This is our third year staying at this beautiful house and it was just perfect for our family. Kathryn the owner was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful clean property excellent host would stay there again. It was a bit odd that they had a car parked in the garage right next to the ping-pong table.

This house was perfect for two families! The two en-suite bedrooms were great for the parents while the kids shared the bunk rooms. We enjoyed the SHARC passes, bikes, board games and ping pong table!

Perfect house for a family vacation. Our annual July vacation at Sunriver with kids and grandkids has become a family tradition over the last 10 or 11 years. Each time we have rented a different house until three years ago when we discovered Donnie and Kat's house. We all liked the house so much that we have rented it for our Sunriver summer gathering the last three years and expect to stay next July.The house is modern, well maintained, well equipped and spacious, yet with a cozy vibe. Lots of bikes and SHARC passes, The 3.5 bathrooms are a real plus with a large group including teens.Owners, Donnie and Kat, are quick to respond if there are any issues, of which there have been few.

Our 3rd time staying at this house and works great for our family plus grandparents. Has all the needed amenities, enough space and privacy with separate bathrooms, and well decorated with local art.

Sunriver vacation

Great time with extended family! Room for everyone and nice having the connected bathrooms. Kids loved the Sharc and the playground is close enough to walk or ride their little bikes.

Getaway

Absolutely wonderful stay. House is clean, beautiful and we will definitely stay here again. Host responds quickly to questions. SHARC passes were a great plus. Very comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. This was one of the best stays we’ve had with a VRBO property.

Comfortable Fabulous Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything we needed was there to have a fabulous time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group, BBQ and just sit and enjoy the back deck. The decorating and furnishings are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for families!

We enjoyed our stay with two families (5 kids). Spacious home and lots of games and activities to keep littles busy while adults visited.. Especially loved riding the bikes left in garage. Back deck was great for meals and watching deer and squirrels eat. Would rent again.

Fantastic

Really beautiful home! So spacious and perfect for our family vacation. Loved the two master suites and lots of bathrooms. Everything worked and the hot tub was delightful. Bikes were utilized and the Sharc passes were fun. Wonderful time away :))

great for families

We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation. Coffee on the deck, cooking in the kitchen and endless paths for bike riding. The hot tub was giant and enjoyable after a day of activities. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back. the Gates family

Excellence on every level!!

We stay in sunriver every year.. this by far was our favorite home. Everything you need is available. The home in stocked for comfort and convenience. Great location… Great beds.. Great communication… Perfect layout for adults and kids.. Would absolutely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay, and our communications with Kathryn. The house felt new, and was cool during the hottest days. I really appreciated the number of bikes, which allowed for a great evening convoy on the paths in the area.
