The apartment is wonderful. This is my third stay here. The location and views are fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for a quiet stay, but within close proximity to the sights of southern Bavaria.

This property was STUNNING! We just spent 18 days in Germany and Slovenia, and this was easily our favorite. The views really were spectacular. Plus, the home is immaculate and so spacious! The giant door out to the balcony is amazing. We loved the location too. Just steps away from the old town main street, but also just 1km walk to the train station, bus statio, the Zugspitze Bahn, and the Wank mountain cable car. In addition, it's a perfect central Bavarian home for trips to all the nearby towns and sights. We drove to Ettal, Oberammergau, Schloss Lindehoff, Schloss Hohenschwangau & Neuschwanstein. We also drove to Reutte, Austria. Then each day we returned "home" to this home, and we were so happy to be able to relax and rest in this lovely home. It was dream-like it it's perfection! Thank you!

Great property and incredible view of the Zugspitz. Everything worked well. My only comment would be that when renting to English speaking people that instructions in English for the washer, dryer, and microwave be available. That would save a lot of frustration. There is a dedicated underground parking spot but also parking outside if you’d prefer. The location is great with easy availability to walk to some wonderful restaurants (gasthauses).

Incredible views!!

View from the lodging was incredible! Short walks to restaurants and bakeries. Bike rental shop also close by. Parking under rental property is nice. Communication was excellent!! Highly recommend this stay.

Fantastic!!

A wonderful property with outstanding views of the Zugspitze. It was a joy to wake up on a morning and to see such a wonderful view. Jasmines communication before and during our stay was excellent . A truly wonderful stay !!

Beautiful views!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Lots of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedroom and nice bathrooms… we bumped our heads a few times due to slanted ceiling but not a major problem. A few minutes walk to lots of great restaurants. Many lovely hikes close by. Incredible views from both balconies. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Outstanding!

Beautiful view, safe a fun area with so much to do, super clean apartment. Thomas is a great host, and we couldn’t have been happier with Jasmin, who handles everything locally. We absolutely loved the property, location, decor, front and back balconies, underground parking (new idea for us!), and help whenever we needed it. We will definitely be back!

Simply amazing!

This place exceeded our expectations! The views from the living room windows and the deck were stunning. It was so spacious and clean. It was literally two houses down from the Main Street Partenkirchen and an easy walk to the train station, hiking, and downtown Garmisch. The area was very quiet. Everything about the stay was easy. We highly recommend and would love to come back for longer. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Million dollar views

This our second time staying at this wonderful apartment. We lived like a local, but traveled to the sights like a tourist. Everything exceeds expectations… between the amazing views, comfortable German bedding, garage parking, great shower water pressure, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and the quiet neighborhood. Did I mention amazing views from both balconies!!! We will return… again and again!

Cute apartment - wonderful location!

My family and I just returned home from a fabulous week in this apartment. the property was the perfect size for my family of 5. Big bedrooms, large bathroom and plenty of room to spread out and relax in the family room. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were wonderful to work with and Jasmin (the young woman who takes care of the apartment) is lovely. She was so helpful and informative and even made dinner reservations for us. I just can't say enough about our experience, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful apartment for couples

The view is STUNNING. Repeat - the view is STUNNING. This is a lovely, spacious apartment on the third floor. Parking space is available in the basement garage. The apartment is walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants (reservations recommended). Everything was clean and well stocked. Several "treats" were left for us as guests. Everything was wonderfully comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and once we connected with the property manager (What's App worked best) she was very responsive. We had a really great stay here; one of the highlights of our trip.

Attic apartment with a view

Clean, easy to access, great hostess (Jessy), spacious, good washer and separate dryer,big balconies, front with superb view of the Zugpitz! Covered garage in a quiet, walkable location. Bathrooms and bedrooms ceilings slope downwards making access a bit of a challenge. Our weather was cool but it does get warm for summer with no air conditioning. Second floor walk up.

Spectacular location and wonderful apartment

I stayed in this amazing apartment in July for 4 nights with my husband and 20 year old daughter. It would have been easy to stay twice as long! The apartment is spacious, clean and has absolutely everything you need - including parking underneath. But the best part is the view!! There is a huge window and 2 balconies and you can sit and enjoy being part of the majestic scenery all around you. We enjoyed hiking in the alps, the local restaurants, and the picturesque village ( which outshines Oberammergau and is more authentic). Our contact person, Jasmine, was lovely and very helpful. The owner suggested 4 nights wasn't long enough and he was right. It was hard to leave this beautiful place!

Wonderful!!!

