Spettacolare attico al sesto piano con 4 camere da letto / 3 bagni con vista sull'oceano e accesso all'ascensore. Il soffitto ispirato all'onda immaginativa e l'arredamento accogliente creano un ambiente raffinato. Arte meravigliosa, arredamento confortevole e moderno, puro lusso in spiaggia.
La villa vanta una splendida cucina in marmo e granito e bagni con ampio spazio. La cucina ha acqua calda e fredda purificata, deposito dal pavimento al soffitto, armadietti a chiusura morbida, doppi forni, griglia estraibile con spezie in dotazione, deposito del vassoio ed è fornita di tutti gli utensili che avresti a casa.
Il primo livello dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali. Ogni master ha la propria TV HD da 42 "e ampi armadi a scomparti con servomuto per un ampio spazio di archiviazione. Ogni bagno principale ha lavandini a doppia vasca con finiture in marmo e un sacco di spazio. Il bagno principale ha un pavimento di piastrelle riscaldato per una dose extra di lusso. Entrambe le camere da letto al piano superiore hanno TV HD da 40 ". Una camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale. Questa stanza è adiacente alla sala multimediale che funge anche da quarta camera da letto con divani letto a una piazza e mezza. Il bagno al piano superiore ha doppi lavandini e una cabina doccia piastrellata e in marmo con un sacco di spazio. Al piano inferiore c'è una lavanderia separata con lavandino, lavatrice e asciugatrice e molti armadi per la conservazione. Teli mare (8) sono forniti.
Altri servizi includono un canale TV premier per la visione ininterrotta di film e WIFI. C'è una scrivania con vista sull'oceano. Le viste sull'oceano dal balcone sono incomparabili con viste a 180 gradi della spiaggia. Il balcone ha un tavolo e sedie da 50 "per ragazzo, che può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Gli ospiti guardano oltre la ringhiera - non attraverso di essa - l'oceano. La villa comprende una fornitura iniziale di: sapone, shampoo, balsamo, Kleenex, asciugamani di carta, carta igienica, detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Perfect!

My husband and I have been vacationing on Kiawah Island for many years. All of the properties we’ve rented have been acceptable. This property, however, is exceptional in every way. It is obvious that the owner has spared no cost in equipping and caring for this property - from the heated floors in the bathroom to the fully equipped kitchen (and so many other features). The views from this condo are truly awesome. The host/owner is Maxine. Maxine takes great pride in taking care of every little detail to insure that you have exactly what you need/want for your stay. She even leaves you a bottle of wine - your choice red or white! We will definitely return to this property.

Love Kiawah and the condo was great and view amazing. We saw deer on the beach playing which made it extra special. Maxine is a great host!

Marathon Weekend

Our family of 5 was in town for the half marathon. This was the perfect place to stay. There was everything you could ever want right at your fingertips. Every detail has been thought of. Th The ease of working with Maxine was the most pleasurable experience from the initial booking to departure. I would give 10 stars if possible. Perfection!!

Loved it!

This was our first trip to Kiawah Island and it is an unbelievably beautiful place. The condo is just as described: lovely, very well equipped and an unbeatable view. Our experience was enhanced by its incomparable owner, Maxine! We have never had a host take as much interest to ensure our trip was the best it could be. Her attention to detail will spoil you. We can’t wait to go back!

What a great unit and location!

The host Maxine was awesome and this property of hers is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful week here in Kiawah, and every evening we sat on the balcony enjoying the great view and breeze. Maxine communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was well. We hope to come back in the future.

The best place in Kiawah

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Maxine is the perfect hostess. The decor is beautiful, and the layout was perfect for us, providing each of us with our own space (a family of 5). The view is incredible. We will definitely stay there again!

Best view on Kiawah

Our family has been visiting Kiawah for over 30 years. We've stayed in many different locations on the island, but this one was by far the best. Great home, all the amenities, with a killer view. Enjoy the pelicans as they fly by your balcony. Watch the moon come up over the water. Our family was lucky enough to see the strawberry moon and it was spectacular! This penthouse was amazing!

We love Kiawah and have rented many condos and houses there for the past 20 years. This condo was nice and the owner and property manager made sure everything was great for our stay. I felt like the living spaces were not as big in this condo as many we have rented in the past. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could imagine and more. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom has an ocean view. Being on the top floor, we had a wonderful view, however, the condo has only one balcony which is not very big. It accommodates about 4 people comfortably. We had a great time watching the deer in the evening. The building is right beside the boardwalk to the beach, which was very convenient. We also loved having beach chairs and towels to use during our stay.

Elegance at the beach

This villa was absolutely lovely, extremely clean and well-maintained, and filled with high end touches. It was our first trip to Kiawah Island and villa owner Maxine was very willing to share restaurant and other recommendations for things to do in the area. Her suggestions were so helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay in Maxine’s beautiful home!

Beautiful views

Beautiful views from this property from the living and bedroom areas. Well-stocked pantry and bath, high-end items. We had an issue with the heat during a cold spell that was resolved via text message, and there was some construction we didn't know about that ended our stay early. Owner is very communicative.

Perfect location for family time

We arrived with our two teenage children with plenty of space for all. The condo has everything you will need for a wonderful stress free stay. We enjoyed the oceanfront outdoor patio especially for the New Years firework display on the beach! Maxine was so responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again!

Growing up in Dallas, Texas (Highland Park), there was not much opportunity of water related vacations. I knew the ocean restored and renewed me and I began to search for my place. When I purchased on Kiawah, I wanted my home to reflect how I chose to live my life...in a beautiful place with comfort and amenities. I also decided to rent my home to those who wanted the same level of amenities..'the best of the best'. My guests are so wonderful and delightful that they have become friends and we both look forward to their return visits to Kiawah. I currently live in Atlanta, Ga.

It is located immediately adjacent to my other penthouse villa ( 3 bedroom/3 bath) which is wonderful for large families wanting separate but close accommodations. This property is the unique point villa on the entire Kiawah beach and hosts amazing views. Watching the sunset from my balcony is a memorable event.

Upon opening the front door, what struck me was the sweeping panoramic view of the ocean. There is a 4 story building restriction on Kiawah passed after my building was completed. This 6th story view from the balcony of the beach, dunes, and ocean are unsurpassed on the island.
