Splendidamente ristrutturato - una classica casa sulla spiaggia per il vostro comfort, calore e serenità. Un piano soleggiato, open space che dorme comodamente 6 persone. Situata a un isolato dalla spiaggia, questa sontuosa casa Malibu evoca l'atmosfera tipicamente californiana. Questa casa è una perfetta casa lontano da casa.

Ha 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni in una posizione meravigliosa. Un magico cortile privato con alberi di sicomoro di 50 anni e aree patio per la pace e il relax che creano l'ambiente perfetto per una vacanza. Dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia, rilassati nel confortevole soggiorno arredato e guarda il tuo programma Netflix preferito.

Le aree di intrattenimento all'aperto di questa casa sulla spiaggia diventeranno presto il tuo posto ideale per il relax. Goditi una cena al tramonto nel patio, condividi una conversazione intima vicino al camino esterno o guarda le stelle dalla tua comoda chaise longue.

La nostra casa sulla spiaggia è in stile per essere rilassata e invitante: confortevole e chic con arredi di lusso di fascia alta. Arredato con gusto con un occhio per i dettagli. Pulito e mantenuto in modo impeccabile.

Il piano piano aperto offre ampio spazio per la diffusione. I bambini possono guardare la TV nella tana mentre intrattieni nel soggiorno. Le master suite private su entrambi i lati della casa rendono il soggiorno in coppia facile e conveniente.

La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato. C'è un master secondario situato sul lato opposto della casa. Ha un bagno adiacente. Entrambe le camere piene di luce hanno letti king superior. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, e la quarta camera ha due letti singoli. I tre bagni sono spaziosi, puliti e tutti sono stati recentemente rinnovati. Il master include una splendida vasca da bagno per rilassarsi e distendersi.

La cucina è il cuore della casa con una grande isola centrale ed è completamente attrezzata. Non devi preoccuparti di non avere il tuo frullato mattutino o succo verde fresco - Vitamix e spremiagrumi inclusi!
Preparare i pasti qui è facile e senza sforzo o barbecue direttamente fuori e godersi il pomeriggio o la sera calma nel patio privato.

Mangiare nella sala da pranzo adiacente dal camino bifacciale o appena fuori per un pasto all'aperto. Fai un cocktail nel patio laterale e ascolta la fontana rilassante e accendi il focolare e ti coccoli.

Inizia la tua giornata - svegliato rinfrescato dai nostri letti super confortevoli; cammina a Starbucks per un latte; attraversare verso la spiaggia per qualche terapia oceanica, effettuare prenotazioni per la cena in un locale preferito come, Geoffrey's Malibu, Ollo, The Sunset o ordinare dalla pizza biologica e sottomarini D'Amores Pt Dume.

Ci sono tre televisori: uno da 55 "(sala grande), 50" (sala den / media) e 50 "(camera da letto principale) con il cavo corrispondente. C'è la TV di Apple e Netflix. WiFi e una linea di terra per le chiamate locali.

We really enjoyed staying in Patricia’s house in Malibu. The house was great for our family of six, clean and nice, and with a lovely garden. We used the beach nearby a lot, the area was really nice.

Wonderful stay in Malibu

My family and I had a fantastic stay in Malibu. We rented the home for the month of December and enjoyed each moment during the holiday season. Patricia was a great host and very accommodating. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet part of Malibu just a short walk to broad beach.

Western Malibu Bliss

This is our second stay in this quiet Western Malibu/Zuma neighborhood. The house is perfect — beautifully decorated and well maintained. Vintage grocers and Kristy’s are a 3 minute walk. Zuma beach and beach club are a 5 min walk. Sunsets are gorgeous. Really could not ask for a better stay. Patricia is a great host with lots of local knowledge about restaurants and attractions. Very responsive.

Malibu Perfection

We have stayed in Malibu in rentals several times over the years and we simply loved this home. The decor is beachy chic, the house was spotless, the layout was functional and everything is done high-end. Patricia the owner was responsive, easy to work with and she has thought of every little detail to ensure the property exceeds expectations. As other reviewers mentioned having Starbucks and Vintage Grocer within walking distance was huge. Also make sure and hit up Malibu Seafood, Neptunes Net and Paradise Cove Beach cafe. Overall we loved this home, enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Malibu.

