Questa due camere da letto casa di città vecchia città è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2015. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata dai pavimenti in cemento per i migliori mobili che il denaro può comprare. Decorate con gusto con la cucina moderna e bagno ultra ogni bisogno è stato pensato per garantire il massimo comfort e per rendere la vostra vacanza confortevole. Il salotto dispone di divani in pelle super comodi, di alta della gamma di aria condizionata e connessione internet ad altissima velocità. La televisione 3D da 60 pollici è dotato di satellitare platino e più di 300 canali da tutto il mondo. La televisione ha internet capabilty e viene fornito con un disco rigido già pre caricato con più di un centinaio dei migliori film.
La cucina super moderno fornisce un forno occidentale e microonde nonché un piano cottura a gas. C'è una lavatrice e una lavastoviglie e una serie di apparecchi elettrici come bollitori, frullatori e tostapane. L'americano frigorifero stile fornisce acqua fredda e ghiaccio su richiesta.
Entrambe le camere sono dotate di letti a baldacchino e top di gamma stile Slumberland in più comodo del materasso con super-alta thread count lenzuola di cotone e cuscini anti-allergia. Entrambe le camere sono di alta gamma condizionatori d'aria. I bagni sono dotati di docce con acqua calda e non c'è acqua calda in tutti i rubinetti compresa la cucina.

Chiang Mai experience

We highly recommend this VRBO and Charles. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. It's one street off a main road so it's quiet but everything is very accessible. Charles responds within minutes for questions and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and Chiang Mai.

Chiangmai- good times

This is a very nice property with a responsive manager. We had a great time. Transportation from and to the airport was great! The power to the house turns off when you leave. This was a pain for laundry. He has a very nice, organized book with recommendations for visitors-though we found some of our favorite activities and foods were not on his list. We really enjoyed Chiangmai and this was a great house for our visit.

Excellent location, Great owner, Wonderful experience

Background: My girlfriend and I stayed at this location for 21 days during December 2021. Location: You are right in the old city in the heart of Chiang Mai. My girlfriend and I were able to easily walk or get an inexpensive ride to any of the areas we wanted to go. There were some days where we simply walked around the city exploring the area and taking in the sights. You will be hard-pressed to run out of things to do during your stay in this rental. Owner: Charles is an excellent host. He has compiled a binder that describes interesting things in the area including restaurants, sightseeing locations, and local activities. This proved invaluable in helping us identify and prioritize the activities we wanted to do while in Chiang Mai. Charles is also well-connected and was able to help us rent a motorbike for a trip around the Samoeng loop and hire a driver to take us to a nearby city for a day tour. I am thoroughly convinced that if you have something you want to do he can help you get it set up easily and with reputable businesses. Accommodations: The rental is tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the furniture is nice. The air conditioning works and is much appreciated after a day outside in the hot sun. The washing machine was a huge help during our stay. The kitchen is spacious and includes a large refrigerator, a gas range, and a number of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils which makes it very easy to prepare and cook meals. We only had two complaints with the accommodation - First we had 3 times during our stay where we found a lone cockroach running around on the ground floor. My girlfriend was a bit freaked out but I was able to capture the insect and throw it outside without too much trouble. I was not as worried about this intrusion because we kept the food and garbage sealed up and we saw similar intrusion from these roaches while staying in a resort residence in Phuket - it just seems that they find their way in sometimes. Second, the walls are a bit thin. In the main bedroom especially you can easily hear when the water pump turns on, when neighbors open and close doors, and when the industrial machine in the shop next door operates. You cannot hear the noise from the main street but you will hear whenever a motorbike rides through the nearby alley. Overall: We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to book this again. We highly recommend this rental when you want to experience all Chiang Mai has to offer.

Charles was very helpful

Charles picked us up from the airport and answered any questions we had about Chaing Mai and Thai culture in general. He even drove us to a Grocery store. The location was good. It was on a quiet street ,right off a very busy street. We walked to many sites and took Tuk Tuk to others. The beds were a little firm for me, but I slept fine. others may appreciate the firmess of the mattress. In summary we had a great time in Chiang Mai and Charles and the Townhouse made it a great Experience. Amy

Great hospitality in China Mai

Charles and Jay are the best - picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport, made reservations for our adventures and overall made our trip to Chiang Mai amazing. Charles has great local knowledge and had some excellent tips for dining and activities. Came by to check on us and stayed and chatted for awhile and made us feel at home.

Excellent location! Exceptional host!!

