If your looking for a wonderful stay, steps from the beach, heated pool, and wonderful property owners who were very helpful and outstanding people to deal with, as well as a beautiful condo, here it is!

Perfect vacation

Best vacation ever

I my husband and I love this condo. The location is great. The amenities are great, and it was very roomy and comfortable, but most of all the view was fantastic. We hope to visit again. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent

Excellent condo for a larger party of people. The location is outstanding and the condo is well appointed with everything that you could want or need. The owners were great and the preparations for our stay were excellent.

We have wonderful time .Condo was great ,just as described online .It has everything you will need including beach umbrellas ,chairs ,toys .Fully equipped kitchen with supplies you will need .Plenty of towels ,shampoo ,soap ,etc .Great place ,will come back soon.

Comfortable, Spacious Regatta Condo

We love staying at The Regatta due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach and its resort-style pool. The pool is very kid friendly, with zero-entry and a waterfall feature. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 6. It was also clean and well appointed.

Spacious condo with amazing location and view

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Lots of space for the entire family with every amenity you could possibly wish for. The host, Chris was professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. The 11th floor view over the bay is the perfect remedy to lease ifes everyday stresses!

GREAT WEEK AT THE REGATTA MARCH-4-11, 2016

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Great views, close to beaches, malls, restaurants. The Mercato Mall had many fine restaurants, Whole Foods and a near by Publix. Chris (the owner) was wonderful to deal with. She met us the day we checked in. There was everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. Condo was well stocked and clean.

Family Vacation

The condo is absolutely beautiful. There are great views. We watched the dolphins all most every morning. The host had a list of great places to eat. I believe we tried almost all of them. The location was very safe. We walked to most of the places we ate. It was only a few minutes from shopping and night life.

Exceptional

I've stayed at many VRBOs through the years. They Mr./Ms. Ross are the finest hosts I've experienced. Likewise, their unit is well stocked . . . so you don't need to go out and purchase basic items. This is the second time I've stayed with the Ross hosts - they absolutely deserve their 5 stars!

Outstanding condo in a great facility!

Condo was wonderful. 11th floor end unit is great as the lanai provides amazing views of the area along with many windows inside providing a lots of light. Everything was well equipped for a long stay. Love the Regatta complex. Very easy to get around and the location is prime. Chris was outstanding to work with. Lots of communication before we arrived and responded immediately to any questions we might have. We highly recommend and certainly plan on returning.
