Questo condominio si trova OCEANFRONT e nell'angolo sud dell'edificio con finestre extra, un lucernario e accesso gratuito a Internet ad alta velocità!

Il condominio è molto luminoso, allegro e ha un tema "Caribbean Beach" e colori in tutto. Professionalmente decorato solo pochi anni fa, ha molti tocchi e servizi speciali tra cui TV nel soggiorno e tutte le camere da letto, lettore DVD, mobile bar, lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size, nonché un portico con vista sull'oceano al largo di Living Room e un balcone aperto al largo della camera matrimoniale. Nel gennaio del 2015 tutti i pavimenti sono stati sostituiti con grandi piastrelle in gres porcellanato di alta gamma, il bagno principale è stato completamente aggiornato con doccia in piastrelle e nuova toeletta e l'intero interno è stato completamente riverniciato.

C'è anche un portico schermato d'ingresso per riporre sedie a sdraio, galleggianti, ecc. Questo è un condominio "senza fumo". Non è consentito fumare all'interno dell'unità. Animali NON ammessi La biancheria NON è inclusa, ma può essere affittata per ulteriori $ 80 a settimana.

Pelican's Landing si trova su Shore Drive, a pochi passi dal famoso Ocean Annie's Beach Club e The Apache Fishing Pier. Ci sono noleggio biciclette nelle vicinanze, due piscine in loco, un parco giochi per bambini, un green, barbecue, tavolo da picnic, sedie a sdraio per piscina, due ascensori e carrelli per i bagagli per la vostra convenienza.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE !! Barefoot Landing e Broadway At The Beach si trovano nelle vicinanze di ristoranti di pesce, Super Wal Mart, Tanger Factory Outlet e il nuovo Conway Bypass (ti farà risparmiare molto tempo di guida nei giorni di check-in e check-out).

We are glad we found this little treasure. Directly on the beach so the views are gorgeous with two balconies to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. It was still to cool to use the pool but it was clean so maybe next time.The condo is very inviting and you have all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we needed. I am always concerned about the beds but to my surprise they were all comfortable, bonus points for that! We had 6 in our group and we had plenty of room. Another bonus is this condo has 2 1/2 baths. Located on a dead end street you don't have all the noise from traffic which was really nice. The owner was very helpful and check in and check out were easy as well. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect Oceanfront Stay

Robert’s unit is perfect for a family getaway. For the value it doesn’t get much better than this. Robert was an excellent host. The only thing I would have changed about our stay would have been to make it longer!

The location couldn’t have been better! Beautiful views right on the oceanfront! Kitchen could use a few more utensils for cooking but the host said they are updated the kitchen this off season. We will definitely be back!

Location was amazing, right on the beach. Limited pool hours were a disappointing as are the laws regarding purchase of alcohol— no sales after 7pm and none on Sunday.

Great stay!

Rental was very clean. Communication with owner was great, answered emails and calls immediately. Location was great and view from balconies was gorgeous! Rental was stocked well with kitchen supplies, linens and bath towels. Perfect beach location, very quiet area off the main business highway.

Amazing experience. My family loved it. Landlord was 2nd to none.

This property was very family-friendly and safe. The view from both balconies was breathtaking every day. The side ocean view from the dining table "being an end unit" was a big plus. The beach was very clean and I felt very safe with my wife and kids at the beach while I played every morning in a golf tournament.

This property is truly oceanfront with unobstructed, beautiful views of the coastline. It has tile flooring throughout and is exceptionally clean. This unit offers covered parking, an elevator and carts to help get your belongings inside. It is clear that Robert takes great pride in his property and I would not hesitate to book with him again. We will definitely be back!

We loved this oceanfront condo and the location! A very short walk to the beach and pool! Recommend!

We loved the location, the condo was nice. A few minor updates will make a big difference! We would definitely stay here again! Oceanfront , easy and quick access to the beach and pool! The entry porch to store your chairs and sandy shoes are wonderful and having your own laundry room was also a plus! I would recommend!

The location of this condo is in a quieter area of Myrtle Beach, which is great. We appreciated being right on the beach and close to restaurants. We knew it was an older unit from other reviews. The unit itself was clean. What you can't see in the listing is that the largest balcony that is screened in has holes in the screen and it's very dirty. Also, almost all of the mini blinds are broken and need to be replaced and the verticals in master BR fall off easily. The only ceiling fan is on the screened in porch. There is a pedestal fan in master that we used the whole time. The lighting in all bedrooms (only lamps) and bathrooms is dim. The master bath lighting is yellowish. There is a light outside of the front bedroom next to the kitchen that stays on all night. Miniblinds cannot block that brightness out. There are lots of tiny holes above the window that renters before us must have used to tack up a sheet to block out the bright light. There is a leak coming from the ceiling in the kitchen. There were 2 puddles on the counter each morning underneath the cabinet next to the sink. The wood cabinet is warped from the water damage, indicating it's probably been that way for awhile. So, it's in a great location, just needs some updating and repairs. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and we did enjoy the area.

