Ampio 850 sq ft. Recentemente ristrutturato 1 BR / 1BA (4 posti letto) condominio diretto fronte golfo (senza angoli o ostacoli). Il condominio è un'unità terminale che comprende un balcone con vista diretta sul Golfo e un altro balcone sulla camera da letto con vista sul Golfo aggiuntiva. Ci sono 3 grandi finestre nel condominio che offrono tutte una vista pittoresca sul Golfo. Il condominio ha anche un secondo balcone dalla camera da letto. Il nostro condominio si trova a sud di Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach è regolarmente pulito alla perfezione.

La camera da letto ha un nuovo letto king size e lenzuola. Ci sono articoli aggiuntivi per il tuo comfort che includono TV da 32 pollici, ventilatore a soffitto, molti cassetti e spazio per riporre i tuoi oggetti personali. Il soggiorno ha anche un divano letto per ospitare 2 ospiti aggiuntivi. Ogni finestra del condominio offre una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico. La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici ed è completamente fornita per rendere il tuo pasto perfetto. La doccia del bagno è splendidamente piastrellata. Ci sono HE lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale disponibili per l'uso nel condominio. Internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuito, TV via cavo HD e chiamate interurbane incluso il Canada. C'è una TV a schermo piatto da 55 ", film e libri. Il parcheggio designato si trova vicino alle scale e vicino all'ascensore. L'unità è al terzo piano. Forniamo sedie a sdraio, asciugamani, ombrellone e giocattoli per il vostro uso.

I servizi comuni includono un ascensore, una piscina e carrelli della spesa. Il ristorante Oyster Bar e Tap House del LuLu si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Ci sono numerosi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Island Surf Shop è 0. 3 miglia di distanza per gli articoli a noleggio - biciclette, paddle board, kayak, ecc. Goditi i tramonti sul balcone mentre ti rilassi sulle altalene mentre i delfini nuotano oltre.

Do yourself a favor and just book this now. The owners are awesome. Communication is excellent. Location is amazing. The ONLY complaint I have is that NO OTHER VACATION compares to this one!!! Love it here.

Wonderful condo!!! Lots of beach towels and kitchen had lots of extra pots, pans and spices etc. Fantastic beach front location within walking distance to restaurants. Elevator is definitely a plus! Loved the pool. We will definitely book this condo in the future!

Ocean view balcony with SWINGS!

Great space in a great area, the two swings on the balcony took it over the top for us! Lazy day on the balcony in swings watching the surf! Owners have great communication! Tons of amenities!

Paradise

Fabulous! The Gulf view, sunsets, the sound of waves tumbling onto the beach, pelicans, sea gulls, sandpipers, dolphins, and 2 porch swings created a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Additionally, the condo was nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great Stay

Property is just as advertised. Very clean, very well maintained and very well equipped. The communication with Patricia and Jean was excellent. Only downside was that the pool was not heated. I hope the association decides to make it a heated pool.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! The owners are INCREDIBLE!!!! The property itself is BEYOND REMARKABLE!!!! The attention to detail and cleanliness and every little thing that you might need or even want is available. It has amazing views, is within walking distance to fantastic eats, and of course that wonderful white sand and emerald water!!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owners checked in on us at the beginning, in the middle of, and at the end of our stay just to make sure that all of our needs were met. The hospitality of this family is BEYOND anything that I have experienced anywhere and I have lived in 29 countries so I can not stress enough how very grateful I am to them both!!! We plan on going back MANY MANY TIMES & we are already trying to get back there at least 2 more times this year. Thank you so very much to the owners for sharing your ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL property and allowing others a little piece of REAL NO STRESS HASSLE FREE HEAVENLY PARADISE!!!!! We had a perfect vacation thanks to you, your hospitality, and of course that AMAZING VRBO PROPERTY & we have every intention on returning MANY TIMES in the future!!!!

Best and most beautiful Condo Experience!

We've traveled alot and stayed at many nice places but this condo exceeded all expectations. The owner met us when we arrived and showed us around. She was very helpful, nice, and easy to talk to. Assembled a very nice Condo Binder for Rules, and Recommendations for Restaurants, maps, and "Things to do", etc. This unit has beautiful decor, Gulf- Front Balcony, Kitchen, and Bathroom/Laundry has all the amenities needed for guest convenience. Kitchen was fully stocked with great pots and pans, dishes and baking supplies. Filtered water/ice in the Fridge Door was a nice touch. Beach towels, sand augur/umbrella, and chairs were provided. We would love to come back every year. Highly recommend.

Love this place, everything you need was there

My husband and I have rented this condo and we were so amazed that there was everything there possible that you would need. My husband passed away in April 2021 and I needed to come to the place we both loved. Thank you for the special little gift, it was so sweet. I will be back.

Cute, Fun, Wonderful!

This condo is beyond adorable and clean and comfy. We were able to spend 2 weeks attending day camps at the nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium, visiting family members and most importantly playing at the beach! The location is super convenient and the sand being mere steps away is heavenly.

Excellent accommodations and location!

We had an excellent, relaxing, stress free vacation. The unit's decor is very modern, comfy and aesthetically pleasing. All rooms were very clean, neat, well equipped and comfortable, with all the modern amenities one needs. The views of the ocean were heavenly. The building, property and pool were very clean, tidy, well maintained and well equipped. A special salute to our hosts, who were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need. We were treated as family. We would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo on the Indian Rocks beach

My husband and I spent two weeks in this 1 bedroom condo. It was very spacious for the two of us. The condo building was very quiet with mostly elderly couples and families renting other units. Patricia was very responsive and communicated with us via text when we had questions. Loved the beach which was steps from the condo. The beach view from the balcony is to die for. We were lucky to even spot a couple of dolphins in the ocean.. right from the balcony!! The condo itself is well maintained, clean and safe. Will come back if we are back here again!

Location, Location, Location

Spent a wonderful two weeks right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Spotted dolphins on two occasions. Condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shop and CVS. Recommend highly!!

Amazing!!!

Me and my wife had a blast! This condo was very clean, it has everything to make you feel like you’re home. We enjoyed our time at IRB and would definitely recommend to family and friends for the perfect vacation spot! PS. The view is breath taking!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo owner is so very nice and helpful. She provided everything you could ask for. The unit was nice and clean to perfection. I highly recommend this outstanding condo. We especially liked the porch swings!
