Many homes in our area were built without central A/C because evenings usually cool off—but during hot spells it can stay warm. Our listing notes there’s no A/C, and we provide fans, but your feedback is heard. We’re adding additional high-output fans and exploring a portable A/C solution for the hottest days to make summer stays more comfortable. This property is specifically advertised as not having air conditioning. Temperatures are usually easily managed by opening windows at night or in the morning and then closing them and drawing down the blinds in the summer. This property is also 2+ miles from a highway, but there are county roads that specifically provide access to the complex and from within there simply access roads adjacent to this unit.