Thank you so much for your review. I'm glad that you found the condo to be clean and in a great location. Thank you also for bringing the items that were disappointing to you to my attention. Unfortunately the lack of ceiling fans and ceiling lights is not an option for this condo since the developer did not choose to put electrical wiring there. Fortunately this is a corner unit and also top floor so there are extra windows and a skylight in the living area. I actually just checked the blinds in the condo and did not find any that were broken. I did notice three small holes in the porch screening and will be able to replace that section of the screening during the off-season. I have not had anyone complain before regarding the exterior hallway light coming into the bedroom but I will certainly look into a black-out shade for that window. I believe I mentioned to you when you checked-in that I had notified the HOA regarding the roof leaking above the kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they will be having someone repair the leaks soon and I will be replacing the cabinets this winter. Thanks again for your review and I hope you and your family will be able to visit Myrtle Beach again in the future!

Great views at a wonderful location

This condo was as advertised. Clean, well maintained and it being an end unit on the corner, had incredible views of the ocean just outside the door! Loved hearing the waves especially at night. Easy walking distance on the beach to Apache Pier or Ocean Annie’s. Next time we’re in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation! Location is quiet but close to everything. Spacious room n clean- great communication and response with owner. Respectful and friendly. Would love to rent again! You have all you need in the room! Pool was clean and you are steps from Gods great beauty, the waves, the sand, the sunrise n sunsets!

Great location.

The location of the condo is great. It’s very convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions. Very close to Annie’s bar on the beach and the pier. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee and evenings for a nightcap. We were able to watch the storms off the water and some fireworks. Robert was quick to address any issues too.

Great view!

The view was beautiful from both the living room and master suite. Corner lot location was perfect. Loved that the beach is right there! Could not ask for a better location or view! Communication is great with the owner. He always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Spent a week at Pelican Landing. Very nice unit. Especially liked the two balconies to enjoy the ocean view. Communication with owner was exceptional. Would not hesitate to return.

Best vacation ever!

Robert was a fabulous host, only a few minutes away, and he met us personally at check in. The location was perfect, the condo had a deck off the master overlooking the beach as well as a screened in deck off the living room. The rooms were perfect for everyone to have privacy, and while the owner doesn't "provide " beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys...other renters have left them on-hand for everyone to use. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else!

Our Summer Vacation was saved!

Robert was amazing, great communication and helped us out after we found out the place we were suppose to stay at cancelled our stay 3 hours before we to arrive. He saved our vacation! Robert meet us at the condo and went over everything, even said don't hesitate to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. The condo was just as described and the view was amazing. Again I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond. Thanks for a great vacation

Perfect Location!

Pelican’s Landing condo location was exceptional! Top floor corner unit with a direct beach and ocean view! We enjoyed the short beach stroll to Ocean Annie’s, where we enjoyed live bands and hanging out on the beach most evenings. Parking is available under the building, and carts and elevators were readily available. The property owner met us in-person the day of move-in and provided a tour and instructions. Everything went smoothly during our stay. During the week of July 4th, we enjoyed fireworks and military flyovers with the very best vantage point on the beach and from the condo’s balconies!

Great spot right on the beach and 2 pool options as well. Perfect unit for a getaway on the top corner of the building so it’s peaceful and private (less neighbors), has extra windows on side walls and offers great views of the sun rise and beach off either balcony. Great room layout for mixed groups… everyone gets their own space. Simple kitchen served us well for our week-long stay cooking/eating mostly in the unit. Robert was great at communicating with us and went out of his way beforehand to confirm a specific need was available to us during our stay. Thank you sir and we wish you well until we return! I purchased this condo in September of 2000. I live just a few miles from Pelican's Landing with my 3 sons and we love the beach. We really liked the oceanfront, top floor, corner location of this condo because of the spectacular views and brightness of the interior. Because I live close by I am able to be personally involved on a regular basis with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property to make sure that my guests have a great vacation staying here. I am also a local REALTOR AND A SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE and can offer my services if you are interested in a 2nd home yourself or perhaps you are interested in moving here permanently. Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The Shore Drive area is so convenient to everything including the Tanger Factory Outlet, Super Wal-Mart, the Myrtle Beach Mall and several other smaller shopping areas. Also, there are many fantastic restaurants close by including seafood, Italian & Japanese. The Arcadian Shores Golf Course is also just a couple of miles away as well as the longest fishing pier in SC!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the large screened porch off the living room and open master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Also, the extra windows and skylight are a big plus for not making you feel like you're staying in a 'tunnel.' The laundry room with the full size washer and dryer and the adjoining screened back porch are very helpful. My condo is located on the top floor and on the corner at the end of the hallway so you rarely here any noise from other guests staying in the building.
