La nostra casa al mare è l'ideale per le famiglie che stanno cercando una bella vacanza vicino alla spiaggia. Questa meravigliosa casa al mare si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. La nostra casa è immersa in un quartiere tranquillo con 3 piani, 2800 piedi quadrati, 2 enormi camere da letto matrimoniali con bagni padronali e una camera da letto al terzo piano separata con il proprio bagno e un balcone privato. Questa casa sulla spiaggia elegante ma accogliente è completamente arredata per ospitare una famiglia numerosa e gli ospiti.

Abbiamo appena completato il rinnovo dell'intero primo piano, tra cui una nuovissima cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un bellissimo pavimento dappertutto. Al piano principale, la cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo si trovano in uno spazio aperto. Grandi porte-finestre si aprono sul patio con posti a sedere in sala da pranzo e salotto, nuovissimo barbecue e pozzo del fuoco a gas. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno completo. Il secondo livello ha 2 master suite e una camera familiare con comodi posti a sedere per la visione della TV. Due TV da 60 "con cavo e funzionalità di streaming.

Questa casa è molto vicino a praticamente tutto. Sia la spiaggia che il centro sono comodamente raggiungibili in 5-7 minuti a piedi. A un paio di isolati di distanza, troverai piccoli mercati, una pizzeria, un caratteristico negozio di caffè / panetteria e un delizioso ristorante messicano autentico. I negozi di alimentari più grandi, come Ralph's e Trader Joe's, sono a circa un miglio di distanza. Il favoloso centro commerciale all'aperto di Pacific City con una miriade di ristoranti è completamente aperto e dista meno di 15 minuti a piedi.

Se vuoi visitare il meglio della California del sud, Disneyland e Knott's Berry Farm sono a circa 30 minuti da HB, 1 ora a Universal Studios, Hollywood, Venice Beach e Beverly Hills, a 90 minuti a Sea World, a 20 minuti a South Coast Plaza & Fashion Island Designer Centro commerciale.

Great house and great location!

Loved our time in Huntington Beach. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen to cook in and lots of space for the family. Especially enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, beach gear and out door games. Jim and Tina were always available and helpful with any issues or questions. Check in was simple and communication was great! This was my second visit to this property and I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Huntington Beach

Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a very clean and quiet neighborhood - pleasant neighbors on both sides and not a young party atmosphere at all. We were pleasantly surprised with the furnishings of this vrbo -- we've stayed in quite a few all over the states and this is by far one the best. The furniture, linens and appliances were very up scale for a rental property. The kitchen is stocked for every need you can imagine with plenty of beautiful dishes and serving plates (coffee pot could be a little larger:) There is a wonderful patio area for hanging out with a barbecue, fire pit, etc. This property is a first class rental ... just as nice as staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel. We hope to return and spend some more time at this vrbo.

Great location, highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property was spotless and the owners have thought of everything. We got a ton of use out of the bikes and beach supplies. The kitchen has newer plates, glasses, silverware and plenty of everything. There was really nothing they did not provide. It's an easy walk to the beach or to downtown and great restaurants. Jim and Tina made the check in process super simple and were extremely responsive. We will definitely be back.

Many good points and one lumpy one

Almost everything about this house was first class. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed; the provision of coffee pods for the Keurig machine was greatly appreciated. There was never a wait for a bathroom. The house allows for many different simultaneous conversation circles and activities. The major exception were the beds—The mattresses in the second master suite and the third-floor suite were markedly uncomfortable. This was so out of character with the otherwise excellent quality of the furnishings that I really wanted to be sure the owners/manager got the benefit of this possibly unknown shortfall.

Great home, Excellent hosts

Tina and Jim's house didn't disappoint! We stayed at their home for 2 months and there was so much to like about it. Tina and Jim were organized, easy to communicate with, and helpful all around. Some of the best hosts we've rented from. It was one of the cleanest, well-cared-for rentals we've stayed in, stocked with everything you'd need—from kitchen supples to ample amounts of things like TP, PT, soap, and more. There was lots of storage space in the garage and throughout the house. The street and neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We recommend it!