Excellent location!  Closed to great attactions like Wat Phra Singh, walking street, and museums.  Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.  The townhouse is spacious and immaculate with great quality stove top, refrigerator, oven, and washer.  We did a few loads of laundry with the provided detergent. Charles is an exceptional host.  He picked us up at the train station and gave us a lot of tips on transportation, massage, and great places to eat on the way to the townhouse.  Once at the townhouse, he went over the security system and how to operate electronics and appliances.  Charles responded promptly to our requests.  Learning that our son had diarrhea, Charles dropped off the magic medicine for him.  Thanks Charles.  :) We had a great time at the Singharat Townhouse and appreciated Charles with his help and suggestions.  Highly recommend this place!

Excellent!

Great location inside old city and within walking distance to restaurants, temples, am and night markets, massage, etc. Superior host who is easy to communicate with before and after arrival. He was extremely helpful in setting up our itinerary while in Chiang Mai, provided airport pick-up/drop-off and helped us with short runs in the city (e.g. groceries). Charles made it clear that he was available to contact at any time, if we needed anything. The house is modern, spacious, clean and with full amenities. We would highly recommend staying here and this would be our first choice if we return to Chiang Mai.

Great location! Wonderful host!

Our stay at this rental is the highlight of our trip. Great eateries and attractions are within walking distance. Charles is a knowledgeable and gracious host, who not only offered pick-up and drop-off on days of arrival and departure, but also helped us arrange wonderful itinerary. This is a rental I will highly recommend to friends and family as well as those who are interested in exploring the wonderful chiang mai area. Thanks Charles!

Everything you need and even just want!

We were so pleased that we had booked this apartment, it was right in the centre of everything but still in a quiet street. The TV, which was huge, had lots of childrens programmes which kept my children happy, even better we had our own sitting room with its own tv so we did not have to watch Harry Potter for the hundredth time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we shall tell any of our friends travelling to Chiang Mai to stay here.

THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!

Actually, the best of ALL worlds - the finest most modern luxury, class, style, convenience and all mod cons located RIGHT THERE in the setting of the authentic charm and magic of the ancient Old City! My second time staying there and - after staying outside the Old City Walls - even more delighted to get back and enjoy the superlative quiet comfort and luxurious good taste of the decor. Plus the short walking distance to the Historical Cultural Museums, weekly market, and my favorite restaurant, hairdresser, massage therapist, acupuncture, beautiful temples and more. There is no doubt that there is some unique magic staying within the walls of the Old City. I also learned from Charles about more to do in Chiang Mai - he was always available by email and phone - and he even gives guests a phone to use! He also sent a very knowledgeable driver to pick me up for a tour of temples in the countryside, plus a tour by horse and buggy. So staying there, well it doesn't get any better than this, everything you could ask for and more!

A great find in the best part of Chiang Mai

It was really refreshing to be picked up at the airport by an English speaking driver (Charles) who pointed out a lot of useful information about the area on our way to the residence. We've stayed in many fancy holiday apartments in Thailand and Southeast Asia. What I particularly liked about this one were the close proximity to the most rustic and culturally rich part of Chiang Mai and the fact that the apartment was scrupulously clean. Think we'll be staying here again next year.

Lovely 10-day stay at spacious property, good location with very thoughtful host

Stayed in this property for 10 days with my husband and two young children. First impression was that we were very pleased with the size of the unit, which had more than enough space for the four of us. It felt larger in person than the pictures implied. The location was great; it was within easy walking distance of a lot of delicious restaurants, shops, and even the cooking school we went to on our last evening in Chiang Mai. Most importantly though, the home's host was incredibly attentive and helpful to us during our entire stay. He offered to collect us from the airport, and drove us around the neighborhood to point out various attractions and businesses. He also introduced us to our favorite restaurant, which was located not more than 50 steps from the front door, and where we ate almost every day during our stay!

Our best rental this trip

Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews, sometimes however you find a service that genuinely deserves somebody shout about it. We stayed at Charles town house for nine days in April this year, the house is very nice and it was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do but more importantly it was quiet. We travelled with our young children which as many will know can be a very stressful undertaking. Of all the places we visited in SE Asia this one was made the easiest. Charles picked us up at the airport and took us to the town house, he ran us through all the features in the house, which really had everything you could possibly want. The television even had childrens programmes pre programmed into it, my youngest asked if it had Thomas the Tank Engine, it didn’t, the next day Charles turned up with about four hours worth of Thomas programmes, that was the first time we have been able to have a lay in when on holiday. We were given a mobile phone to use, which was very handy as we managed to lock ourselves out on the third day, Charles also took my wife to a local supermarket to get groceries. We took advantage of his driver for a day programme and we had a fantastic day out with our own chauffeur driven car to take us wherever we wanted to go. We managed to visit lots of the sights of Chiang Mai without having to herd the kids into taxi’s or tour buses. So I really cannot recommend this rental highly enough, its not just that the house is nice and very clean its as much that Charles is the most accommodating host ever and nothing was too much trouble. He seems to know everywhere and even arranged a babysitter so we could have a night out on our own. And at the end of our trip he even drove us to the airport. In closing I must add that before I wrote this I read the reviews from previous guests, one of them was, in my opinion, unfair. During our stay we saw no evidence of any unwelcome guests and the only time anyone got bitten was at Tiger Kingdom during the day. There were also more than enough towels and Charles had said at the start to ring him if we needed anything.

