Hale Anuenue (House of Rainbows) è un grande studio / condominio completamente equipaggiato che si affaccia sul campo da golf Prince (attualmente non in uso, quindi è come un enorme cortile sul retro) e un percorso a piedi fino alla spiaggia di Anini. Ha appena subito un importante aggiornamento e offre una cucina completa, ben attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, letto queen size, Wi-Fi, HDTV (Smart TV), un bagno completo, sedie a sdraio, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e dispositivo di raffreddamento. Il grande lanai è perfetto per osservare le stelle o semplicemente godersi una tranquilla lettura all'aperto. C'è un parcheggio riservato, una grande area piscina con un barbecue in comune e negozi e ristoranti sono a pochi minuti di distanza. Princeville presso la posizione di Hanalei è convenientemente vicino a Kilauea, Hanalei e al resto delle numerose spiagge e servizi di North Shore di Kauai. Data la sua dimensione, posizione e servizi, Hale Anuenue è di gran lunga il miglior affare di Princeville. E komo mai.

Perfect for two!

This little getaway place was fantastic! One of the best stocked VRBO‘s that we have ever stayed in. Usually, we have to go and purchase utensils and other supplies - at this place, that was not the case. The unit was very clean, well taken care of and we felt safe in this location. We’d pick this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s stocked with everything needed including all the beach gear and added touches like Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, soaps, basic spices, condiments and even distilled water for the iron or CPAP machine. The condo lives much larger than a typical studio and the full size kitchen was wonderful. The patio offers a peaceful setting amongst the lush landscape. The owner was very responsive during our stay and he has provided so many amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is ideal for the Princeville area and we would definitely return to this property when visiting Kauai again.

Perfect Place

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice — it was perfect for us to stay at as a couple! If you want to explore the north shore, this is your best bet. We loved being close to Hanalei and visited Ha’ena State Park, and we also did some activities in Wailua —easy drive. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear - they really made our trip with all of our beach exploring. There is also a copy of a Kauai Guidebook that was GOLD - great info and recommendations. I would stay here again, it was lovely.

Wonderful stay

Rick is an awesome host. His spot is perfectly located close to everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. We loved the trail down to Anini Beach from the place. Would definitely stay here again!

Affordable luxury on Kauai

Lovely property/extremely well maintained. Clean and well equipped. Nicely maintained grounds and pool. Condo is close to a food market, restaurants, ect. Its a four min drive/or a leisurely path walk to the beach. Who could ask for more?

Relaxing Stay

Rick's condo was clean, spacious and relaxing. the kitchen and bathroom amenities were so helpful as well. Even the roosters at 4 in the morning were charming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Kaua’i stay

An amazing, large studio space located on the north side of Kauai. Has everything you need. The kitchen was amazing. The beach gear was perfect. The pool at night was so nice. Highly recommend.

Exceptional stay

We absolutely loved our visit at this apartment. It was incredibly well equipped with everything we could imagine that we would need for our stay - we especially appreciated the coffee machine, the washing machine/dryer, the snorkeling gear, the dishwasher, the relaxing porch, Scrabble, and the well stocked bathroom. The location is also so close to so many wonderful and useful places: Foodland, Farmers Market, beaches, wonderful local towns, ice cream, and so much more. The house had such an adorable, local, and relaxing feel. We felt instantly at home and did not want to leave. We would happily return!

Relaxation Station

We had an excellent stay in Princeville. The check in process was smooth and Rick’s directions were clear. The place itself is calm and cozy, with windows to let in the breeze and a nice deck as well. The beach is a short walk away down a hill which is also nice. The unit was stocked with everything from a cooler, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and a full utility kitchen. We’d stay again!

Fantastic and comfortable tropic spot.

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville. Neighbors were very friendly and the spot was quiet except for a few roosters screaming morning announcements. The rental was very well equipped and clean. We appreciated the clear instructions, laundry option and beach gear. No AC but adequate ventilation and fans to make everything comfortable. Bed was nice and the porch offered a beautiful peaceful morning nook with a little view onto the golf course. Still felt private. Some noise from upstairs neighbors but nothing distracting or during odd hours.

