Questo condominio ha appena ricevuto oltre $ 25.000. 00 di nuovi bagni, nuovi mobili e tendaggi per il soggiorno, sedie Expense per balconi, nuovi materassi e molle box. Concedere un piano di lavoro in cucina con un nuovo rubinetto. nuove fauset in tutti i bagni e molto altro. adorerai il nuovo look.
Questo condominio fronte oceano è un condominio di design che riceve un trattamento speciale ogni anno - continua a migliorare sempre di più. Questo condominio è diverso dalla maggior parte. Sarai molto colpito. La mia unità è al terzo piano. Hai una bellissima vista libera sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia. Le cariche esterne sono molto speciali, non quelle carenti in plastica che tutti gli altri hanno. Ho pagato $ 700. 00 per sedia. Ti sentirai come un re e una regina seduti su queste chares in questo condominio molto speciale. Inoltre, questa unità ha specchi da parete a parete. Rende il posto più grande e si ha una vista sull'oceano.

L'hotel Carousel è accanto a questa proprietà. Il carosello di fama mondiale ha molti servizi che è possibile utilizzare tra cui la pista di pattinaggio e lì ristoranti e bar ecc. (wifi richiesto da carta di credito Condo Building

A very good property for two people. View from the balcony is excellent, on site gated parking a good addition and the location has great access to restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was excellent.

Beach view an access excellent. Modern kitchen well supplied. Bed was very comfortable like new condition. Host was easy to communicate with to follow his instructions made for a good stay

Excellent Host and extremely nice condo. Centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Morning sunrise coffee on the balcony was a bonus we will not soon forget. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Cute little beachy condo, it was just the right size for me and my husband and we had a wonderful trip. Loved the view and how quiet the building was. Thought the price was extremely reasonable considering how much past places we've stayed have raised their prices. Our host was superb and made check in and check out a breeze! We had an issue with the condo not being cleaned upon our arrival and an issue near the end of the trip with the ac not working- Mark had both issues handled in all of five minutes over the phone. It was great having both issues addressed immediately and being able to get back to relaxing. We had such a lovely, relaxing vacation- absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Place for My wife and I. We have stayed at multiple places over the years in Ocean City. There was a perfect unobstructed view of the beach and ocean waves, nice and quiet, and very relaxing. The Host, Mark was amazing with great communication, it was just a great stay overall. I highly recommend the condo if you want an enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing stay.

Great location! Great view of the ocean. Host great to work with. Love the open shower with full glass doors. Kitchen great other than no pot holders, and only has 1 big baking sheet.

I think of them as my own personal homes that I also rent out... sooooo when you stay at one my signature designer vacation condos you can be sure that they are special in every way. If you dont know this yet its good to know. Most people treat there vacation condos as a business and only upgrade or fix when its way to late if at all. Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This is the 1st Property I bought. It is where I spent my summers from 1971 to 1976 on the Ocean City Beach Patrol. My heart is here. I bought this condo at Ocean Walk Condominium because it is a Low rise not a high rise. The building is only 5 stories high. So you can get into and out of this condo complex with great ease. As compared to the high rise condominium. At check in and out you will noltice the difference… At the high rise condominiums there is a bottle neck and waiting for elevators. Also this complex is very well maintained by the board.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The benefits of this condo is that it is next to the Carousel Hotel. You can walk next door and use most all of there facilities… but not the pool. They have a ice skating rink arcade, big spaces for kids to run around while you are having a drink and or Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner… they have live music playing out side at there out side bar… also, in front of our condo is a great beach not that crowed. This unit is on the 3rd floor so you are positioned just right for your view.
