Sea Colony Beach and Tennis -Palestra Block

Tre camere da letto (2 camere da letto più soppalco) ha un letto king size, una matrimoniale e un soppalco superiore con un letto a castello che ha una cuccetta inferiore piena di dimensioni e un divano letto. Ospita comodamente 8 persone. Il grande soffitto a volta spazioso nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo ha porte scorrevoli in vetro per lo schermo avvolgente in veranda come noi come ponte esterno per feste di granchio. L'unità a due piani in stile residenza cittadina dispone di bagni separati per entrambe le camere da letto in basso e l'area soppalcata superiore che ha i letti a castello ha anche un'area giochi per i bambini a giocare ai videogiochi. Tutto divertimento e giochi per i bambini nel loro spazio. Una vera vacanza per adulti e bambini.

L'unità confina con il canale di Assawomen, dove puoi prendere il granchio e fingere di essere Tom Sawyer. La piscina interna ed esterna, il centro fitness, campi da basket, sala pesi, programma aerobico, sauna, vasca idromassaggio sono tutti facilmente accessibili a pochi metri dalla nostra unità. Oops, ho quasi dimenticato, il tram per la spiaggia (a 10 minuti su un "Disneylike Tram") è a pochi passi fuori dalla porta.

Questa unità è perfetta per due famiglie da condividere.

Non ci sono costi aggiuntivi Lenzuola, asciugamani, pulizia di fine soggiorno, wi-fi, cucina completamente attrezzata sono inclusi. L'unica cosa che si paga all'arrivo è una quota di svago per il resort Sea Colony per l'uso illimitato di piscine, campi da tennis, spiagge, tram, ecc. Nice and very relaxing vacation

The property was very nice and well kept. Very close to the fitness center and indoor pool. Larry is very responsive to any problems or questions you might have. He provides great information on local places to see and restaurants in the area. Was a very calm and relaxing vacation.

Short but very nice visit.

Everything was great! We walked to the gym and throughout the neighborhood. Everything was clean. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit out and enjoy! We will definitely be back!!!

Great Bethany Condo

This was the perfect space for our family vacation. The bonus loft area was a bit hit with my teenage boys. The unit is very close to the gym, big pool, and Pickleball courts which we used. Larry was very responsive to any questions I had and made the entire rental process very easy!

Wonderful Property

This was our 7th year renting at Sea Colony and it was the best rental we have experienced. The home was spotless clean and fully stocked of necessities. The location was perfect, close to the fitness center and a short walk to The Pines pool, not to mention the tram is right on the block. We enjoyed the screened in porch which was fabulous to do some work. Larry was a fantastic host to communicate with. Check in was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our vacation with our family and look forward to next summer!

If you're traveling to Bethany Beach, you really can't beat Sea Colony. The convenience is unreal with the regularly running tram to and from the private Sea Colony beach, the pools, the fitness center, the walking paths... I could go on and on. We have stayed in several beautiful houses in Bethany, but I would take this condo over those all day for the convenience alone. The check-in and check-out process was about as easy as I've ever experienced. I kept waiting for a long list of directions to complete before check out that never came. The condo had plenty of space. We were very comfortable. The covered porch was amazing. I enjoyed coffee on it every morning and our family loved picking crabs out there one night. My only slight hesitation with the property was the upside down pineapple curtains in the bedroom. Not sure if the owners are aware of the jokes circulating about what upside down pineapples are supposed to signify. We assumed they just didn't know and got on with our trip. We had a great time and would definitely return!

We enjoyed this unit, it fit our family of 5 great. Nice fireplace for cold morning and great outdoor space. Only complaint was entrance is 2nd story which wasn’t in listing.

Excellent Property

My husband and I travel a lot and there's certain criteria we look for in vacation property. This Bethany Condo exceeded in cleanliness, decor, comfort (king bed was very comfortable) and we enjoyed the huge enclosed porch and we had beautiful weather for early October and even relaxed in the sun in the open patio! This section of Sea Colony has very nice walking paths, pools and a recreation center. It was also very quiet! Easy drive to the beach and plenty of parking. The owners were very kind and the renting process was easy. We will be referring this spacious corner condo unit to our family and friends! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Great location. Only negative was the areas of the fitness center like the indoor pool were closed.

Great place!

Place was very clean! Loved the high ceiling with upstairs loft area. It was very airy & open. Suited our needs very well! Convenient location to Restaurants, Stores, short drive to beach. Quiet & nice community location! The tram stopped running day after we were there, since we were there after Sept. 12th. But Indoor pool & few outdoor pools were still open for our stay, that we enjoyed! Larry & Dolores were available to answer any questions. I would recommend this property!

Wonderful stay

Great Bethany Beach rental

This Sea Colony spot was a great rental for our first vacation in Bethany Beach. Larry is a very attentive owner and answered all/any questions in a timely manner. The unit was very clean when we arrived and has plenty of space. The screened porch is perfect for long , relaxing meals or sitting and reading. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and you can always take the tram. We enjoyed this vacation.

Larry is a retired business entrepreneur. Dolores is a marketing executive. After 17 summers at Sea Colony we did something strange - we just didn't go home to NJ. We stayed here! Our beautiful condo is one of our investment properties at Sea Colony and where our overflow families stay when too many come to visit at the same time.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our family has spent the past 20 summers vacationing at Sea Colony. SC is virtually the only place of its kind on the east coast from Maine to South Carolina. All 4 of us would leave our hustle/bustle norther NJ stress behind and simply 'exhale' when we arrived at Sea Colony. So, buying a home here was a no-brainer. And if you want recommendations for things to do, places to eat or even the best local realtors - just call us.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

we purchased our first home on Canal Court. Being able to drop kids off at the fitness center babysitters while we worked out was great. Dropping them off for date-night was really great. And, the first time it rained and the kids were threatening to bounce off the walls - we sent them to the indoor pool - AWESOME!

Even when we were just vacationing for a week at a time, we would meet the same very very friendly people at the tennis courts (3 blocks away), at the beach (tram ride away) and at the pools/gyms.
