La prima sala di intrattenimento piano dispone di un "HDTV a schermo piatto 50 per il gioco o la visione di film con francese porte che conducono l'enorme area della piscina! Troverete anche un Master King Suite completa con vista sul lago incontaminate, un enorme bagno padronale privato con cabina doccia completa questo Suite !!

La regina camera da letto Suite con bagno privato completo si trova al 2 ° piano con vista sull'oceano !! In fondo al corridoio si trova un altro Re Master Suite con viste panoramiche sul lago, bellissimo bagno matrice con cabina doccia !!!

Il 3 ° livello è il principale spazio di vita di Serendipity. Granito Gorgeous, 42 "mobili, angolo cottura isola con vista sull'oceano esemplificano la cucina dello chef. Le vetrate in tutta la grande sala permette di luce solare naturale e splendidi tramonti sul lago come un altro giorno si stabilisce a Cinnamon Beach !! Qui troverete anche una "HDTV 50 per intrattenere. La sala da pranzo aspetta i giorni di cattura dal 3 ° livello. Aprire le porte francesi e sentire la brezza dell'oceano e ascoltare il mare come la famiglia si riunisce.
Il 3 ° livello è finito con un altro re Master Suite e Master Bath con cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio! I tramonti in tutto Serendipity sono imbattibili !!!

It was a perfect for what we were looking for, vacation for us northerners to meet family from south Florida. The location was amazing, beach was close, house clean and well supplied. We did so much, fishing down the road, seeing crab at the beach, amazing restaurants, St. Augustine sites not far, pool was great. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great time.

Beautiful, Clean Property Near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

Vacation with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were notified the day before about the shower leaking in the 2nd floor bathroom, so we were unable to use that one. There is mold on the 3rd floor around vents and lights. The window in the master bedroom was not locked, so during a storm it fell open soaking some of our personal items. I was able to get it locked back. The door on the elevator would not open on the 1st floor. They did get that fixed during our stay. It does need some TLC, but it is a beautiful home, and the rental agency did help with anything needed.

This was our third time visiting Cinnamon Beach Resort. We had our 50th Anniversary and rented 2 houses to accommodate 6 families this time! What a blast! Loved our stay so much even though we were had so much going on! Thank you so much!

Last minute week in the sun

Without much notice, my wife and I needed to change vacation plans. We had a trip planned that didn't work out and had to be cancelled. We wanted to find somewhere that was sunny where we could sit by the pool and read books. We found this house online, and it was exactly what we wanted. We stayed one week and loved it. And the weather was great all week!

This year we decided to try out somewhere new and it didn't disappoint!Beautiful house, well maintained, everything we needed for out stay. Quiet community, easy to navigate to. Everyone got their own king bed and bathroom, which was amazing. Beautiful pool patio area, short walk to the beach. We will recommend this house to anyone!

Nice house and location

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

Villa with style

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice house, which is dedicated to the Father of a family, who obviously lived there personally before his death. The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. We have been 2 persons, so it felt a little bit oversized.Furniture: very niceArchitecture: very niceWLAN + Internet: working very wellEquipment: could be better (example: 2 coffee-spoons in the whole house for up 8 persons is not a lot...)Garden: situated (sun, wind) very goodSurrounding: very nice, 3min walk to the sea, very nice viewWhat could be better: Maintainance - nobody (no owner) lives in the house and this can be felt. A lot of rust, pool no water for 2 weeks (was no prob, because it was too cold for a pool not heated)

Overall was just ok. It definitely is not worth the price we paid. It actually started off bad. So a couple of days before or trip we were told one of the showers are broken and will not be fixed before our stay so they said to make it right we can check in 4 hours early. Well ok that really doesn’t make a huge difference but we were like what ever. Well we get there the door to the elevator downstairs doesn’t work, again no deal breaker we have stairs. Then 2nd night there at like 3 am the smoke alarms started blaring so immediately we started looking for smoke or fire ( nothing) well the entire trip they go off randomly throughout the day and night very annoying! Just outside our pool all week we have construction vehicles loading and unloading ( very loud) when that wasn’t happening apparently it was the week they cut grass etc, very loud!! So not a very peaceful experience outside. Went to use the grill it was filthy! So we could not use that. The pool table that was listed like it was at the home is not it is apparently at the game room by the club house well its literally the only thing in there very disappointing to my son. Just not happy with the price we paid vs what we got. Its a good location and a nice place but that’s it just average we stay in the area every yr and by far this was the worst. Again especially for the price. We typically stay on the beach plus pool for a better price. Well live and learn i guess

But some cleaning items such as dead lizard in one bedroom and a lot of dead bugs on window frames under blinds need addressed with cleaning team. Also, some instructions on TV remote and Heat/Cool thermostat would be nice for unfamiliar person renting property.
