We had a great 32nd anniversary stay at the Restored Farmhouse. It was great setting out on the screened back porch watching the animals and enjoying the fresh air. All the animals were fun to see and even our dog loves watching them. We fished in the pond, and checked out the entire property. There is plenty of space in the house and all the amenities you need to make your stay special.

Arrival was easy. Everything was great. We were surprised with some delicious sourdough chocolate chip cookies. Feeding the animals was bonus. The barn cats hanging out on the porch while we just took in the beautiful scenery was also a bonus. Very comfortable. Would absolutely book again. Would be great for a family vacation.

The host was very helpful answering questions ahead of the trip that helped us plan what to bring for preparing our meals. The binder with details regarding feeding the animals and finding light switches was a great help!

Great place to spend a family get together. The host was very helpful with any questions that we had. There was a tray of sour dough chocolate chip cookies waiting for us (YUM) as well as a tray of feeds for the farm animals. The binder on the table has very clear instructions on everything you need to know, as well as numerous suggestions like where to eat and different attractions nearby. We can highly recommend this place!

The Farmhouse was a wonderful experience with children and teenagers. The free animal feed was a real benefit to young ones to get to know the animals.The only downside was to the set up of bedrooms on the second floor of the farmhouse.

You have stumbled upon a gold mine for making memories! This property is everything you could ever want for an escape from the everyday, to slip into what feels like a visit to grandma's house in the country. The house is beautiful, with plenty of room for the whole family! The property and animals keep the kids busy and entertained. The location is far enough from the city that you feel like you're far away, but 20 minutes from most everything you could need. This was our 3rd year and we rebooked before leaving for next year!

The Mohican Farm House was a wonderful family friendly mini farm. The kids loved interacting with the farm animals and fishing in the pond. The house is close to Mohican State Park and Pleasant Hill Lake. The host was very friendly and took the kids to the chicken coop to retrieve eggs. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing family experience.

Everything and way more! The perfect country escape for our kids. We met so many animals and caught so many fish. We were In town for a wedding and our stay at the farmhouse was just as amazing as the wedding. Thank you so much for creating family memories that will last a lifetime .

We loved the animals and the pond. Private location within walking distance of Mohican bridal trails. The hosts had a nice book with information about the animals. Our family of 4 and our dog had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

A spacious historic farmhouse located within 5 minutes of Mohican State Park entrance. Very peaceful surroundings with a variety of farm animals, which the kids enjoyed feeding. A small pond is on site and many of our group (adults and children) spent time fishing for bluegill and/or floating in the paddle boat. The kitchen is well equipped.Host is very responsive and easy to contact.The location is convenient to our extended family and we'll consider staying there for future meet ups.

We had a blast at the property. All my adult kids and my toddler grandchild loved the animals. We all love to hike so the location couldn’t be more perfect. The place was very pet friendly as well.

We were booked for next year before the end of our 2nd stay. This is like a visit to grandmas farm! We feel like we are coming home when we stay here. I highly recommend! The owners are amazing!

This was a wonderful property for our family while we were in the area for a wedding. The kids (and adults as well!) loved the animals. There were plenty of comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks so much!

Clean and cozy charm,-- and we were welcomed with homemade sour dough chocolate chip cookies! Great time celebrating our mom's 90th birthday in this down-home farm house right next to Mohican State Park where we spent countless family days when we were growing up. Loved the peaceful outdoor space around the fire pit, the farm animals (we got to feed the animals!) , pond (catch and release fishing), porch with rockers and a swing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meal prep for 10 adults and the farmhouse table seated us comfortably. The host was incredibly attentive to needs and was super friendly and accommodating. The info book was thorough and helpful for all the details. Overall a wonderful place.