Good Location-Horrible Roach Problem

We stayed here for three days and while the home is a great location and is spacious, we couldn't get past the roaches. In our three days, we found/killed at least 15. Additionally, there was an usually large amount of mosquitoes throughout the house. Our group left with bites all over our body. There was also a strange noise/alarm that came from the neighbors house throughout hours of the night that continued to wake us up throughout our entire stay. Despite the pests, Charles did provide recommendations and was accessible for airport travel which made transport very easy. The location was great and we were able to walk to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. However, we always dreaded returning back to the house at the end of the day. If you choose to stay here, I would recommend working with Charles to ensure the bug problem has been resolved. *Additionally, I would bring bath towels. There were only 3 small towels throughout the house for 3 adults.

I don’t know what to say, I just got my first review that was less than five stars. Our Singarat town house is listed on half a dozen booking sites including VRBO and this is the first review that was not a perfect score. I collected you from the airport, I provided you with a free Thai mobile phone already full of credit and with my contact number already programmed, I visited you during your stay to make sure everything was ok and I collected you at the end of your vacation and took you back to the airport. The first mention I get of these “ problems” is when you post a review of your stay. Our Singarat Town House was originally an old Thai terraced property, it is located in the centre of the Old City, very few places are offered for rental accommodation in this prime area. We spent a considerable amount of time and effort transforming this property to the five star standard it is now. I stay at this house in the short periods between guests to make sure that everything is ok. The house is sprayed by a professional company during those periods the same as all our other properties and the same as all the hotels do. Sometimes roaches will get in and die, please excuse me if they do not have the decency to expire out of your sight. There are twenty three sets of full size bath towels in Singarat so a simple conversation would have solved that problem. With regard to the mosquito's I am at a loss, I have stayed there dozens of times and can count on one hand the times I have been bitten, perhaps not leaving the windows open when you go out in the day would help? As for the alarm in the neighbors house, I am pretty sure that that could have been solved by actually telling me about it!

Ultimate perfection, classy comfort beyond all expectation! cozy, elegant, quiet

I could not have dreamed up a better location, so close to everything and yet in a quiet alleyway! Having spent time previously in the old city (and finding my favorite hotel closed) I was thrilled to find this - far better, could not have dreamed up such taste, beauty, delight and comfort. What a fine stylish taste exhibited everywhere, and on the walls real oil paintings can you believe, very inspirational! A pleasant short walking distance to my favorite restaurants and most excellent health massage and acupuncture. In addition, a huge bonus is the beautiful museums also a lovely tree lined short walk nearby (one also has a Saturday organic market), as well as my favorite Sunday evening market at Three Kings. A kitchen to die for; i was amazed at the most modern conveniences and tasteful everything. Usually I eat out for the whole time, even three months, but this inspired me to cook, and what a wonderful new experience to actually go shopping for veges in the markets (felt like a native dweller rather than a tourist), and then to cook in the finest cookware, all so delicious. I loved making my own mango papaya smoothies (fruit only about 50cents a pound). Also great to have wash machine and dryer, so convenient. So I give it a 10 out of 10, actually really a 20 out of ten! I'm counting the days till I get back to this lovely townhouse, my new favorite place to stay, which enhanced my overall experience of the city immeasurably.

Great Experience

A comfortable and centrally located town house in the old walled city of Chiang Mai, located near the famous Wat Phra Singh. Well appointed with washing machine, even a dishwasher! You can walk almost anywhere you need to go and it's is easy to explain to taxi/took-took/songtau drivers when you need to return home. Just say "Singharat Road, Soi One" (Holding up one finger as you say it always helps). Two bedrooms with ample, queen sized beds. Bathroom with sizeable shower. We really enjoyed the space.

Walk everywhere old city

First time to Chaing Mai. Loved location. Walked everywhere Old City. Easy access to transportation and restaurants. Home comfortable, quality, clean and very safe. Will be visiting again.
