We really enjoyed our stay. The space is small but ample and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Anna was quick to respond to our question and provided detailed instructions for arrival and during our stay. The place is clean and the location is great with nice view of the ocean and the pool. Would stay again.

Thank you! We are glad the condo felt roomy for a long weekend and that the arrival instructions made check-in easy. The Gulf view from the top floor is our favorite part too. We keep our condos spotless and pay close attention to every guest, so a stay like yours is what we aim for each time. You are welcome back any time, at this condo, our condo one floor down, or our beach house on the east end. Anna and Gary

This place was great. It was clean, newly renovated, and everything worked as it should. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. It was right on the beach, which is where we spent the days and it had a great pool which is where we wrapped up the nights. We’ll definitely book this place again.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Beach view was great. Host responded immediately to questions. Property was beautiful and very clean. All the pool amenities you could ask for and direct beach access. Very family friendly. Would definitely stay here again Cons- the added fees. Room rate alone is very reasonably. But the added fees for 2 nights, was over 200 for little over 500sqft. Ridiculous, in my opinion.

Thank you for the kind words and for the honest note on fees. We hear you. Part of what you saw is Vrbo's own service fee, and the rest covers cleaning and damage protection for every stay. We keep our side of it as low as we can, and we are always happy to walk you through the breakdown before you book. We would love to have your family back, here, at our condo downstairs, or at our beach house. Anna and Gary

Great location! Not having to cross busy street to get to beach was awesome! Nicely furnished, clean, and having a washer was a nice extra. The pool and hot tub area were cleaned and well taken care of. Also being away from the busyness of the strip and having a manned guard shack were peace of mind. Owners, Anne and Gary, were quick with info, and if we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely check for its availability.