Beautiful Home in Friendly Neighborhood

We have rented in Western Malibu for several years. We have had great experiences in the past. Our stay at Patricia’s home was the best yet. The home is immaculate and all the little details are taken care of. Beds, linens and towels are luxurious. Outdoor sitting areas, including courtyard with fireplace are a great place to relax with family and friends. Wi-Fi signal is strong for those zoom calls! Location is ideal for hiking and activities at Zuma beach. Communication with Patricia is very easy and timely. Would definitely stay again.

A Beautiful Home in Beautiful Malibu!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Malibu home. The house is airy, bright, very clean,band very tastefully furnished. The house is equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably.. You can see how they paid attention to every detail to make it comfortable. The house is also located in a very good spot. First, it's a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the access to the private beach made it a lot easier and more peaceful. Second it is also a 5 minute walk to an excellent grocery store, where they sell everything!! The owner was very gracious and very helpful all along every step of the reservation process and during our stay. We plan to go back next year and very much look forward to it. I would strongly recommend this house to my friends.

Heaven on Earth!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this home was for us this past week. We wanted to be close to the beach in a nice neighborhood and we hit the jackpot! Patricia's home was pure perfection from the minute we opened the door. The home is pristine and the beds were SO comfortable. It was situated up the street from the Vintage Grocer and Starbucks plus the private beach access which was a dream. We could come back from the beach for lunch or a nap but be back in minutes for an afternoon session to watch the sunset. My 2 sons took surf lessons from a company that parked themselves right where we stayed on the beach too. They loved it! The yard is super private and the area is quiet and super relaxing. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you would need for a great stay including board games, beach chairs/towels & even a ping pong table in the garage which we loved and used every day! We are hoping to make another trip to the home in 2019! Thank you again Patricia for sharing your special place with the Mahon family. We adored it!

Fantastic home in a fantastic location

Patricia’s home is a cut above any other properties that we have stayed in. It is not only beautifully decorated and furnished, but is very practical in layout and everything that you could need is there - from the very well equipped kitchen to the body boards / frisbees / balls / chairs for the beach (plus a buggy to take them all to the private beach club!). The house was immaculately clean on arrival and the beds were very comfortable - the bedrooms stayed cool despite being 30 degrees in the day - there is AC but we didn’t need it. The outdoor seating areas were lovely and the patio with the fire pit made the perfect end to each day. The location is one of the best in Malibu - 3 min walk to the grocery store, restaurant and Starbucks, plus another 2 mins to the beach. It’s then a couple of miles to some great restaurants by Point Dume and a short drive to Malibu Pier and the rest of Malibu. As many others have said, the bonus is that unlike many other Malibu rentals which are directly on the (noisy) PCH, the house is set back from PCH in a peaceful neighbourhood like a mini calm oasis. After 4 wonderful days at Patricia’s home, we are sad to leave but it will be our first choice if we are ever back in Malibu.

Perfect in every way!

We are absolutely in love with this house. It is beautifully appointed. So clean and fresh and comfortable. Perfect for an extended stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for in home cooking. An extra bonus was the Vitamix for our morning smoothies! The outdoor gardens and courtyard are just beautiful. We enjoyed cold nights by the outdoor fireplace and warm days sunning on the patio. Patricia is the most attentive and responsive host. Rarely does a vrbo live up to our expectations…this one exceeded them! Thank you Patricia for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Peaceful, Serene and Magical

This home is peaceful, serene, and magical. Everything is perfect, with an owner to match! A luxe well-appointed home that's comfortable with a minimalist (yet practical) light bright inspiring and immaculate design aesthetic. Located on the west side of town (a short drive away from the hustle & bustle) in a residential local neighborhood and across the street from the beach. This house is a home away from home in a healing restful retreat and a more authentically local experience. Walkable to markets, coffee, drycleaning, gas, etc.

