La maestosa casa sull'oceano si trova su un ampio lotto di 75 piedi sul lato ovest dell'isola. Questa bellissima casa è circondata da scale di accesso a semicerchio a botte, ponti, verande e patio. Ogni stanza si apre su un ponte o una veranda. Aprendo la porta d'ingresso per entrare sarai sopraffatto dalla straordinaria vista sull'oceano e dalla sottile eleganza di questa lussuosa casa. Open space avvolto con finestre. Ampio soggiorno aperto con camino. La cucina da sogno di uno chef; forni doppi, unità di superficie, elegante superficie in pietra ollare e sala da pranzo con vista sull'oceano. Master suite al primo piano con vista sull'oceano con un letto matrimoniale. Un secondo maestro all'ultimo piano con un letto matrimoniale pure. Camera da letto con vista sull'oceano aggiuntiva al secondo piano con un letto matrimoniale. Eleganti ed enormi bagni termali con lussuosi marmi e altre pietre. Piano terra totalmente recintato con bellissimi archi a lamelle. Un paesaggio meticoloso circonda la piscina, che ha anche ombra piena su un lato. Molo illuminato con gazebo sull'oceano.

Great family vacation

Clean, spacious, and well-stocked property. Great access to the beach. Owners were readily available and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at several beach houses and this was, by far, our favorite. The house and grounds are amazing. There was more than enough room for our family of 12. Plenty of ourdoor seating everywhere and it was all in great condition. The pool is nice and large and the grill worked great. This is the first time that our expectations were exceeded. We had a fantastic week and would definitely stay again!

Burkhart Family Beach Trip

My family had a fantastic time! The house was perfect, very spacious for large families. Everyone had plenty of room. The deck and chairs were fantastic. You are very close to the beach. I would recommend this house for any family vacations. Ken B.

Perfect vacation

This was our second time staying here and it couldn’t have been better! We arrived to a fresh, spotless house with everything in order. The house is so accommodating for our family of 12 ranging from age 1 to 93. The owners were fantastic to work with, treated us like family. The kitchen is very generously equipped and there was a full weeks supply of paper products and cleaning products that was a bonus! Just can’t say enough about how perfect this house is for us. We hope to be back again and again.

Great beach trip 😎

Beautiful home beach front, cute little town, nice view and lovely accomodations. We would rent again. The weather was not very good for the beach or pool the week we went which limited us while there, and the main tv was not a smart tv so it was difficult the watch much with our streaming, but we did puzzles and still had a great relaxing week together! (hot tub would have been a nice feature when cold/rainy). We ended up driving into Myrtle for activities a bit. Note, you have to figure out where sheets go (and there are several sizes of beds) and make all the beds... Not a huge deal, bit when you are arriving exhausted from travel it's not fun. The service said you can pay extra to have them made which I wish we would have known as we would have done that for sure. Thanks for great communication and a lovely stay!

Multigenerational Family Vacation

This home is the epitome of luxury. The listing doesn’t do it justice. My husband and I travel a fair amount, and this was by FAR the most well-equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The home came fully stocked with all the equipment, appliances, smallwares, linens, etc. we needed. There were multiple coffee pots, toasters, plenty of pots/pans in varying sizes (we cooked as a family all but 1 of the nights). The 3 refrigerators allowed for plenty of room for all our needs and the additional ice maker meant we had all the ice we needed and more (including what we needed for filling coolers for the beach). The bed rooms were incredibly spacious, plenty of closet space, drawers/dressers for unpacking and remaining organized throughout the week. The beach access is perfect - very convenient, even for my aging parents. They were both also able to enjoy the gazebo connected to the walkway - they could see the kids playing in the ocean from the shade! The ocean was a wonderful size and a reprieve when the kids/teens wanted a break from the ocean. Plenty of chairs and shade, as well as a grill (we used this one night). You CANNOT go wrong with this location. The elevator made unloading/loading up as well as grocery trips super easy with young kiddos and older parents.

This is a beautiful home with a great beachfront location. All of the supplies including kitchen ware, linens, and bathroom supplies were top notch. The swimming pool was a generous size and very much enjoyed by my family. The hosts were easy to reach and and easy to communicate with.

Best family vacation ever! 18 of us, three generations, spent a week at this gorgeous home and it exceeded our expectations. Generous sized bedrooms with excellent sound dampening ensured privacy and luxury for everyone. The large kitchen, very well equipped-the kids especially loved having multiple refrigerators-made cooking for so many easy. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space, both inside and out-the gazebo became a favorite reading spot. The kiddos loved the pool, night swims were a highlight as was a crab that made its way into the pool. It was rescued and taken back to the beach. This home was so well appointed, so clean, so well stocked-we all loved the pot filled for the coffee pots! The cleanliness and linen service was outstanding, a huge plus for us. The elevator and covered parking made loading and unloading for the week a breeze. There is also a great playground two blocks away. Dads and kids loved pier fishing-one shark was caught-and everything was catch and release. We had a couple of calls to the owners with questions and they were so prompt to reply and take care of what we needed. We can’t wait to come back! The youngest kiddo, seven, put it best…”My life has been changed. I want to go back to the beach.”

Beautiful beachfront home with stunning views and every amenity you could possibly need. Just steps from the beach and conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants, the location couldn’t have been better. The property was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. The host was attentive, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return. Highly recommend this lovely beach house!

Beautiful Airy Common Room With Great Views

This is a beautiful home - airy, spacious and very clean and well equipped. We were travelling in the winter and wanted to make sure that we had a nice house in case we had to spend a lot of time indoors. As it turns out, the weather was great and warm so we were outside a lot. But the inside of this home is beautiful and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. It has a very beautiful gazebo on the walk to the beach where we watched sunsets each night -- the beach is South facing so you can see both sunrises and sunsets.

Great house, amazing views and easy beach access

My sisters and our families spent a week at this house which was the nicest in the area. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms with a great open downstairs layout where everyone could be together. The pool is so nice (and heated!) and the beach so easily accessible. Not a long winding pathway like so many other houses and there is a nice walkway to and from, that very few other houses in the area seem to have— key when lugging small children and all of your stuff to and from the beach. Would love to return next year!

Perfection

Our recent vacation was perfect. The house was everything we wanted and more. The kids never once said they were bored. The pool was large, the beach was close and the house was amazing. This was one vacation no one will forget!

Chair-a-dise - It was Paradise with numerous high sitting composite deck chairs ="Chair-a-dise"

We had a very positive experience. 89 West 1st Street was the perfect place for our family reunion. All of our kids and Grandkids enjoyed spacious living area, comfy and ample beds, plenty of space to enjoy meals all together and room to play numerous games. The pool was large enough for everyone to swim and the under deck allowed shade after a day at the beach. The covered Gazebo on the boardwalk to the beach was amazing - we all enjoyed our morning coffee, our afternoon breaks and our after dinner time while watching the sun set from the Gazebo. Since it was July 4th week, we had the perfect view of the OIB fireworks from our Char-a-dise seats !!! We were also there to view a pretty close to full moon from our private deck. The kitchen was well appointed and the entire house was very clean and had plenty of parking. The short walk directly to the ocean on our private boardwalk was, of course, THE highlight :) Five star vacation !!!!