Great location, neighbours and home!

Myself and my family were very happy with our stay at the HBH. Everything about our stay was just what we were hoping for. Jim and Tina were also very responsive and friendly throughout all communication. The location of the home could not have been more perfect. We took full advantage of being so close to the beach. The cruiser bikes were used nearly daily and were such a great touch that made our stay that much better. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a memorable Christmas in your home Jim and Tina!

Comfortable house and great location.

Enjoyed my time at this property! The house was very clean with lots of room and a well stocked kitchen. The bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs were a plus for getting out and enjoying the town and the beach. The owners were very responsive and the house was just as pictured. I loved the location and would reserve the property again!

An amazing property!

When I got to the property everything was super clean and very nicely put together. The owners were kind and even left things like laundry detergent for myself and the other guys that were staying at the house. They were also very good at keeping up with us and making sure everything was okay. Anytime there was an issue they got it fixed quick and again, they were really good at communicating. It was a real pleasure getting to stay there for a few months and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone!

Incredible Stay at Huntington Beach

We've been fortunate to stay at this home for multiple trips and love it even more each time. Jim & Tina are wonderful to work with. The home is immaculate and in a great location. Close enough to walk to the pier but far enough away to not be in the middle of the crowds. Really enjoyed the flexibility of being able to grill out on the patio. The 2nd floor den is also great for the kids to have their space. We appreciate the wifi and always enjoy the bikes, beach towels & boogie boards too! Our family has many age groups represented from young teenagers, to early twenties, parents and grandparents and the layout of the home works great for everyone. Thanks for another wonderful stay in Huntington Beach.

Perfect Beach Rental!

This home was perfect for our family's one month stay in Huntington Beach. The location of this home was exactly what we needed ... only a short walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to the nearby high school, where we could take our dogs and our kids to run around and play. Being so close to dog beach was a wonderful advantage as well! This home was very clean and it had a great open floor plan that fit our family and our guests perfectly. It provided everything we needed within the home for our stay. The patio was especially wonderful ... we used the grill and made s'mores on the fire pit frequently! We loved playing many of the games provided and the boogie boards and bikes got a lot of use! They were wonderful to have. Downtown Huntington Beach is a fun town with great shops and restaurants. We would bike there frequently to shop, watch the surfers off the pier, and eat at many of the great restaurants. Chronic Tacos became a quick favorite, which is only a short walk from the home. The owners, Jim & Tina, were so wonderful and very flexible to work with. This truly was such an enjoyable month and we would love to get back there again soon!

Relaxing Family or Group Vacation Home

I stayed at this house with a group of young guys and we absolutely loved it! The house is only four blocks from the beautiful beaches of Huntington Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was very restful. We particularly loved the bonfire and patio seating in front of the house. We couldn't help but go outside almost every evening to enjoy the Southern California weather. The house itself is very nice and well kept. The downstairs is a good family environment because it's an open concept that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a great meal. If eating out is desired, there are lots of places within a mile or two, including Sugar Shack (HB's favorite breakfast location), Thai Wave, and numerous Sushi locations. The bedrooms are all very spacious, have walk-in closets and big bathrooms. The two middle floor rooms are perfect for couples and the third floor bedroom feels like a fun loft area with a balcony view for kids or teenagers. I ran through the house freaking out with excitement the first night I stayed there. The owners, Jim and Tina, are very friendly and accommodating. They checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They uphold a high standard of excellence for their house and seek to provide you with the best experience possible. I loved working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a stress-free vacation home experience, you can't beat the house on 425 14th Street! I highly recommend it.

Family Vacation

We rented this home for my family who were visiting from Michigan and it was perfect. Even though the check-in time was at 4PM the owners were very accommodating and gave access to the home much earlier since my family's flight landed at 10AM. The home was very clean with all modern appliances and amenities. There were bicycles, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels which made trips to the beach more convenient.