Beautiful lovely Home

Stayed july 2019 We loved to stay in this charming home. Bedrooms so confortable and living and dining rooms, elegant and cozy. We went to Zuma Beach, only few minutes walking distance, while in the afternoon we relaxed in the beautiful gardens. Close to everything you need. Very nice retrait. Hope to come back next year. Perfect Relaxing Malibu Retreat

We travelled to California to attend a wedding and Patricia's beautiful home was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the very best of Malibu. The garden is spectacular and everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Access to the private beach club is a wonderful treat, it is only 5 minutes away and you can stop by Starbucks as you walk down. I highly recommend this special spot. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

A Treat in Malibu

We have stayed at Patricia’s house several times and we are always happy to be there.It is beautifully decorated and comfortable.The garden is a treat!The house is impeccably maintained. It is a short walk to Zuma beach and shopping and dining. I would recommend it to any of our friend visiting Malibu.

Dream Home

This is a beautiful home to stay in. Quiet neighborhood just footsteps away from the beach. This home has a high quality feel with all the comforts of home. I love the backyard and courtyard off of the guest room, very peaceful setting. I look forward to bringing my family back to enjoy this experience again.

Beautiful and quiet setting.

This is a lovely property tucked in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Every bedroom is comfortable with amazing pillows and linens. The garden is also fabulous. A gardeners garden! Everything you need is provided. Highly recommend. Malibu has a lot of rentals close to the PCH that are noisy. If you want a good nights rest then this is your place!

Wonderful!!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this rental. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The lawn and outside space were perfect for our grandkids...and, everything was exactly what we expected and more. It was an over the top experience.

Quiet and Clean Family Haouse

My family enjoyed very much this beautiful house, well decorated, spacious and very clean. In the hot days we appreciated to stay in the shade of the beautiful garden. The walking distance to grocery and shops was short. We hope to come back because we love to stay in this very nice home. Thank you Clara and Enzo Vignola (Italy)

Outstanding family home

This is a beautifully designed and maintained property. It is functional with several different areas that give a much greater sense of space so that we never felt on top of each other. The amenities are thoughtful. The location private yet a 5 min walk to the shops and beach. I highly recommend this home.

So clean and quiet, exactly what we wanted.

Didn’t want to stay in a place that felt like a hotel. We wanted a clean comfortable environment that was relaxing and that was exactly what we found. It was close to the beach if wanted, grocery store close by for food, backyard gets lots of sun, and neighborhood was very quiet. We had a very tranquil stay which was perfect.

Faultless

We were so extremely pleased when we arrived at the house. The location is fantastic in a very safe neighbourhood close to Trancas Shopping/Starbucks etc. The beach is a ten minute walk and you have access to many other beaches etc of Malibu very close by. As for the house, it was perfect. It was cleaner than any of the five star hotels we stayed in and the decor was lovely. The outdoor seating allowed you to follow the sun throughout the day and relax at night with the bbq and outdoor fireplace. My only comment would be the photos on here do not do the interior justice. We will be booking again. Thank you Patricia- the perfect property.

Charming

Our stay was awesome! The house was just perfect for us. Extremely clean. Our walk to the beach and Starbucks in the morning was nice. We had a wonderful Christmas. We plan to come back. Thank you!

We loved it! Will rent again!!

My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely home. We chose it for its wonderful location, easy access to the beach and walking distances stores. The decor is beautiful and each corner of the house has been carefully planned to please the eye. The home was comfortable when the house was filled with visiting friends and family. The kitchen was perfect and had everything there was needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and so were the sofas. We spent a lot of time in the garden and it was peaceful and pleasant. Patricia the owner was very helpful and she was a great hostess to us. We highly recommend this house and we are certainly book it again sometimes next year, no need to look for other homes, this was perfect for our needs and it met the standard of houses we usually stay in around the world wihtout being exhorbitantly pricey.

Excellent Experience

Absolutely gorgeous house! It is an amazing property with beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces. The house is immaculately maintained with a level of detail that goes above and beyond. The amenities are plentiful and top of the line. The location is serene and within walking distance to Zuma Beach and the great Vintage Grocers, which is very relaxing and convenient. We loved our stay at this home – thanks Patricia for sharing it with us!

There is nothing quite like the sunsets in Malibu, or wait...the sunrises are spectacular too.
The 50 plus year old sycamores are often home to the monarch butterflies as the travel on their way south.
I love this end of Malibu for its open spaces, horse ranches, and the endless beaches.