My family of 5(2 adults + 3 kids) stayed in this apartment for 1 week. We went to other places in Germany on our trip and this was by far our favorite home and town. The apartment is in the perfect location. You can easily walk anywhere in town. We had a car but we didn't need it. The apartment is clean and had enough room for all of us. Jazmin greeted us and she was really nice and helpful. I loved waking up every morning to the sounds of birds chirping and church bells ringing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The rain shower was heavenly. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and we look forward to returning to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. ~Brenda

Wonderful place!

This apartment is in a great location on the Partenkirchen side of town. The bus stop is steps away from the apartment and the train station is a mere kilometer straight up Bahnhofstrasse. I enjoyed calm mornings with coffee on the large balcony listening to the birds and church bells. Jasmine went above and beyond to make our stay special. She really is the best! The only bit of advice I would give to the traveler is to realize that in the bathroom and bedrooms the ceiling is quite slanted, so you must watch that you don’t bump your head on the angle. This apartment is otherwise a must stay. It is very homey with comfortable beds and a spacious living room. The view of the mountains is stunning. The kitchen is just right for staying in and cooking dinner at the apartment. I hope to return in the future.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week at the beginning of December 2016. All of the communication leading up to our stay went seamlessly - thank you to Julie, Thomas and Jasmin (Jess). We were truly impressed with the apartment - so much space, so many little extras provided which made us feel that we really were living in a 'HomeAway from home'! We were not able to use the balconies because it was too cold, but the wonderful, crystal-clear views of the mountains from inside the apartment definitely made up for it. We had originally intended visiting many places in Bavaria from the apartment, but were so happy staying there that we didn't see the need to venture very far afield! The Partnach Gorge was a highlight as it already had frozen waterfalls and icicles - it is a must-do, even in winter. We also caught the train to Grainau, and were intrigued with the thick, thick frost covering everything in sight - magical, and something we had never seen before. The apartment was very clean, quiet and safe. I didn't want to leave! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment and town.

Wonderful Garmisch

We could not have been more pleased with this property in Garmisch. You know you are dealing with quality owners when they have fresh cut flowers on the table and a bottle of wine waiting for you. The location is more than convenient as you can walk to grocery stores and shops, easily and the free bus stops near the end of the driveway that provides access to the city and rest of the valley. The property is of the highest quality and offered more than enough space for our family of five adults to cook, play games and relax. The kitchen has all the modern appliances that one needs to prepare fine meals. We put the laundry to use as we were able to catch up with the dirty clothes on the midway point of our 17 day journey across Northern Africa and Western Europe. Jasmine who manages the property locally was a delight. She greeted us promptly on site and made sure we had a good understanding of how everything worked in the apartment and how to get out and about town. The level of detail was appreciated as we were staying over the Christmas Holiday and were not aware of all of the special holiday hours at the stores and shops. Disaster was averted when we were able to get our grocery shopping done early. We hope to be able to return to this property for years to come and share the wonder of Garmisch with the rest of our family.

Perfect stay! Views, quiet, location!

We absolutely loved our stay here & loved this apartment. I never wanted to leave. We have been traveling in Germany/Italy for 3 weeks and this was our favorite apartment so far. It's steps from the historical Ludwigstrasse (I didn't know this when booking), easy to access, great parking. Views from the apartment are heavenly. It was cozy and had everything we needed. So peaceful and quiet. I'm very noise sensitive and never heard anything at all, besides the beautiful church bells (never disturbing, only when we had the windows and doors open and the sound was delightful). I would have loved to stay another week (or move in and stay forever!) My teen boys and my husband did hit their heads quite a few times (twice for me!) but it was worth it 😂. Contact with Thomas, the owner, was great when booking. Upon arrival, the local property manager was unable to meet us & wasn't readily available to answer questions so we did struggle a bit to figure out where the key and apartment was and how to get in the garage, and had a hard time figuring out the under floor heating--but eventually figured it out. We also struggled with garbage at checkout. We tried keeping everything separated but when we left there were only two bins, one for paper and one other one so we didn't know what to do with the trash. Maybe ask for clarification for all these things before arrival. I really hope we can make it back to this wonderful apartment soon! Oh, and they leave lots of extra little gifts!

So eine schöne Wohnung hatten wir noch nie!Ausblick, Lage, Ausstattung, Kinder- und Hundefreundlichkeit sind Spitzenreiter.Tee, Kaffee, Seife, Taschentücher, Handcreme, Prime TV, Waschmittel, frische Blumen, Hundedecken, Leckerlies, Näpfe, Wein und Süßigkeiten… alles ist perfekt für den Gast vorbereitet. Wir waren für 8 Nächte in der Wohnung und es war einfach nur schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, der blick von dem riesigen Balkon gen Alpsitze und Zugspitze waren einfach ein Traum! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