Nice Property as advertised

Great property, very clean and up to date. Bikes and locks were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Gas Fire Pit was excellent. Owners are very nice and responsive. Only Issue I have and the reason I did not give it 5 stars was because on the last day the cleaning lady arrived 90 minutes early to clean the house because she said she needed time to get ready for the next visitors. She was literally bringing her cleaning equipment in the house 90 minutes prior to our check out time as we were getting ready to leave and have breakfast - we felt very uncomfortable and rushed.... Great house, great location, great owners we will be back next year for sure !

Perfect Family Getaway Location!

Super clean, well appointed home. We were a family of 8, 6 adults including 2 under 5 years old, and there was plenty of space to be together for meals or games at the ground level or to find quiet away time on the other 2 floors. Tina was wonderful to work with, and their housekeeper was super accommodating, too. Thanks for the late checkout to avoid a long stay at the airport! The home is a short walk away to the beach, and easy distance to Disneyland, and other points in the SoCal area. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the home - but evening unwinds in the family room and our group breakfasts to start our day made this back-to-school getaway weekend absolutely perfect. Thank you, Tina. We hope to be back real soon!!!

Beautiful Home!!

My friends and I just returned from a 5 day stay in the HBH and it was absolutely perfect! First of all, the house was spotless and very clean and tidy. The decorations are fabulous and the location couldn't be better. We had 11 women and everyone had lots of room. We enjoyed riding the bikes and using the boogie boards in the ocean! We grilled out once on the nice natural gas grill and enjoyed the patio and fire pit every night! The owners were very helpful from the very beginning!! Excellent Vacation Home

My family and I had an amazing time in Huntington Beach. This house was perfect for us! The large kitchen was allowed us to prepare all of our meals (which saved us a lot of money on dining) and we loved having the option of eating indoors at the large dining room table or outside on the patio. We enjoyed spending our nights around the fire pit talking and relaxing at the end of the day. The house is a short walk to the beach and we loved riding the bikes that were provided along the coastal bike trail. The owners were very responsive and we hope to vacation here again next summer!

Fantastic

We vacationed with another family and it worked out perfect- Loved that the home has two master bedrooms- plenty of room. the house is BEAUTIFUL... kitchen is well stocked, nice to be able to cook a few of our meals. We really loved this home. It was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The location was great and close to everything. Jim and Tina were so nice and did a beautiful job with this house!

Amazing house and fantastic owners!

We had a family wedding to attend in SoCal and spent our Spring break at this house. All of us loved everything about it. We had two families so the two master bedrooms worked out perfectly and the kids spread out between the third floor bedroom and other sofa beds and futons. The house is updated and beautifully maintained. The owners stocked the place with all the essentials and the washer and dryer was a huge benefit. We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday (only about 5 min walk!) and rode the bikes that were provided as well. The owners were great to work with. Tina promptly responded to all our inquiries and accommodated us when we asked to extend our stay by a couple days. We would definitely stay here again in the future. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! I recommend it for families or groups that love the ocean!

We LOVED this house

If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We stayed at this house for Spring Break last week and it was PERFECT! It was so CLEAN and had a lot of room for all of us. With two Master Bedrooms it was great for our two family's to each have our own space, we had 8 teenagers and 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you would ever need for cooking it was wonderful. The fire pit was so nice to sit around in the evenings. We walked to the beach everyday it was so convenient. The owners couldn't of been nicer to work with they made sure we had everything we needed. I will defiantly rent this house again.

Beautiful, cozy, and great owners

We spent 6 nights at the house with a group of 7 adults (plenty of room for the group and then some). House was beautifully updated and decorated. Location was fantastic...near beach, downtown, shopping and restaurants...easy access to LA or San Diego. Property is well maintained and the owners were very easy to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend for any families or groups looking for a vacation in southern California. We would love to return in the future.
