In this case, the electronic keypad on one of the two doors failed. The locking mechanism still worked and we provided access to a physical backup key which makes the lock work as a 'normal' keyed entry. We immediately had our handyman come out to repair it the next morning after it was reported. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Exceeded our expectations, absolutely beautiful property, perfect location for access to boardwalk, and huge great room that had plenty of room for 13 of us. The upstairs master BR was enormous and the 4 Bath 5 BR was perfect for our families. Heavenly indeed! We will be back!!

Wonderful, family friendly property just blocks from boardwalk

Nine of us stayed at this property (ages 12-78) and had a great long weekend. Property is in a very convenient location, near the heart of the boardwalk. The configuration of the property allows for large families to stay comfortably. We come back to this property every year.

Memorable Getaway!
