The condo was very clean and the furnishings were in nice condition. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable and the condo was well supplied. The owner, Jackie, was very responsive and congenial. This is the nicest VRBO unit we have rented for the last ten years in Breckenridge. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

The location was great, a couple block walk to Main Street. The village property has nice pool/hot tubs and a common area with games which was nice to hang out in. The condo was clean and well stocked, The bedroom set up was perfect for our family that included 2 teenagers.

The property’s location is very convenient - close to Main Street, shops, restaurants. The included amenities (pool, hot tubs, movie theatre, etc.) were easy to access and provided great entertainment for our children. The owners are great communicators. As Colorado natives, we will be back for another stay.

This is the place to stay! It is so cozy and peaceful yet plenty of room to spread out. The location is so perfect to be able easily walk to almost everything Breckinridge has to offer! We are not skiers but wanted to come to the mountains in summer. It was possibly one of the best vacations of my life! We went horseback riding, spent a whole day at an art studio, ate some amazing food, went shopping at some of the MANY neat little shops, did some easy “hiking/walking”. Beauty is absolutely everywhere. But back to the condo, it is again, perfect location, has absolutely everything you could need to cook, very clean and I slept so good every night because it just has a home like feel to it, the garage option was really nice for our vehicle, the amenities are wonderful. Games, pool, hot tubs, sauna and the village like atmosphere just within the resort is so cool. I felt like I was on a movie set. You won’t regret staying here!

This was one of the nicest and best-stocked condos we've ever rented, and we have rented many. Access the Peak 9 base lifts and Main Street is terrific. Recommend highly.

Can’t say enough good things about our accommodations or host!! Location felt secluded with the trees and creek right out the balcony, but you were seconds from the slopes. Have never been to a location that was as thoroughly stocked as this one. Host was quick and friendly to respond! Perfect for those wanting to hit the slopes or shops!!
The little touches that made everything perfect!
Decorations really made it feel like Christmas!
Children’s ski school is just past the trees.

Great location and accommodations

This is a great condo in the best location. Steps to quicksilver lift on peak 9 and steps to Main Street for food and shopping. We loved this place and area. Owner is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place and amazing location

Such a perfect location for a family ski trip! Close to the mountain and to ski school for the kiddos. Very easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping as well. Couldn't ask for anything more...will definitely look for this property again in the future.

Beautiful Condo & Outstanding Location

We had a terrific long weekend at this condo. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated, extremely clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Great location to access Main Street and ski areas. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Beautiful place to stay. Full kitchen was great for cooking, and large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Ammenities of the pool, workout area, movie theatre and game room were wonderful to have for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 19 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat "The Gathering Pointe" . . .a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! in 2014 we bought our 1st investment rental property a 3 bedroom /3.5 bath in Breckenridge and loved it so much that we decided to purchase our 2nd property which is this 2bedroom/2.5 bath in the same great location and building! This property has it all with its ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

Walk to everything - makes a huge difference! A condo that is literally a snowball's throw to the slopes and adjacent to the ski school - it doesn't get much better then this! Perfect for Families - we are very well equipped in the kitchen & throughout
