We stayed here for several nights. The location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was kind and easy to get in contact with. She gave lots of information for local restaurants and activities. Would stay here again if in Madrid.

It could not have been a more perfect location for our brief stay in Madrid. Private - small courtyard. Didn’t encounter anyone. Quiet - we were in the city center and didn’t hear any street noises whatsoeverSecure - the entry was secured with key fobs. Check in - we were greeted by a lovely lady who let us in and showed us the apartment feature. Location - we were steps away from restaurants, 7min walk to Sol train station, 15 walk to Retiro Park and multiple Museums. Communication - was excellent. Mainly communicated via WhatsApp. Helpful since we had multiple travel delays. I would definitely stay here again.

Great central location yet surprisingly quiet. Everything worked smoothly. Only limitation was needing to manage the hot water. Bed was very comfortable, washing machine helpful, and check-in seamless. Close to many excellent attractions.

Process was smooth and we were able to get in and start our vacation immediately. The communication was perfect. The apartment is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. If I go back to Madrid this is where I am staying.

Excellent apartment/Excellent location

Grete's place was wonderful. It matched the pictures perfectly, was very clean and comfortable for two people. Also, its location makes it a wonderful beginning point to anywhere you need to go in Madrid. We'll stay here again for sure.

Just as good as our first stay

Gorete’s apartments in this building are a great home away from home. We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The location is perfect for walking access to all the sites and museums in the center and metro.

We had a lovely stay! This was so central to the main highlights of Madrid. Easy walk to so many restaurants. Gorete, the host, is amazing with her communication. The place itself is so clean and the kitchen waa fully equipped. The washer was much needed after a week of travelling. The ad said there is a dryer, but its actually a drying rack. But no big deal, our clothes dried while we were out. The bed was so comfortable and there waa so much closet space to unpack our clothes. We can't wait to come back for another trip! Thank you Gorete for sharing your beautiful home :)

Awesome place and location!

The location is very central to all the major tourist attractions in Madrid. The area has plenty of food and shopping options, and the location felt very safe and secure. The building itself is quite beautiful and our room was well-furnished. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a convenient location and cozy place to stay!

"Very good stay in this accommodation, well equipped in the center of Madrid and near tourist attractions. The basic equipment was perfect and there were very good restaurants nearby. The host was available, even though I had no problems during my stay. I recommend this lodging for a short vacation in Madrid."

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I had the most wonderful time in Madrid, and the apartment was so close to everything in the middle of city that we rarely had to use transit. Our host, and concierge were very kind and accommodating (We had a last minute change in our flights and ended up arrive a couple hours early).I cannot say enough good things about our stay and would highly recommended this location for anyone looking to spend time in Madrid.

Perfect Launchpad in Madrid

Ideal location, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to museums, train station, and more tapas bars than you can count. Easy to reach from airport via subway. Owner exceptionally helpful with checkin and tips / instructions. Would recommend highly and would stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Madrid

Perfect little apartment, had everything we needed. Great location in the heart of Madrid and walkable to everything but blissfully quiet once you’re in the front door. Lovely restaurants and cafes within 100m - absolutely no negatives.

Great communication & location

The communication is one of the best, she’s fast & responsive. The location is great too. It’s quiet but lively at night but not noisy at all. Feels very safe and comfortable for our stay.

A modern, spacious, well equipped studio. The location is quiet, but close to everything. Very walkable. The host was easy to connect with and accommodating. Check-in was seamless.

SummaryA clean comfortable and well located stay in Madrid where you can sleep well in silence and has the added amenity of a washing machine. Would recommend. LowlightsThe property is far more tired than appears in the photos. This should not reduce your enjoyment, however it certainly has lots of signs of wear. The shower is very very small (to the point that it’s tough to bend down to pick something up if you drop it)HighlightsThe property was well cleaned. The air conditioning is very effective, even during a heatwave. The blackout blinds let no light in. The bed was very comfortable. The location could not be any better, a few minutes walk to Puerta del Sol. Despite this, it’s almost silent. A delightful combination. The washing machine is effective, and there was washing tablets (although unsure if provided by the host or a previous guest, either way a wonderful combination).

Great Place in Madrid

I really enjoyed staying at Gorete’s apartment. It was just as advertised, very clean, very comfortable and quiet at night even though you are in a busy part of town. Everything works very well (air conditioning, wifi, laundry machine, etc.), and Alicia does a great job cleaning the apartment and helping with anything you might need. I can highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location

The flat was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, location was great for walking and shopping near and in the Plazas. It was an active area with plenty of places to eat and drink very close by, yet it was not noisy at all. The hostess was very helpful prior to our stay yet there was no need to contact her during our stay because we had no issues at all. We intend to book this location again the next time we’re back in Spain!

Perfect little apartment in the heart of everything!

Very nice apartment in the heart of everything. Nice decorations and Host was always available. Just needs more light in the bathroom and bed was hard, not very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

I have tried to make our apartments as cosy and comfortable as possible. My wish is for you to feel at home in Madrid. You will be in the heart of the city and at the same time you will have peace and quiet when you need to. You can walk everywhere. There are many restaurants around and the location is just perfect.