Great location with everything we needed.

Rick has done a great job setting up a beautiful stay. We had everything we needed. We took the trail (starting close to the back porch) which leads all the way down to Wylie/Annini beach a few times. It's a bit of a hill but it's a very nice shaded walk with beautiful trees along the way. Some people have mentioned about the hot water in the shower running out...that is to be expected, just don't take VERY long showers and space them out as a couple and you'll be fine. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings...it's very pleasant.

Grateful to have stayed here!

We walked to the sunrise and grocery store and drove 4 minutes to watch the sunset while soaking in the Queen’s Bath. Shower was one of the best showers I have ever had. Bed could have been a little firmer but was okay enough. Kitchen fully stocked with great knives and cooking utensils (for a rental.). Again, very very happy to have found this place. Oh and Rick was wonderful and incredibly responsive!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was a delightful property, very quiet and restful location and convenient to sightseeing. It really looks better than the pictures as others have said. Very tastefully renovated and it has everything you need at a rental condo. Rick was very helpful and answers back quickly, we had no issues whatsoever. We were so busy enjoying Kauai we didn't have a chance to see the pool, but I'm sure it was nice. Loved the privacy and backing the golf course and seeing the beautiful sunrises from condo every morning. Princeville is such a wonderful place to stay with so many walking paths and short distance to stunning places, you will love it here!

Stay here, you won’t regret it!

My boyfriend and I were completely satisfied with our 4 night stay here. Such an adorable studio that felt more like a one bedroom because of the living room seperation. Great location close to shops, restaurants, and amazing beaches. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The provided snorkel equipment was great and the in room washer and dryer was a nice added bonus. The tv was Netflix and amazon capable which worked great when we wanted to relax at night and watch a movie. Rick was responsive and extremely helpful. Overall I felt that this was an absolutely amazing place to stay and for such a low price. We would 100% stay here again. Thanks Rick!

Fun and relaxing with all the comforts of home!

My wife and I celebrated two of life’s milestones, 20 years of marriage and her 60th birthday. The condo hand everything we needed to enjoy our two week stay. It was so nice to have all the beach gear we needed to make our outings fully enjoyable. The kitchen is loaded with anything and everything to anything from the surrounding farmers and fresh fish markets. The Princeville marketplace had a wide variety of little shops, restaurants and live music to enjoy. We had a wonderful time and made many memorie. Oh, don’t forget the pool, it was never crowded and it was super clean, fresh not Chlorinated like most other pools - no burning eyes. Great nightly rate with a ton of Aloha spirit!

Perfect Hideaway for Couples Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property in a larger condo complex after backpacking the Napali coast for three nights. It was a perfect respite and retreat! The host has the condo fully stocked with anything you could want or need: a fully stocked kitchen, nice granite countertops, pantry staples and then some. We prepared our own food in the kitchen almost every night. There is a washer and dryer with soap included, castile soap which is perfect for removing zinc oxide (reef safe) sunscreen, full-sized shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the shower, a shaded porch with patio chairs, games, puzzles, bluetooth speaker, etc, etc. Also beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear. Wow! This unit far exceeded our expectations. The location is great, close to a walking path that takes you to a grocery store, shops and restaurants, and is also quiet. It is a lower-level unit with a unit above and beside, but we had no issues with noise from either units. While staying there, we did not utilize the pool, so we cannot comment on that. The decor is a bit dated, and perhaps overdone a bit, but it is very Hawaiian, colorful and cheerful. My only minor recommendation is that a tea pot (for steeping tea) be added to the kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Kaua'i.

I traveled much of the world and found myself on Kauai in 1979. I knew the minute I arrived that I was home. I continued to vacation on Kauai yearly and finally decided to move to Kauai full time in 1986. I moved to the mainland in 2010 to explore the U.S., but It wasn't long before I realized that there's no place like Kauai and I came back "home".

Paniolo offers a great, quiet location fronting on the Prince Golf Course and amenities such as an on-site pool, a trail down to Anini Beach and the convenience of being just minutes away from world class beaches, numerous outdoor activities, shopping, a library and park.
