Enorme proiettato in terrazza. Spazioso ed estremamente pulito .. Tranquillo e lontano dall'autostrada. Ospita 4-5 persone. Godetevi la grande piscina sull'oceano, i barbecue sulla spiaggia e l'accesso gratuito al bellissimo Founders Park. Rilassati, cenare e bere sotto uno dei rifugi tiki o visitare uno dei tanti ristoranti e bar sul lungomare. Oceanfront mm 90, piantagione chiave. Libri molto velocemente. Prenota presto!

The apartment was exactly as described and was really comfortable. It has a wonderful view and is very conveniently located. Mike is a pleasure to deal with and promptly answered any questions I had. I would definitely return to this apartment if I find myself in the Keys again.

My family of three really enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of space, a beautiful view and the pool was crystal clear. The extra amenities of the gym and game room were great too. Communication was clear and check-in/ check-out was smooth and easy.We would happily return!

What a gem, we had an absolute blast! We enjoyed the pool, the private beach and the tandom kayak that we fished from and caught barracuda and tarpon. A beautiful view and centrally located next to market/plaza. Having coin laundry steps away from out door and a well stocked kitchen was key, as we enjoy cooking because we get tired of eating out. The host was very pleasant to deal with and provided tons of information for the property as well as the area. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much Michael.

Very comfortable apartment with a great view of the ocean! I had coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean and the birds every morning. There was an osprey nest nearby and ibises, herons, and storks flying over the water every day. The pool was amazing with a view of the water. The gym and game room were also great—the kids loved the game room.The sargassum this time of year made accessing the ocean from the beach a challenge, but we did manage to take the kayak out for some snorkeling. And we had wine down on the beach on the “meditation bench” a few nights. There were tvs in each bedroom and plenty of extra towels and sheets. There was also everything we needed to cook at home a couple of nights when we got tired of eating out. A very comfortable and pleasant stay! Host was very communicative and easy to work with.

Secluded location good. Views amazing. Floor plan great. Pool excellent. Amenities great. The Kayak needs work. The overall condo could use TLC and handyman work. Looks like it has been a bit let go for the price. Overall experience was very good.

This is definitely our happy place! The view is outstanding, the owners charming and helpful, it's a lovely quiet building on a dead-end street with a beautiful pool and a kayak launch...everything you need for a fabulous adventure in the Keys. We will be back!

Great view and location

This was a great property to stay at. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the deck and the view of the ocean. It was also a great location to restaurants and activities.

Great stay and great property!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was terrific.. very timely with communications, the check in/check out process was smooth and no issues at all. Good location if you want to explore the keys, yet still be a reasonable distance from Miami and south beach.

Great rental in a perfectly peaceful and beautiful oceanfront location on the Atlantic Ocean. Great amenities and perfect location in the Florida keys.
